Bruce also gave me some advice to call the builder and see if his HVAC guy would warranty the work. Job was going to cost me $425 and Bruce cared more about my finances than landing him the job!! Even after I called him back and informed him that he was right, the builder was sending his HVAC guy to fix the problem... Bruce said to call him if we needed anything else.
