Vendor management has been a big part of my job for the last 20 years, so I've worked with many different tradesmen and repair companies across the country. Arrow is easily one of the best I've ever worked with. I called in with my issue early in the afternoon, and they had me on the schedule for the next day. Other companies couldn't get me in for at least three days. Albert showed up promptly the next day. He even took the time to let my high-anxiety dog get comfortable with him, which I really appreciated. He listened patiently as I explained the issues with my fridge, found the problem quickly, and had the part ordered overnight. He came back on a Saturday -- even though he didn't have to -- to install the part. He spent a little more time being kind to my crazy dog and got the fridge running again. I really appreciated how he explained the issue clearly, listened to my thoughts (even though I'm not an appliance tech), and even gave me helpful information should I be ready to buy a new refrigerator in the future. You don't find customer service like this much anymore. Arrow will absolutely be my first call for any appliance issues in the future. read more

Completely useless and clueless. I own a house in Corpus Christi and this is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Missed an appointment, rude to my elderly parents that live there, no idea how to handle home warranty claims, incorrect diagnosis of the problem and complete lack of communication throughout the organization. read more

The technician was dispatched with the wrong address. Did not show up, did not call. When I called the office "ROSE" said he had the wrong street name, said he already went to his next job and he would be there when he gets there. Nothing but attitude toward me, nothing apologetic, zero concern and zero resolution. Asked for next available appt and she said it was ANOTHER week out. I spelled out my address at least 2 times when I made the initial appointment? They have my phone number, yet didn't call when they couldn't find their customer? Called this company to have this guy jack waste my day. He forgot to put the order in, really!? So he gets a call back, admits he screwed up and then complains about having to deal with a hostile attitude. This is as he tells us he's the owner and his granddaughter blah blah blah. Excuse you! You made the error jack.Then some chick rings the doorbell ring, runs back to her car, the landlord comes out, stands on the stoop and she drives off. Rediculous. I'd leave zero stars if it were an option. This company told us a fridge part would be in in a "few days" and they would need to remove a piece of wood around the fridge. The part took 2.5 weeks and multiple calls prodding them. When it finally arrived, they came 2 hours late, the rude repair person walked in, looked at the fridge and said "let us know when you remove the wood" and began to walk out of the house. When I said "you told us you'd remove it" he completely ignored me and continued walking out. I'm buying an entirely new fridge rather than deal with this odious company. read more

Albert came to fix our LG French door refrigerator/freezer (sticking switch on the in-door water and ice dispenser). Diagnosed the problem and got the unit apart, fixed and back together in less than 2 hours from arrival to departure at a very fair price. Completely satisfied, and enjoyed talking with Albert while he worked (very personable, friendly and professional). I will DEFINITELY use Arrow again for my appliance repair needs, and recommend them highly. read more

They promptly answered my call and set a date for an appointment the next day. Albert arrived at the scheduled time and quickly found the problem. He ordered the part needed immediately. Absolute worst in town. Made appt and did not show up or even call. After taking the afternoon off from work for a 2-5 appt time, I called at 4:30 and lady said he was running late...no show. After 5 pm all calls go to voice mail and no calls were ever returned. I had to make the call and rescheduled and the only credit I would give is that a tech showed up. He looked at refrigerator and then said he doesn't know how to work on thermador and that was out of here! He was so unprofessional. that company will never step another foot in our home! read more

IF I COULD LEAVE A ZERO I WOULD! NEVER EVER USE. I agree with previous posts! They say they are waiting for a part, but after I questioned them because they said it would be in, I asked for a tracking number and not one was available? I asked does the office have one? No! Everyday I had to call them for a status on the part and when I did finally get the part was in, they scheduled me for their "next available!". More waiting, then as I was asking for a call before arriving, I get hung up on. Call back, voicemail! UNPROFESSIONAL. Then call the repair guy and tell him, he says no, the phones must be "acting up". BS! Getting the repair done, been without a dryer for two weeks, recording them in my house for no further mistakes! and then kicking them out of my house! WORST COMMUNICATION! this company is fantastic! we've lived here in Calallen for 13 years and have been using Arrow Appliance for refrigerators, freezer, washer and dryer repair. They've always been professional, courteous, on time, and informative. Albert was the tech we've gotten the past 2 times for repair. he was accurate in his estimate and tried to save us money. This has been just an awful experience. Long story short, it's been 4 months for them to fix our freezer after ordering the wrong parts and not following up. They did not order the part and when speaking to the owner, Sean, his excuse is he is running multiple calls a day and forgot to order the part. He hung up on me when I was trying to express my concern. His words were, "we're done here". Then he commented saying after he has already been paid and contracted by the home warranty company he doesn't have to come fix the fridge if I give him a hard time. He refused to apologize for lack of service and competence to fix the freezer which he has already been paid. We have been more than patient, we have had to call them every single time, and if we hadn't called them today after a month they would just have never showed up to fix it. The fact he hung up and threatens to not finish a job he has been paid for is totally unprofessional and appalling. Self-accountability is lacking still in shock. read more

