I had a really rough day so i did what every girl does, and went and got a fresh set of nails and the house pedicure! believe me when i say this, after probably a decade of getting pedicures, THAT PEDICURE was life changing. Best I've had by far!! They offer a beverage upon arrival and several times after (they have wine & champagne, sodas, and water) Very clean (a little cluttered but no more than the usual nail salon IMO) They were very gentle (without even asking!!) with acrylic nail removal, did the usual soak off and then didn't drill a whole lot for the removal! but loookkkk at how good these look!! Sadly I'm leaving the area in 2 weeks but I would 10000% return if I had time! read more

I usually do a gel nail fill and then a gel polish change on my toes every other visit and they've always taken care of me and done a great job! They give me exactly what I ask for and get the shape just right which is one thing I'm a little particular about! (I like a shorter, more pointed almond nail) Very satisfied! I've had a couple different nail techs do my nails and they always get it right so I don't have a preference on person!! They're also quick which is a big plus for me. Horrible experience. The male technician cut my toenail at a horrible angle, it hurt & then proceeded to file it very roughly! Said nothing to me, no greeting whatsoever by him or anyone else in the salon. Made zero eye contact. VERY heavy handed with the callous smoother- was painful!!! Wanted just a normal Mani-Pedi. That is exactly what I did NOT receive. During the pedi - She didn't throughly scrub/scrape my soles or heals but was going to let that slide. I felt she rushed and the place was not busy. The toenail polish was thick & gooey and later would find that it didn't dry even after several attempts. The mani- was just as disappointing. Wanted a basic clear polish. The polish looked like Cotton candy webs and strings, or spider webs as she was pulling the brush from bottle. Told her it wasn't right, so she changed to another clear that was just as poor quality as the first. Sat and dried nails forever. Got in car and notice 2 toenails we bubbled? She fixed but not happy about it. Back in car and the nails were a disaster. I will never return. Old products. read more

Jason used to be my nail tech for almost 2 years. He was great until lately. When I saw him last time, he seemed to be distracted and didn't pay attention so I had to remind him. He became offensive and disrespectful and I had to remind him that the end of the day I'm the paying customer.I always tipped him generously because he used to be kind, helpful and paid attention to his work which was phenomenal. Not last time, he did a horrible job with my toenails, I was afraid to complain about it because the mood he was in. But it has changed.So I booked my appointment to Tam for Saturday 3/17 with Tam. 45 minutes prior to the appointment I've got a message saying that she is no longer taking that appointment. I walked in the salon and a young gentleman ended up doing my nails and he did a very poor job. In the meantime I saw Ms Tan cutting her own nails and toenails while I was getting my nails done. So I guess it was a revenge for complaining prior to her husband? Maybe Jason was better before he became the store manager? What upset me is that we can't say if we want something different like a design or say something about not getting the job done right. I will not return nor recommend the Salon to anyone which I did before and send costumers there. read more

The experience was OK but 10 minutes after she finished my manicure, a man came out and touched my nails and said I was "good." I usually like to wait 30 minutes and use the dryer. By the tone I paid and got in my car I realized the top coat was dry but the color coats were not. I messed up my nails but they were still pliable enough to fix by smoothing them over with my finger. I wish I had insisted on staying longer to let my nails dry. read more

Would not recommend. Nail tech was rude, rough and used an electronic device to push my cuticles back...three were bleeding and I asked him to stop. He said.. "I'll do your nails my way which is the best way...not your way." I politely asked him to be more gentle and i prefer round nails. He did them square and did not care one bit. He also talked inappropriately about women and made me feel very uncomfortable. I am sure there are other techs there that are better but who wants to take a chance. It was expensive, stressful and I will never go back....I would run to another nail salon as fast as you can. read more

