A friend invited me to this spot, and I was surprised it was a bit empty considering the World Cup was going on I thought it would be more crowded. I had never heard of or been here before, but it seemed like a chill spot overall. It's a pretty big place with both outdoor seating and a split indoor layout, but everything was nice and comfortable. I ordered a beer flight I only ended up being a fan of one of them, but that one definitely hit, so that's a win. We came for a stand-up show, and it was a little empty, but honestly I didn't mind the relaxed vibe.

Came to Boomtown Brewery after a group run with my running club and two other LA run crews, and it was such a fun experience! The place has a really cool, laid-back vibe spacious, industrial style, and super inviting. It got busy, but the staff handled it well and were friendly the whole time. I don't drink, but my friends all grabbed beers and kept saying how good they were (they're definitely known for their craft beers). Everyone was happy, which says a lot! I just enjoyed the atmosphere and the energy of the crowd. There's plenty of seating, clean bathrooms (always important), and even a separate room with a stage, so it looks like they host live music and events too. Big plus: it feels like a great spot to hang out after a run or meet up with friends. I've also heard they often have food trucks, which makes it even better. Overall, great vibes, good service, and a fun place to unwind. Would definitely come back with the group!

Beer tasted great, nice place to chill and watch the Dodgers. Hang out and drink a few brews while listening to some dj create jams.

Boomtown is always a vibe ! They have a good variety of beer choices and usually have food vendors that do not disappoint! The only thing is on special events it can get very crowded and their restrooms are so small. On game days it can be impossible to get a drink, but the beer tenders try their best it really is just that busy

I've been a couple times and have had a good experience each time. The staff is very friendly and the beers are good. They also have plenty of food trucks in the front in case you're hungry.

Great Vibes, Games, Karaoke & Churros -- We'll Be Back Came to check out Boomtown Brewery with my boyfriend and had such an awesome time. Even on a soggy, rainy day, this place delivered great vibes. We arrived a bit early and got to explore both rooms, which was a fun experience in itself. The first room had karaoke, long tables and benches, cozy sofas, dart machines, a photo booth, games, and restrooms. It's also very pet-friendly--as long as your dog is leashed. They even have water bowls for pets, which we loved. The second room to the right has board games, two pool tables, high tops, more seating, sofas, and the main bar. The whole space has a rustic, industrial feel with lots of cool hanging plants, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Everyone was friendly and kind. There was a food truck on site, and we also got lucky with a mobile churro vendor called Hippie Churro--we ordered two churros (one strawberry-filled and one plain), and they were delicious. $7 well spent. We enjoyed a michelada and an IPA, played Jenga, listened to music, and caught some karaoke performances. Overall, an amazing night with great energy and a solid setup for hanging out, playing games, and just enjoying the moment. We'll definitely be back soon.

We came here during the week for one of those lectures next-door and thought it'd be a good idea to grab a couple beers prior. The place is cool. They have a great variety and the staff is super knowledgeable about all the drinks available.

Fantastic ambiance! This place has such a cool vibe and great indoor space as well as outdoor seating. Inside gives off an elevated but still relaxing feel and outdoors was like a secret garden vibe. I'm personally a dark beer fan and they didn't have any but my brother got a light beer which he enjoyed and I bought him this awesome corduroy Boomtown hat. Super welcoming staff and a friendly crowd. I'd definitely come back.

This was my second visit to Boomtown and I enjoyed the laidback vibe. We had patient and friendly beer tenders who suggested a few styles to try. After sampling a few beers, I chose the Graffiti IPA. The can is so damn cool! We had a top tier smash burger and fries from WAVE and I'm excited to see they have two regular beach locations! Great night and looking to have regular visits, especially with live music.

A perfect place to get together with a group of friends as well as hosting super cool events! The house made brews are super flavorful and they have a great selection of different styles!

I used to frequently come here when I lived in Cali it was very chill vibe it's been a couple of years since. Now that I recently checked it out it has changed in a good way. I always try to make a pit stop here . Great vibes and good people. Beer is amazing . ! 10/10

My cousins decided to come hang out here in the afternoon, (I do not consume alcohol) and they enjoyed their pitchers of beer, to which Jose attended us all really well and was quick to attend anyone pretty quick. The space here is great to hang out and shoot some pool, great choice of music, he had oldies playing, I love that. Great place to go watch a game as well.

This place was busy! Not only were the drinks good, but they had a big projector with the soccer game in and everyone was so focused! Such a great atmosphere and the vibes were super chill. They had on some Latin music after the game was over and people got up and danced. Loved every minute of it. The lines to get beer were long but they were quick. Outdoor seating at well with shade, also with a tv for people to watch the game. That was really neat. I'd totally come back!

Hey Karla! Yes we have free wifi available

Hi. Can you bring in dessert if celebrating a birthday? Also, can you bring in outside food for kids who may not like the food options from the food truck?

Absolutely! And if you need a fridge just let us know and we can put it in the walk in until you’re ready for it

Yup! until 8pm, then we are 21+

    Is there parking?

When we went in February 2022 we had to show our vax cards.

If no proof of vaccination will a 24-72 hour negative test result suffice?

No sorry we can’t accept that at this time. We are following the la county and la city rules that are currently in place and they don’t allow us to accept that at breweries or bars right now, only restaurants

Will there be food available Friday night 11/12?

I am trying to get ahold of them for an event and have called, and emailed- is there any alternate contact information?

Due to an Uber address mix-up, we ended up at this location by mistake. Upon arriving near closing time, we just asked if we could come in for a drink as we believed this was a bar: After being told it was a private event, I calmly tried to explain our Uber mistake. Instead of handling the situation professionally, a female staff member completely lost her temper. She started screaming at us, talked to us terribly, and physically aggressed us and telling us to go away. Given the unprovoked hostility and the way she treated us, I strongly believe her behavior was racially motivated because we are not from America. She tried to physically attack us. Her actions were so completely out of line and unwarranted that even several guests from the private event came over to apologize to us for her deplorable conduct. No one should ever be subjected to discrimination, verbal abuse, or violence over a simple misunderstanding. I highly advise avoiding this place, customer service, safety, and basic respect are completely nonexistent here. To make matters worse, I didn't even say a word to provoke her, she completely misdirected her anger at us just because of other people standing nearby. Being targeted, screamed at, and pushed when you haven't done or said a single thing is completely unhinged. She literally screamed right in our faces: "Hell no! Get the fuck out of here!"
