Alfonso, the technician who came to fix the leak said my plumbing pipes had been recalled several years ago because the lines failed and were substandard and not worth fixing. He did a temporary fix on the leak but couldn't guarantee it wouldn't fail. He said my plumbing needed to be completely replaced and called his boss to get pricing. They gave me their best discount and I accepted the price. It was a shock to me to find I had to replace everything but there was no other option and I made an appointment for Monday. I want to commend Alfonso and his partner Benny for their kindness towards me. Alfonso even helped my park maintenance man install a new meter because mine was cracked and leaking gas! The other company had me waiting for more than a month. The other reason is because Super Bros was super communicative and explained the whole process before it started, asked lots of questions about my preferences, and was incredibly transparent about every details and process. My primary point of contact for this job was Jeremy. He was actually another reason that I went with Super Bros, as I never felt like he was trying to upsell anything or push me into doing something I didn't want or need. He was clear about where there were options and where he has seen challenges from a project like mine in the past. His experience and demeanor were what locked it in for me. After agreeing to use Super Bros, the next week I was met by Mike, who walked through with me as he was point on the project. I work from home so I was around for the entire thing, but I can honestly say that there was barely any disruption to my workday. Yes, the water was off for one of the 3 days of work, but other than that and the expected noise of cutting out metal pipes here and there, the disruption was nearly invisible.
