I walked in and the location was very cleaned, the boss lady there was taking care of it. When she was done, she came over to ask what she could serve me. I decided on the cider and it was better than I expected. Other guests seem to love this spot as they frequent regularly. Walk by the place so many times and finally made it in here. Unfortunately, the bartender was not friendly whatsoever. She seemed super annoyed and looked almost upset that customers were there to order. Mind you, it wasn't extremely busy like the other breweries nearby and this place is smaller. Cute brewery in DTLA. We went on a Harry Potter themed night. The brew selection was a little hipstery, not in a bad way. Flavors and colors of brews are different. Like a blue or neon green. Which is fun. Especially when on a date to a Harry Potter themed night LOL. We went with a group and the table had games to choose from. Staff were super into the theme as well which was fun. This brewery is best known for its IPAs, Berliners and Stouts. I ordered an 8oz pour of Cheeks, a Berliner Weisse with Peaches, and it was sour but refreshing. I've been trying my best to drink lighter beers so I also opted for an 8oz Draft of the Arrow Light, an American Lager. It's not Arrow's specialty, so it unfortunately did not live up to my expectations. What impressed me most about the brewery was the vibrant art on its interior walls. I've been rooting for this place because it's located in the same building as my apartment complex & it's sucha chill and cozy neighborhood brewery. Butttt.. last night on 10/28 my apartment complex so graciously hosted a watch party for the Dodger game. My husband & I were excited to attend after a long day at work but we were unfortunately met with a sassy and rude female bartender. I get it, it's 10x busier than what you're used to but no need for an attitude. Hopefully the owner or manager sees this review and remedies this. With too many breweries around, we left & walked over to Arts District Brewery. Now I'm not sure if I'd want to return which is disappointing. To the positives.. Their beers are yummy though!! They offer beer, sour beers and hard seltzers! They don't have a kitchen so they don't have food but you're more than welcome to bring in outside food which is nice. There's a pizza restaurant next door & sometimes you'll find a food truck right out the door. They also allow your fur babies inside! read more

So being in Arts District and with so many options in the area, you'd better be on your "A" game. The validated parking that comes with a purchase is about as good as it gets. I won't call the person behind the bar a bartender because all she really does is pull a handle and let product flow but the least she can do is pretend she was happy to be there. Talk about grouch! Cool spot to hang out with friends. I came here with a large group and was able to move the tables around to make it work for us. I tried the Chanclaso and Saucin. Chanclaso was nice and light but the Saucin was to sour for my taste. Still good just not for me. Service was quick and friendly. Great new brewery in the Arts District! Close to Arts District Brewery and Angel City Brewing. Parking garage behind them and they validate for two hours. Otherwise street parking is tricky. Nice tap list with lagers, sours, IPAs, and stouts. TVs with sports on. Decent amount of seating. Cool murals on the walls too. Friendly staff. Food stall outside on the weekends. Not crowded compared to neighboring breweries, which was great! Overall definitely worth checking out for a beer! read more

Tucked away in the arts district is this extension of the San Dimas location. Arrow lodge brewing company puts quality over quantity. They are known for their IPAs and have loads of award winning beers. This location is tucked away in the arts district, and there is plenty of parking in the parking structure behind, first two hours are free and you can get validation from the businesses as well (don't remember the deal on that) No food is at this location but you can bring in your own! The vibe is great! Great music, great beer, a few pinball machines, and some TVs to watch the game! The moment you walk in you feel comfortable as the service is easy going and the beer tenders are very knowledgeable when it comes to the beer they are serving. This post is dedicated to the amazing bar tender Vanessa on Friday, 6/14/24. I got locked out of my car and didn't have my phone on me. Came to Arrow Lodge to borrow their phone and Vanessa was so kind and reassuring the entire time I was there. She wrote down their address as I asked for pen and paper to write some info down, like rescuing a lost puppy from a fallen house. My brother eventually called back to the bar and she took her time to find me and handed me the phone. She's an angel. I'm not much of a drinker, especially not under stress, tried their Muy Chingon, delicious! Nice crowd, very neighborhood vibe, and everyone seemed to be having a great time. I was stumbling around art district with a few friends one night, when we came across the grand opening for Arrow Lodge. How many times do you get to attend a grand opening, we thought? We took a look inside, and there were a ton of people in line. The paintings on the wall looked badass, and the overall design had a nice modern feel, so we popped in for a drink. Well, it ended up turning into five or six drinks and we met a bunch of fun people. To top it off, we walked to a taco stand down the street for a night cap afterward. Just wanna start off by saying the service was incredible, the servers were phenomenal, I went on Saturday 4/22/23 there were 2 girls and 1 guy working and they were pretty slammed but that didn't slow them down one bit, they were on top of everything and made sure everyone was pleased, Unfortunately there were quite a few drunk idiots that were giving the servers a hard time ( most likely trying to get free beer or a discount) but I guess that happens anywhere you go, but the servers didn't loose a step, absolutely killed them with kindness and they really won me over with that. Even down to the simple things like making sure good games were on to watch for sports fans, pups were attended to and even the kids and grown kids had plenty of games and entertainment, it was nice to look around and see smiles everywhere and people interacting with each other and not just glued to there phones or tablets. Overall just above and beyond, great service, great ambiance, amazing food suggestions, and just made it feel like home away from home. Will definitely be returning and bringing friends and recommending with great confidence. With the crew they have at arrow lodge in LA I can definitely see this place becoming a staple and maybe even the heart of the Arts District. It's not your typical Bar or Brewery in the area. I have been to their West Covina location and love their beers and prices. Came for the soft opening for the LA location and let me tell you, the location is right in the middle of what I believe to be the arts district. A very walkable area with amazing restaurants. We ordered a couple slices at a pizza spot a few steps away and brought them over to enjoy with our beers at the brewery. The brewery is very spacious, clean, beers are top quality and you can't beat their prices. Service is fast and always pleasant. The environment is just as chill as their West Covina location with the advantage that there is so much more within walking distance that you can eat and see here. They are also dog friendly!
