Staff are super friendly and everything was organized so well. While shopping in back for plants, I couldn't help but feel like I was in a friends's backyard. You know the type...they take an interest in hobbies, and have several projects in motion! i will definitely return when I am in the area. There is no on-site parking but there is plenty of street parking. They open at 10 AM, not 9 AM as posted in some places.

I am a dedicated thrift store enthusiast, generally seeking home décor, dishes, books and clothing, which is not really what Restore is stocking. On my first visit I left empty handed, though I saw some interesting things, and figured someday I'd get to the nitty gritty of Restore. Well, we just moved to the area, and are doing a ton of work on our property. My husband mentioned he needed some doors for our greenhouse, and I recalled seeing some at Restore, so we ended up returning just a few days following! Yeah, that's right, they have doors aplenty (like 50+), and that's just the start. We bought three doors (lol, so random), one of which is an antique farmhouse door with a giant pane of perfect glass. Swoon! Next, doorknobs for $5 and hinges for 50 cents each. My husband found several super specialty plumbing valves that retail for $250+ priced at $25 (seriously, I looked it up!). We also got a yellow fig for $5 'cause I needed a little fun! An aside regarding the plants: they get extras from nurseries, but they also get many from a local guy who just loves to grow plants, and they are gorgeous and giant! My fig was over 2 feet tall, there were huge hot pink hydrangeas, passion flower, herbs, tomatoes, etc. There is a variety of furniture, bits of flooring that would probably be enough for a bathroom remodel, toilets, sinks, light fixtures, paint, tools, hardware, appliances, etc. The store is large, easy to navigate and pretty organized, all things considered (it's still a thrift store, though!). A lot of it is used, but there are new things, too. Basically, if you are remodeling and not in search of a specific item/style/brand, Restore is the place. We are planning to build a tiny house in the future and Restore will be our go to spot. We'll look here first, then go to a big box store for anything additional. The prices can't be beat, there are some seriously unique finds, and every employee we've interacted with has been as pleasant as can be.

This location is one of the cleanest and best organized Ross stores I've been in. And I have been to dozens in as many states. For the first time ever I didn't hear, "Welcome to Ross" as I entered the store and questioned if I was really at a Ross. Then a few minutes later I heard the familiar, but somewhat annoying, greeting. Turns out the greater was on a break and I was in a real Ross store! Immediately upon entering, I saw it. A cropped camo jacket, one left in my size, for $12.99. What? That's crazy! Yep, and it's these type of jackpots that get the adrenaline going for us Ross-addicts and keep us coming back for more. Capes and ponchos are back in style big time and I found a black and gray leopard print (the Fall 2019 must have pattern) poncho that reverses to pure black. Made of fleece, it's perfect to wear to a football or soccer game, and to wear back and forth to the gym. Warm, fashionable, and easy to wash - for just $19.99. Mine! Everyone who worked there was friendly. Dressing rooms clean. Plenty of parking. Check out line moved quickly. All good! Will never go wine tasting without stopping here on the way there or back!

I see there are other people working but no one is doing anything other than the one person working the register. When the line is backed clear up to the clothing racks you would think someone would come help out. It's like the other workers are just ignoring the customers. They don't welcome you or even make eye contact. I'm guessing it's due to poor management that they are short staffed and the employees are unhappy. Do better!

I was sorry to see the old management go and learn they had fired all personnel, but I also understand that they had a different business plan, and sometimes this sort of thing is needed to make a fresh start with new policies. I've mostly been happy when consigning although sometimes the low price they place on a Pendleton or Clarks item I've consigned blows my mind and I try not to get upset. I've mostly been pretty satisfied with the amount of items they accept from me to consign (I'd say they accept at least 80% of what I've brought in), but the last time, I brought in over 30 items, most new but without tags, and they didn't accept one single item! One has to consider their current stock and think maybe they already have something like you brought in, and they didn't take? But I was bummed as I am an old lady and had to schlepp my stuff to my car from my apartment and then into the store, and then the reverse. I'm sorry to hear of the many complaints about employee attitudes here. That has not been my experience in the least! I'm always asked if I need assistance and they scramble to help me find things that are going past their consign-by date (when they would ordinarily go on sale or get donated), when I want to rescue something from them that I've consigned. I DO like to shop the discounted items in each section and appreciate how they put them on the end of each section, so I can walk down the main aisle and peruse them. These items (priced according to the current % off color that hangs from the ceiling) used to be sprinkled throughout the store and not kept together in each section, so for us bargain shoppers, this is a fantastic way to shop!

Most recently, I lucked out with a red peacoat. It was a fun way to add color to my wardrobe. I also found some great heels, never worn, with the price tag still on them. They've got shoes, jeans, purses, jewelry, and even some house items. There's even a section for men's clothing. This store is clean and well organized. I like that you earn points with purchases, I've earned a few $10 off coupons. Make sure you have time to browse because there is a lot to look through.
