In my opinion, Kevin Lawson sales person. At arrow, trucking is a horrible person. He lied to me about the AP unit. That was smoking when I seen it with my own eyes. I almost brought up in this truck because the muffler was turned towardst. Detroit shows that day salesman's. Do not care or mechanics manager Dustin. Do not care because you see me in. There trying to get the problem solved? I have them all. I have text Kevin Lawson no response back. Call corporate, they don't care they don't return the call. Please do not buy a truck from these people. They make you feel good thru the whole purchasing process. Once the deal is done they just say f you. I've had my truck for three months now and it's a complete lemon. Clutch plate, radiator, radiator hose/clamps, brakes, windshield wiper motor, fuel sensor. Even the warranty from ntb I was sold doesn't cover none of these things. Called the guy who sold me truck. He said I will call you back but never hear anything. Do not walk.....Run away from these folks!! I bought a 2013 Freightliner Cascadia from Arrow Truck Sales Atlanta at the end of October 2020. I paid $29,500 cash for this truck with a Cummins ISX 15 engine and 10 speed Eaton Fuller manual transmission. Being aware there is a known issue with Cummins Engine fuel pumps made before 2015, I asked the sales person to check to see if this was the original fuel pump on the truck. He said he would have someone check. He never came back with a response, so assumed (I know never assume) they checked and there was no issue. I asked about their 90 warranty and extended warranty since it is a used truck. I had to ask for the warranty it was not offered. I am very glad I requested it. Before I could get the truck on the road, on November 16th, it started to run rough so I took it to a local diesel repair shop. Well, remember that fuel pump issue, this truck still had the original fuel pump. When these pumps go bad they have ceramic parts that get destroyed and the debris gets into the engine oil. This debris basically destroys the engine. So I found this out well within the first 90 days. However, Arrow only covers up to $5,000 dollars of repairs in their 90 day warranty. Also, the extended warranty that cost about $5,600 will only cover up to the amount you paid for the vehicle. The shop provided an estimate of nearly $50,000 to repair the engine. The warranty company opted to replace the Engine. The engine replacement will be about $25,000. So after having the engine replaced I will only have about $4,900 available for repairs for the remainder of the warranty. It is now January 2nd 2021 and the Truck is still in the shop. The engine the warranty company had shipped to the shop, from LKQ, was a used 2013 engine that supposedly had been rebuilt. The engine arrived at the shop with a broken Oil Fill spout, leaking rear main, and the fuel pump was bad. I am Pissed!! They don't seem to understand every week this truck is not running it is costing my company thousands in lost revenue, insurance premiums, and other fees to just be in business as a carrier. This has been a terrible experience with all related to this purchase Arrow Truck Sales Atlanta, NTP-Premium2k (warranty), and LKQ (engine provider). I want to warn future customers to be cautious when buying trucks from this business. They are not trustworthy. The salesman and financial officers are out to scheme money. I have been looking for a good truck for a long time. When I finally found one at their location I was happy and decided to deal the pricing of the truck with one of the salesman name Wilson Fish. At the time Wilson told me the financial officer is on vacation. She won't be back until Monday. Worried that the truck will sale to another person, I asked Wilson for the business's policy on deposit. I also make sure to get the financial officer information so I can contact her right away. Wilson informed me that once I put down a deposit, they will hold the truck for 72 hours before they decide to sell the truck to someone else. When I have a clear understanding of this policy I decided to put a deposit for this truck. Trusting Wilson is a good and honest man, I waited until Monday to contact him and the financial officer again. Monday is still within 72 hours frame. I called Wilson and Alicia, from the financial office several times on Monday but none of them pick up the phones. I left voicemails and text messages for Alicia and Wilson. At this time I started to worried. I contacted Wilson again and he finally responded to my calls. At first he gave me some nonsense excuses. He kept delaying to response to my questions about my deposit and the truck. Finally he admitted that the truck is sold to someone else. This truck is sold to someone who did not put down a deposit and they still have my deposit. They violate their business's policy and scam me for my money. I was furious and repeated the policy that Wilson told me. He treated me like a child and kept changing his story. He kept gave me different policy that was not relevant to the deal that I had with him. Also I contacted Alicia from financial office and she never returns my calls. Yet, the manager was even worse. Instead of helping me and resolving the issue, he used profanities and disrespected me. He proceeded to hang up the phone and cut me off. This company is very untrustworthy. They checked my credit and it was approved. I want people to be very cautious and not be in the same position as I am. Don't buy truck from this dealership. They will scam your money. I wouldn't recommend this business, I really don't feel like I got treated fairly with this company, I warned them before hand about the ac needing to be repaired, we took it back to them to get repaired and after driving it some the light came back on, also my driver took a load lately, well it started to rain and water came inside of the tractor, the driver was upset and it made me feel bad! So I called to report it after we found that out, they're saying they don't have anything to do with that because it wasn't reported at the time of purchase, how would we have known unless we threw a bucket of water on the windshield, also the tractor was parked for a while before using. If you decide to use them please make sure you check out everything! Also to add, the three free tows has stipulations, you will not get a tow if you happen to be at your own home address, my tractor was stuck in the mud and we needed a tow to help pull it out and was rejected, smh, was a bad choice for me! I pray that the tractor works out further for us because we've pretty much really are just now getting started to now make money, and the three month warranty is almost done! UPDATE: Had a few issues when I purchased my first truck in July of 2017. I must say that after speaking to the sales manager, my issues were resolved. I appreciate them taking time to hear and understand my concerns. Aside from listening, I appreciate them coming up with a solution that was beneficial for all parties (mainly me).
