I'll begin by pointing out the Josh is not your average service technician! He was outstanding There are three reasons why... 1. Positive,polite demeanor and customer rapport. His personality stood out immediately! In the 90 degree sweaty heat, he graciously accepted my offer of ice cold water. I didn't have any plastic water bottles so I told him I'd be happy to give him some filtered ice water from my fridge. He was delighted as he handed off his EMPTY, oversized one liter white plastic jug with its matching attached straw! 2. Overflowing wealth of knowledge about how things work! Josh meticulously covered every single detail about our garage doors, their intricate parts, nice to know facts , programming the remotes and where the problem areas lied. While observing him make the repairs, I was intrigued how he would verbally explain to me exactly what he was doing and why -without taking his eyes off the work at hand. I learned so much about the features of our basic black garage doors by watching him work ! They're not so basic after all! 3. Above and beyond service with a smile ! Josh answered every one of my questions, he prevented a possible mishap by removing our broken ladder and placing it in his truck to be recycled Finally finished with the service call requirements, he agreed to replace the battery in my remote opener by swapping out his very own battery from his remote opener! In order for him to be satisfied with the job he did, he then proceeded to "test" my remote to make sure it would work properly! Oh and he even found the time to replace a missing screw on the hinge of one of the doors! Simply outstanding gentlemen and deserves employee recognition and appreciation award! When I followed up to schedule they were very accommodating, and made an appointment for the following week at a day/time that was convenient for us. The tech who came to do the install was very punctual and professional. He explained everything after the install was complete, and demonstrated the safety features since we have young kids. From start to finish they were very friendly, responsive, and professional and made the process incredibly easy and smooth. While I hope I don't need to replace my garage door openers again any time soon, I would absolutely recommend Adams Door Company to anyone in need of their services!

The guy came with doors and installed quickly and neatly, he had wrong opener , right series but chain drive, went back and returned with a builders model belt drive, BTW they charged me 450 for the crap opener. I paid them and figured they would make, good dummy me. Glass is single pane and opener is as loud as a jet going by.
