And while my therapist was very nice, I was not happy with her performance. It was as if she were afraid to touch me. Touches were light, with little focus on the problem areas outlined on the intake form, she did not ask me any questions and when the service began, she moved very quickly from spot to spot, ignoring hands and feet. She spent a lot of time walking around the room, and kept her gloves on for the entire massage, which felt very strange. She also kept coughing during the massage. What I had hoped would be a relaxing treatment, was subpar, and ended before the 50 minutes was even up. (She picked me up around 2:13, and I was back in lounge for 2:56). I left dissatisfied unfortunately. I emailed my concerns last Saturday after the actual treatment, and I still have not heard back from anyone at the Spa.