SEXUAL ASSAULT I was groped by the nail tech "Eric" here on April 27th, 2021, at the end of my session of acrylic nail application. I'm a young local and am begging that everyone in the community take their business elsewhere until the man who groped me has been fired. The GBPD has investigated the case, and I would like for everyone to know that the charges of battery were dropped due to 6 minutes of missing security footage at the exact time I was groped. It is unacceptable that this man is still employed and has access to other young women, and given he has not been punished for his actions I fear for others who may be next. My best friend and I got our pedicures here on vacation and the staff are so kind, the atmosphere is so relaxed, and the salon itself is stunning. So clean and beautiful, we were honestly very impressed. Chic and classy. My technician was even very gentle and careful with my sensitive feet, not to mention I was so ticklish and ridiculous and she was so patient and forgiving lol. So glad I decided to come here! It was a cheap Uber drive from the Hilton on Pensacola beach. Greeted immediately by a nice receptionist who allowed me to pick my nail colors and offered me a beverage. Then Troy the joker came and greeted me. he's awesome! Not sure I have laughed so much while getting my nails done. He did an awesome full acrylic set with gel and did a manicure because my nail beds were scary. Save yourself some time. I live locally and they are convenient. A few months ago, the young man doing my pedicure overflowed the bowl and soaked my handbag. It was an expensive handbag. Not even an apology. When I complained, was given an extra stamp on my punch card. Really? Called the Bayou location hoping to speak to the owner, left a message. Never got a call back. They literally do not care. Because they are close, and he was a kid.. I decided to give them another try. Was seated, asked to get up, then seated again. Then told to get up. Again. All while the person working on me and the very same young man who soaked my bag argued about which customer was next. It was embarrassing, I felt like a criminal line jumper. I eventually just left, she could be next. Poorly organized and ran. I went to a place in Pensacola and had a great experience today. read more

I didn't have an appointment, but called ahead and asked if it would be OK to come in 30 minutes without an appointment. I was told yes and then when I got there and said I called 30 minutes prior, the guy working the desk checked the caller ID to make sure it was exactly 30 minutes. He then just pointed to a bar area with nail polish samples scattered everywhere and told me to pick one. I picked a color and sat down. The man doing my nails was nice and did a pretty good job. I'm not sure if the polish was old or had gone bad, but it ended up being really thin when he finished and there were little spots all over a few of my nails. I showed him and asked him to fix it. After the first coat he reapplied, it happened again. I asked if it was the polish and if it was bad. He ignored my question and put 1 or 2 more coats on. The spots are gone, but now the nail polish is super thick and still doesn't look right. Definitely not worth the $40, maybe $15. Save your money and go somewhere else so you don't have to pay to get them redone later. read more

Went in for a full set, noticed later on that night that the acrylic was not fully cured which was odd, they started literally peeling off when I washed my hair that night. I called the next day, they told me to come in and "talk to the owner" so I did that. She first blamed me for choosing the wrong nail polish, and said it takes a long time to dry, which at this point was well over 24hrs. I showed her what my complaint was, I can actually bend them and peel them off, and she said to stop picking at them, and they would fix it. She called another tech over and said to reshape them, which I then said would not fix the problem if the acrylic is still wet. She told me to come back the next day so the guy who did it can do the soak off and do a new set. I made an appointment for 10 am the next day, I showed up, and the same guy who made my appointment yesterday told me they would not be doing my nails because its my fault for "picking" at them. He's only authorized to give me a gift card for the money I paid, but they won't do my nails. So how in the world can I use a gift card, for my nails, at my appointment, that the owner authorized to make, if shes now changed her mind and won't do my nails? I refused the gift card and was told I can come in later to basically argue with the owner about it. I was very apprehensive even saying anything because when I was there 2 days prior the same owner was screaming at another unhappy client on the phone about her services, then proceeded to bad mouth that client in the middle of the salon floor, after she hung up on her. This is the most unprofessional salon I have ever been in. I am a licensed and practicing stylist, I've lived in salons for the past 10 years of my career, I am mortified that this place is run this way. read more
