We had to hire someone to fix the gutters around the house because they were not properly reinstalled by them. Cesar was well informed about the work that we requested. Who asks for partial painting of their home? Unfortunately, Cesar has selective hearing. We asked them to finish the work that was outlined in the contract so we can pay the reminder that was due. They breached their own contract. I WOULD CAUTION ANYONE FROM HIRING THEM. He asked my Mom if she was married and when he found out that she is, that's when he went sour.

Coordinating multiple estimates at once isn't a luxury for us, it's a necessity. At no point did Seong mention that he has an issue with clients getting more than one quote. Instead of being upfront about his "one-contractor only" expectation, he chose to waste our time and walk away on the spot. It came across as unprofessional, inflexible, and dismissive of our situation. If you consider hiring Seong, make sure you ask very clearly about his attitude toward competing bids and your time. Based on our experience, I would not rely on him for anything that requires basic respect, communication, or professionalism.

We had a very good experience with them and their work led me to contact Freddy again years after to paint the exterior. He came in to give us a quote for the project and he gave us a great price. The amazing professionalism, punctuality, friendliness, and workmanship of Freddy and his great crew, Miguel, Jose, and Junior, in my opinion exceeds that of what their rate is. They really do care a lot about their work and make sure it's quality. Not only that, they are able to finish it in a timely manner. We ended up hiring them to stain our hardwood floors (but ended up keeping it with natural color) and had been very accommodating in working around a busy household. We also had a fresh coat of paint in some of our interior walls as maintenance, which made the house look new again. As expected, they did a wonderful job. I definitely highly recommend this company and would be contacting them again for future projects. Very trustworthy to do the job right, including warranties and workers comp for their crew.

I told Freddy the color I wanted. He gave me a time. A few days later, he showed up ready to work. Freddy doesn't rush. He doesn't cut corners. He pays attention to the little things most people pretend don't matter. Clean lines. Solid prep. Real patience. He works like someone who still respects the trade, and that's rare these days. Everlong was hired to perform stucco and painting repairs due to damage from the Eaton Cny fire of 2025. Like many homeowners recovering from the fire, I was already navigating insurance claims, repairs, and significant stress. My garage and backhouse were lost but my main home miraculously survived. Nevertheless, there was extensive damage to the right side of the house, from the roof down to the base. The home required many repairs. I felt overwhelmed with everything that needed to be done but happy to get the stucco and painting done. I somehow found Everlong Painting online, met with Luis Valadez and after an extensive conversation, felt confident that I could trust Luis Valadez to get the job done. He was very cordial, assuring and professional in his demeanor and that naturally increased my trust in him. I signed a contract detailing all the work that was to be completed. I was relieved that finally, after 5 long months, work was set to begin. Regrettably, It never crossed my mind to research his business on Yelp and read the reviews. The decision to hire this company has cost me more financially and emotionally in the long run. Shortly after the project was completed, I noticed that the paint on the gutter and wood at the entrance of the house had bubbled and separated from the surface. I promptly contacted Luis and provided photographs documenting the issue. He addressed the problem, and his workers actually sanded the wood as I expected they had done so for all the wood areas as stipulated in the contract. However, over time, other problems became evident, this was very dissapointing. I called Luis to inform him in an effort to have the work inspected and repaired but he never returned to my home, he never followed through on his 5-year contractual warranty. What has disappointed me the most is the fact that Luis doesn't care about the quality of the work. He paints a beautiful picture and makes you feel secure but it's a tactic to get you to buy in. If he truly cared, I wouldnt be sitting here warning the public. He would have returned to my home to take a look for himself, to at least see if my concerns were legitimate? But he doesn't care. The 5-year warranty looks great on paper, but it means nothing, it is not honored and this angers me because it's just another tactic to make you feel secure about doing business with him. Despite multiple communications regarding the defects, appointments were scheduled and postponed, and in some cases missed altogether. No phone call from Luis, no text, no "I'm sorry I can't make it", nothing. As time passed, the defects became more noticeable. I need to state that initially the house was painted white by Everlong but I didn't like the look and decided to repaint it myself an entirely different color. It was during the repainting that I discovered the areas of the house that were not stuccoed, for example, the downspouts were not removed, they simply added stucco as close as possible to the downspouts, and to be frank it wasnt obvious at first sight. Had I not undertaken the work to personally repaint my house, I may have never discovered these deficiencies. But it didn't end there, there were literally sections that were not stuccoed, such as the sides of the steps leading up to the kitchen door and dining room door. This is why it was so important for Luis to return to my home to see for himself. There were areas were the stucco work was sloppy and not smooth as required. I have photographs, videos, and text messages documenting my efforts to have these concerns addressed. Those records show that I notified Luis Valadez of the problems, requested inspections, and attempted to resolve the matter directly long before considering any formal complaints. I understand that construction issues can occur. What matters is how a company responds when a customer raises legitimate concerns. In my case, my pleas were outright ignored. The 5-year work warranty ignored and sadly no effort whatsoever from Luis Valadez to come by and see for himself. Customers should not be told that his work comes with a 5-year warranty. IT'S DECEPTIVE. He took my money but never cared about repairing the problems that surfaced. The quality of workmanship, communication, and post-project support fell far short of my expectations and most importantly, I trusted this man. Homeowners deserve a contractor who stands behind their work and addresses concerns when they arise. Sadly, that was not my experience. I share this review so that other homeowners can make an informed decision based on my EXPERIENCE. Please read the other negative reviews!!! Luis took the words right out of my mouth while explaining exactly what needed to be done, never refusing a request. He did eactly what I needed him to do, and was very patient and professional. Raul, the main painter, went above and beyond to satisfy every request my wife and I asked. He was very maticulous and paid very close attention to detail. He is a true craftsman. He ranks very high on my list of contactors. Always frienedly, polite, attentive, profressional, HARD WORKING, and strait up the best painter I have ever hired. My home literally looks like a million bucks. Raul did not rush. Instead, he put great effort into literally every sqaure inch of my home. Everything from patchwork, stucco work, wood work, sanding, prepping and painting was top notch. Just perfect. No overspray. No splotches. Absolutely no regrets. I give Raul high accolades because he did it right, and he did it his way, taking no shortcuts and leaving no stone unturned while paying great attention to detail. Would I recommend Everlong Painting? You better believe I would. Luis and Raul were a delight to work with and I am blessed to have found them.

He ended up arriving late at 9:30 AM after texting that he was running behind. We discussed a large project to replace/update the entire sprinkler system in both the front and backyard, totaling $3,375, and agreed to start the work on Tuesday at 8:30 AM. On the scheduled start day, he pushed the time to later because another customer had a leak that he wanted to check first. He never showed up. Later, he told me he had to spend the entire day fixing that leak and rescheduled me for Wednesday at 8:30 AM. On Wednesday, he rescheduled again, this time to Thursday at 8:30 AM, saying both of his workers were unavailable. Then on Thursday, he was another no-show. After waiting yet again, I texted him to cancel the project. This level of unreliability is completely unprofessional. I can't trust someone with a major project when they repeatedly fail to honor their commitments. Thankfully, we hadn't started the work yet. Otherwise, I would have been stuck wondering whether he would show up to finish the job or come back if there were any issues. I understand that emergencies happen, but repeatedly rescheduling and then failing to show up is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this business.
