Sean showed up on time and immediately started to work. Even though he didn't finish everything he quoted for the day, he was going pretty fast and came back on time after lunch hours. He doesn't work on electrician stuff, but he knows how to work on drills, furniture assemble, drywall repair, painting and toilet flange. Baseboard and laminate he can work on too. I think the biggest pro for him is his punctuality. He was not late for once upon 3 time windows we met. His 2nd pro is his versatility. He can work on a lot of the stuff around the house and he knows what's working or missing. I think the biggest con for him is he only works 6 hours (net rest jours) a day, and if the job takes longer, he signs off and comes back on his next availability. This 6-7 hours a day thing may be normal, but it leaves me do some hands on work since he was off. However, he was way more efficient compared to the other 3 handyman I hired! I highly recommend Sean. He responded quickly and came out to look at the project. We were in a bind since we were going to have new flooring and a new toilet installed but the flooring people refused to do the job until we got the problem fixed (which is understandable). The wood under the toilet was extremely rotted and it was going to be a very big job. Sean assured us he could fix the problem. We hired him and he came out with his assistant and they immediately got the supplies needed to fix the floor and went to work. Extremely hard workers, good communication, very accommodating, a really nice guy and best of all always on time. We ended up canceling our flooring guy and let Sean do the new floor, new toilet and install a new vanity. Took a little over two days. Also hauled away the old toilet and vanity. Wow! There isn't a single negative thing I can say about Sean & Lewis, they earned their 5 stars! I received a late Sunday afternoon call from a tenant saying her water heater was leaking and no hot water. She's a good tenant so I wanted to replace the heater ASAP. Not expecting much help on a Sunday, I searched yelp for a handyman and Sean answered his phone. Any handyman who answers their business calls on a Sunday is a handyman you want to keep! Then he met me at Home Depot to pick out the heater and all the fixings because the old heater was really old and all the valves were outdated. By the time we were done it was getting dark so installation had to wait until the morning. Next morning, Sean was there as promised. He replaced the heater, all the lines and valves without any issues and my good tenant is happy. Now, I'm not just talking about a water heater install, I'm talking about Sean's outstanding work ethic. It's an almost dead quality these days so working with someone like Sean was a real pleasure.