Technician didn't show up. When I called the company I was told he called me on my cellphone but it didn't go through. I was also told he came to my home but I wasn't home which is false. I'm a SAHM I was home and have Ring cameras so I don't miss things. The company sends him back out. He was extremely unprofessional upon his arrival takes 2 minutes to try to turn the washing machine on and watch the drum . At which point he tells me that he doesn't understand why the drum is fighting him which is fascinating because as I'm standing there with him the drum isn't even spinning which is also what I told him from the start. I clearly can see by his behavior that he does not want to work on this washing machine. He tells me all of a sudden that I just need a new washing machine and there's nothing he can do . He did NOTHING else to the machine. The company charges an $89 diagnostic fee. When I called the repairman out on the nonsense of him only looking at it for 2 minutes he proceeds to tell me that I'm being hostile and insults me in various other ways and leaves my home. When I call the company I was told that someone else would come out but shortly after that phone call the owner Jack called me to tell me that they were going to pass on the ​. DO NOT USE THIS APPLIANCE REPAIR BUSINESS BECAUSE YOUR REPAIRS WILL NOT GET DONE!! The only reason for 1 star is because I couldn't give them anything lower. My home warranty called them out to repair my washing machine around Oct. 12, 2022. Gentleman showed up on time looked at washing machine and told me he would have to order some parts (did not say what parts he was ordering). He said it would take 7 to 9 business days and I expressed my concern that it was a long time to wait on parts but paid him service call fee. After nine business days I called Arrow back and spoke with the woman who answered and she told me the parts would be in the following Tuesday which was an additional 5 days. When Tuesday came I called again and she told me she would have to get the technician to call me back. In the meantime I get email from my home warranty saying if I did not respond with seven days they would consider my claim closed. I called them back and they said they had heard nothing from Arrow so they had not approved any repairs. The next day I called Arrow back and said they needed to submit paperwork to home warranty and lady again said she would let the technician know. After multiple calls to Arrow and my home warranty company my washing machine is still not repaired (and it is Nov. 11, 2022). My home warranty company said they were going to report Arrow and then called another repairman who showed up within 30 minutes and states he will have my machine working by Monday at latest. read more

We needed to have our ice maker repaired because it had stopped working. Our warranty company sent Arrow appliance out to take a look. Sean arrived within the time window we were given. He came to our door without a mask. He appeared annoyed and went back to his truck to get a mask. He was abrupt and not very informative on his return, we had to inquire what the plan of action was going to be because he did not make it clear. On his arrival we informed him the ice maker was working due to the power outage. It had thawed and began working again. However, this is common with this ice maker and we know it will need to be replaced. Unfortunately, given the experience we had with this individual and his demeanor, I have requested another technician to return when they need to come back out. In reading the other reviews, this appears to be the "norm" for this individual. If he does not have any regard for his own personal safety during a pandemic, as a business, he should be courteous and mindful of the fact that his personal feelings or beliefs have no place in the business setting. I am at high risk for COVID and not able to get a vaccine yet from the VA here in TX. It was unsettling to have this person be so rude and have an attitude. This behavior is not welcomed in our home, especially when we are paying for his service. He really needs to revisit customer service 101! read more

These clowns were assigned through landlord to fix an appliance. Received a call from Shawn to advise he was in route. I asked if he would be following COVID protocol, wearing mask, etc. Shawn immediately became rude and combative in his response, saying, "I don't have to put up with this". Really? I'm out of line for inquiring if/what type of safety measures you are taking during the midst of a pandemic? Apparently, this is a family member to boot. Wrong answer, Shawn. For ANYONE considering using these people, please know that this is the mindset you will encounter. Laughable at best. If I could give negative stars for this review I would. When we made our appointment for Friday at 4pm we specifically told them that **no one would be home until 4 pm.** We both left work (in the middle of big projects) to meet the tech, but no one ever showed up or called. We called them to find out what was going on and found that a tech had come by earlier---before 4---when they knew no one would be home. They then told us that a tech could come but not before 6, so we waited around all evening. Again, no one showed or called. read more

Was assigned this company through home warranty company to repair my washing machine. Set up appointment with a two days of claim. When technician came out, he was rude and just cared about getting money. Could not tell us what was exactly wrong but had to order a part. Called the next day and man did not know what part was ordered but told me it would take 4 days for part to come in. Called a week later and he had no idea what part was or if it was ordered. I had to call home warranty company to get another service provider to come out. I will never use this company again. read more

Was very happy with their service on washer six months ago. Called first thing yesterday morning with our fridge making loud noise. Was told that they would be out late morning or early afternoon. Husband stayed home for the service call. They called back at 3pm that they were running behind and would here in a few. We called back at 4pm and was told that he was waiting for a plumber at his home, but would call when he was on the way. At 5:30 he calls back and asks if he can come tomorrow at 8am......so, took off a day of work and sat waiting for nothing! Saturday comes and he shows up at 8:25, borderline rude, just goes straight to the fridge and starts working. Did the repair, but did a very sloppy job of putting everything back together. Do not use this place or any other appliance so called fix . 1 month an 400.00 later after being threatened if I called the bbb that him an his lawyer would take my home , now remember I'm the 1 that has the leaking fridge . Then floor was torn an blamed it on my floor guy after they pulled fridge out 3 or more times an that's the excuse he used for the fridge leaking after another an another an another part were supposed to be the problem .
