I've ordered flowers for delivery twice from Incahoots based on Yelp reviews of the business. My only issue is if you are like me, not local, and ordering for a special family member, is that I received no follow-up about the delivery. Not an email saying the order was received, not a text or email saying the delivery had been made. I love when you receive and photo of what they put together and let you know the delivery has been made. Those touches matter a lot, and Incahoots doesn't do them, or any correspondence at all. read more

I love the variety they have for the plants but the customer service leaves something to be desired. I have been I. there twice now looking for new house plants. there was a younger gentleman that helped me the first time and there was a younger women working also she seemed very snooty. I went back in a second time to grab a couple more houseplants. I was the only customer in there and it's a little place so you can't miss someone being in there. same two people were working. neither one of them even said welcome or asked if I needed assistance with anything. they just wanted to talk about their video games. coming from retail the way you regain your customer base is by being available to help. read more

I had a lovely shopping experience over the phone with Incahoots I live on the island of Oahu and wanted to order some anniversary flowers for some friends that live in Carlton Oregon. I had in mind what I wanted as I looked over their website, but I just wanted to call the store and place my order. I got to talk to Janet who I believe is one of the owners and she was absolutely, wonderful!!! We were searching for a McMinnville florist to deliver flowers to my delightful grandmother for her 90th birthday. After reading all of the reviews, I called Incahoots to order her flowers. Despite the short notice (the day before), they put together an amazing bouquet! I asked them to make it bright and sunny and told them that she loves bright pinks and purples, and asked for some yellow flowers to help make it colorful. She absolutely loved her flowers! She described them as the most beautiful bouquet she has ever seen. I'm so thankful that we know we can count on Incahoots to create outstanding flower arrangements. Last night I inherited a philodendron my grandma bought from Incahoots in 1979. 1979!!! This thing is 12 years older than me and in great shape. My grandma was curious to see if the place she bought it was still around and, will you look at that, Incahoots is still around. :) I've named it Jerry. Jerry has lived in two states and 10--11 now--different homes in his life. At one point he had to go live with my aunt during hard times in our family where he nearly died, but once he came back to live with my grandma he bounced back. The past year he had a lot of great outdoor time and really grew a ton. The pressure is on to keep him alive. I inherited a 20-ish year old fern from my grandma which I've managed to keep alive for about six months now (I think I'm in the clear) so I have high hopes for Jerry and my future. read more

I love this place. It's one of the places my sister and I visit when she comes to town. The flowers are beautiful. The tea selection is grand. I have only been here a couple times, as I am not much of a plant person myself. (I mean I love plants but I am a black thumb at best!) I have come in for gifts and flower delivery though!!!! So here are my findings: 1. Customer Service - AMAZING! I was getting flowers for someone that had lost a child and they were so kind and compassionate! I was at a total loss of what was really an appropriate gift/type of flower for such a devastating event. I wish I could remember the woman's name, that helped me, but she was so knowledgeable and found the perfect bouquet to send! It was so appreciated by know-nothing-about-flowers woman like me! 2. The options - perfect amount in my opinion! They don't have so much that you are swimming in indecisiveness, but they have enough that you feel like you really are going to get exactly what YOU WANT! Brian has helped me out with identifying a house plant, & not once but twice! Stopped in last weekend, found a few things I couldn't live without. My greatest find, of all time, I found in the shop. My late mother in law always talked about an asparagus fern. Lived in Gresham at the time. I scoured every nursery w/i, probably, 40 miles & wasn't able to find 1 anywhere before she passed. I give up on this place. I've tried and tried. They have a beautiful selection but the customer service is terrible! I just left there... went in because there is a huge sign saying "plant sale", I walked in and there were a man and a woman at the desk, I wasn't greeted, I had to ask them what was on sale, his reply, "all the house plants" and pointed.... I looked around... it's not clear to me what is actually on sale... I walked around for 10 mins hoping to get some help from the two just talking and looking around the desk.... never happened. Two other woman came in after me and never got greeted or asked if they needed help. You could tell they were a bit frustrated. I just turned around and walked out. It's sad because my office buys a lot of gift certificates there. I guess we'll take our business else where. read more

I received their newsletter today and was so excited to read about the Mother's Day plant event for children. All my eyes saw was the large May 10th at the top of the page, no other date was mentioned. I unfortunately missed the "saturday" part. I drove 40 minutes one way after picking up my 4 year old granddaughter. The first employee was so sweet, she didn't know about the event. Neither did the next. I was shown the letter and where I had missed "Saturday." Because we had come so far and I wanted 3 pots (3 granddaughters), she said she was sure they could fix us up. We headed to the florist, who was busy making an arrangement. She said I would have to come back on Saturday, that she didn't even have a table set up. If she wasn't set up, we would have been happy to leave with the supplies and make them at home. She would not budge and was unwilling to work with us. We left. Needless to say, my little one was sad. Not wanting to waste the long trip, we drove straight to Kraemer's Gardens. A lovely lady came outside to greet us and see if we needed help. I told her of my dilemma. She looked right at my granddaughter and asked her if she'd like to plant a flower or feed all the fish. Eden chose to feed the fish, but was a happy girl! I ended up up buying many, many plants and pots there. It's too bad the florist at Incahoots isn't spontaneous or helpful. I won't be returning to Incahoots. read more

OMG! I cannot say enough about this place. We've used them twice to send flowers to our mom. Today they went above and beyond (again). I called in the order for a "Burst of Color" around 9:30am, and by 11:30 it was at her door. Mom is in her words "delighted" and told us that they have outdone themselves. She wanted to know the name of the shop, so she would know who to call when she wants to order flowers herself. I called them to let them know they should put their store name on the flowers packaging or somewhere and they gave the most humble reply - saying they didn't want to it to be about them. WOW! I hope they will at least get a rubber stamp to imprint the back of the enclosure card envelopes. People need to know where all this goodness is coming from. 100% satisfied. read more

Great place for baubles and plants. Not sure I'd order flowers from here anymore since they just don't last as long as other places but they do make nice arrangements. I placed an order for Mother's Day on the Monday before the holiday, I specifically asked for pink long stem roses, they told me they needed a back up color , I said peach, which was one of their choices given, I ended up with red. You would think with a weeks notice I would have gotten at least one of my choices. I won't be using them again. read more
