Anthony and Gabriel definitely know how to immediately clear a clog in my sewer lateral. I appreciated the time they took to explain the current issue and potential further issues with my older sewer lateral. I am considering having them do further work because I feel they are trustworthy and being honest with my plumbing situation. One week later - Anthony dug up my corroded sewer lateral joint that caused the above issue and installed a new joint of updated material. Very professional work. He worked carefully not to disrupt my paver patio, showed me the corroded joint, and explained the issue each step of the way. The end product, the garden spot perfectly filled as if never touched. While here Anthony did some shower fixture work and was very honest to conclude that the issue was easily fixed right then and there. My standard is to hire experts that are licensed and knowledgeable in their work, honest, and responsive. These guys are great! Gabriel is very attentive and easy to work with! His pricing is the fairest in town. I called them to clean out my sewer main due to back ups... I knew the problem was roots from our big tree out front. He tried snaking it and it got stuck pretty bad, so we ended up replacing that section of heavily damaged pipe. They worked super hard (in 100 degree heat!) and got it done in 7 hours due to SO MANY thick roots!... the job is done and we are really pleased! Called Gabriel at Drain Pros because my drains were very slow and then suddenly backed up. He came the same day and unfortunately found an almost solid mat of roots in my sewer line (showed me very clear pictures and video). He was able to come the next day and dug out the line (5+ feet deep) and replaced the section. Had a broken drain pipe under kitchen sink with a significant leak and water where it shouldn't be. Reached out on a Sunday and Anthony arrived Monday at 10AM. Anthony skillfully resolved the issue and also installed a new faucet at my request. Anthony even drove to Home Depot to pick up the faucet. After everything was done I drained a sink full of water and noticed a small leak in the area where pipes intersected. Anthony was back within a couple of hours and resolved the leak.
