Super sanitary with gloves, their oil/lotion/etc is from a hands free pump, new sticks used for each wax application, and the chair/table is lined with fresh paper for each client. Overall extremely sanitary and safe. In addition Mallory is fantastic! She's very detail oriented and you can tell she knows what she's doing. She's quick and efficient while being thorough which is precisely what you want when someone is ripping hair from your body. Went back for my second waxing with her and signed up for a membership, such a great deal at a fantastic place.

Instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue, she became argumentative and spoke to me in an aggressive tone. As a paying customer, I expected at least a basic level of respect and customer service, but that was clearly lacking. The situation escalated to the point where I felt the need to contact a manager at a completely different location to report what had happened. I did not feel comfortable continuing the conversation at the original location due to the aggressive behavior I experienced. While the manager at the other location was more professional and willing to listen, the situation should have never reached that point. Overall, the attitude and behavior displayed especially by someone in a management position was unacceptable. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to others based on this experience.

More explanation of why not to go to Emily: My appointment with Emily was at 2:05 pm, but for some reason in my head it was at 2:15. So I receive a call from Emily right a 2:06 asking if I was still coming in & that she ONLY accepts cash. (we're in COVID right now, cash should be avoided) Of course, I don't carry cash on myself & had to arrive late, because i had to go get cash from my bank to avoid extra fee charges from the ATM she recommended. I went in to get an underarm wax & I have never received such horrible service & techniques I'be never seen a professional establishment should be performing. First, she tells me to sit down & just lift my arms above my head rather than lying down with my hands above my head. She then gets wax & puts it on me & the wax is scorching hot, gets the waxing strip to apply to my underarms & just rips it off me. Does this one more time on both underarms & says i'm done.
