My experience is always different every time I go just like the price! I feel like they just choose what to charge you at the door based on what you look like! I went in with my fiance and we both got our nails done he just got a simple trim and file and it was 40$ NO GEL. Then I get finished with my FILL with one chipped not broken nail and for my nails alone was 95$ but I go here all the time and a full set has never even cost me 95$ before tip. I could understand if I got some type of design or even a charm but nope 95$ for a one color one coat nail that don't even last 2 weeks... lost my business sorry I won't be back! read more

The service was nice and relatively quick for my dip manicure. The nails came out really cute with the cat eye effect but unfortunately, they only lasted a week before chipping off in chunks. At the two week mark, I only had five nails left. Seems like either an application issue or problem with the quality of their dip powder. Either way I doubt I would give it another try.. read more

Mia is absolutely incredible with dip manicures. I've been to her three times now at the recommendation of my friend, and she kills it every time. My first set lasted almost four weeks! I just had to go back because they were so grown out, and my second set was solid as well. I usually do neutrals, but this third visit I embraced some crazy colors and she fully delivered on my vision. Can't wait to try out their pedicures for my beach trip in July. I went to this shop not even two weeks ago and got a really simple design, a black French tip. Nina glued my tips on wrong, had my tips sticking up towards the ceiling and then when I questioned it she tried to say my nail grew like that . I've never had any other issues with my nail growing like this in the past and I have been getting my nails done consistently now for going on a year. Also, the paint is flaking and my nails are breaking and it hasn't even been two weeks!!!! Their website said the french tip was a 7$ add on but when I went to the checkout they added 20$ just for the French tip. read more

I went to get a simple full set. I did my best to be kind to the staff and they were not nice in return. I would only go here if i planned on spending a minimum of $130 because they only treat you well if you spend a bunch of money. The nails were okay. The technician was rough and my cuticles bled on 3 of my fingers. He also was really rude when I pointed out the nail lamp was not on and proceeded to say something to his coworker in a language I could not understand. I love people of all races so I have no bias in that regard. They just weren't that nice. Not recommended for the regular girlies. read more

if I could give a negative 5 stars I would. their sign says walk ins welcome. I was in Pensacola visiting family...I waited 15 minutes while no one noticed I was there ...no one was at the front desk....then someone came out as I was leaving...no one asked can I help you? ...I then called and asked do you do nails here...a they said only by appointment...which is fine but DONT have a walk in welcome sign on the window. DONT GO THERE! RUDE RUDE RUDE....I would rather give my money to someone who actually wants the business. read more

I came to Vanessa K for a haircut and shave. She got me looking right again, after a looking fairly bushy due to COVID-19. I really like how detailed they are to making sure every thing is sanitary and people maintain distance. She wore a mask the whole time, as did I except when she needed to access certain areas (for the shave and sideburns.) She asked me to wait in my car until she let me know (via the texting app) she was ready. That meant a lot to me as I'm at higher risk. Needless to say, I'll keep coming back. read more

I love blinged out & unique nails and she can hook it up! The quality of the products that she uses are the best. Last October, I was sick for 1 month, and could not get my nails done; my nails were still on with none lifting or broken, and all of the Swarovski crystals still looked great. None of the crystals fell off! #QualityWork. I also traveled overseas for 1 week and my nails still looked DOPE! My nails and all of the Swarovski crystals were in place when I flew back home. Never again. My mom (mostly my mom, she goes every two weeks) and I have been going to Vanity since it opened. We followed Joanne and Vinn from their former salon Nail Envy. Joanne and Vinn have been good friends of the family for years and I've always had exceptional service. This evening I rushed their from work and arrived at 5:40. When I walked in the lights were already off and the "owner" (Vinn's daughter) was behind the desk and asked if she could help me. I responded with yes I'd like a quick mani/pedi. Her response was to look at the clock then say you'll have to come back we close at 6. I've absolutely never been to a nail salon and turned away because they close in 20 minutes and I know for a fact if Joanne had been there she would have done my service. One rule of running a business is if you close at said time you still take customers up to that time. I drove a few blocks from Vanity Bar and found NB pampers nail bar. NB did a great job on my quick mani/pedi. I was out of there and on my way home in less than hour. I will never give the owner another dime of my money and neither will my mom. read more

They are awesome! I went in this morning thinking I had an appointment and they let me know my appointments were actually for tomorrow...my absolute mistake. They still took my daughter and I in immediately anyway and made our nails look amazing! They were SO gracious, most places would have just told us to come back at our original appointment.
