Today was a good day!!! Came in frustrated left out amazed. Had issues with my PTO Durrell assured me that he could get it handled and he did just that. Matt got a technician on it right away. Bobby the technician was awesome as well. Explained everything he did and was very detailed. I thank them for all their good work and making sure that I was taken care of. These people are criminals and incompetent idiots. My experience is similar to other reviews. They don't return phones calls or emails. Lie about the work that needs to be done. Overcharge for service. They actually forced us to pay for a warranty repair. Wouldn't let us have our truck back until we paid them $4k for repairs that should have been covered under warranty. I'm sure they probably "double-dipped". More than likely charged us and turned in a warranty claim. One of the worst Freightliner dealers in the US. Avoid them at all costs. read more

**Zero Stars** I can't speak for all of the Peach State Truck Centers, but I can attest to the one in Forest Park, Georgia. We took our truck in for a simple brake shoes and pads in November. See, peak season was about to happen and we were preparing our truck so we could make a decent amount of money since Christmas and Amazon was about to happen. First, they send us a quote for $1200 dollars for just this repair. Cool, we were happy with that. A little while late our $1200 dollar repair turned into $4500. Now let me break that stupidity down for you. We were told the mechanic couldn't get some of the old parts off of our truck due to it rusted so bad. We understood that since our truck came from the north. So reluctantly, we agreed to the repair. Then it gets even better. They need a certain part that every company doesn't seem to make anymore. Some spyder part. It's on backorder until the beginning of December. Mind you, they've had our truck a month by the beginning of December and told us we were unable to drive our truck off the lot because it was in pieces and they can't put it back together. We'd have to tow it. Seeing as how we had a huge repair bill, we decided to leave the truck there. Peak season was all of December, we'd at least catch the latter half. So I call a few days into December to check on the part cause these idiots don't keep you informed very well. Yes, it is on track for delivery. But wait, I call to check how long it will take for the repair, "Oh the part is on back order til Jan 17th." HUH? And we still can't take it off the lot cause according to the head foreman idiot, it was in pieces, he didn't recommend driving due to DOT violations and we'd have to tow. Hands tied, we wait until Jan 17th, now screwed because peak season is over and any trucker knows, peak season is a money making time. Jan 17th comes along and this part is still not available and I too, kept looking on my own during all this time. My father in law goes up there to look at the truck. Our truck that these idiots said was in pieces, was ALL PUT TOGETHER sitting in their lot. But wait, they said they couldn't get it back together on the truck cause it was so rusted. Okay, now my husband goes up there too. Same findings. Then when we wanted to take OUR truck back because WE OWNED IT, not Freightliner, they wanted to say no. We paid $500 or so in cash to get our truck out of their and we fixed it right outside their fence in front of their service department and guess what??? NO RUST WAS ON OUR DAMN TRUCK. THEY LIED CONTINOUSLY BECAUSE THEY ARE OUT TO MAKE A DOLLAR AND SCREW US. So we get out truck fixed, we bring it home and brake assemblies they say WERE SO RUSTED THE MECHANIC COULDN'T GET IT OFF, we took off ourselves in our driveway. Oh but wait, there's more. Since our truck sat there for 3 months, our transmission starting going out and our back end of our truck made noise. So I question if someone at Freightliner USED OUR TRUCK TO MAKE THEIR OWN DELIVERIES BECAUSE THAT TRANSMISSION WAS SOLID WHEN WE LEFT IT THERE. AND THEY GAVE US BACK A BROKEN TRUCK, LIED ABOUT THE REPAIRS NEEDED AND SCREWED US ROYALLY. Lesson learned is do your own repairs because this place, and I have read sooooooooooooooo many reviews since the, LIE and UPCHARGE YOU because they are EVIL AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SMALL MAN. Not to mention, these idiots they have at the service desk counter have NO CLUE about these trucks parts. IF THE DIAGRAM THEY PULL UP DOESN'T SHOW IT, THEY CAN'T THINK FOR THEMSELVES AND FIGURE IT OUT. To say I am HIGHLY DISSATISFIED is an understatement. So please, DO NOT take your truck here AT ALL. This dealership doesn't cut keys on weekends. Out of all the dealerships I work with and have been to through out the entire U.S. I have never heard of some bs like this. All they have to do it put the key in the machine and let the machine cut it. The most easiest thing you could do at a dealership or shop. read more

I took my truck there 3 times for the same problem only for them to fix everything except the exact problem. They do not have good mechanics who actually know how to find and diagnose the exact problems. I guess they just plug the computer up and change whatever they think the best part is then clear the code manually and charge you 1500 and say it's fixed. 30 miles down the road the same code comes right back on. Doesn't get much worse than this place, can't get anyone on the phone. Not a person in there has the least bit of urgency.

I've purchased a 2017 freight-liner M2 brand new. Within the 1st 2 years it has been back to freight liner over 6 times with wrongful diagnosis, which has caused down time within my business and causing my business to fail. On two occasions out of 6 I've had to return the truck back immediately due to wrongful diagnosis. On this last occasion I've brought the truck in and explained in detail on what the issues where with the truck as noted in the paperwork. My 1st initial diagnosis was that my truck need an alternator, battery and air intake throttle valve. After 2300.00 later and 3 hours additional diagnosis time for my truck, I picked my truck up,after making it only a couple of miles up the road. The truck started with the same issues. I returned back to freight liner and dropped the truck off. I received another estimate stating I needed a turbo an entire different issue from the initial diagnosis. After the 5300.00 estimate, I picked my truck up and had a brand new turbo from Cummings put on and calibrated with Cummings software and the truck still has the same issues after paying 5000.00 for service.   My core from my turbo was tested and nothing was wrong with my original turbo. I also ask for my altenator and battery the same day it was taken off my truck by freight liner to be tested and was told unfortunately the have disposed of them and if the technician said that's the issue then of course he's going to believe him rather it was tested or not.   Now with over 8000.00 in and the same problem occurring I'm about to loose the truck and driver that has been out of work. This is not the first time this exact truck has received a wrong diagnosis. If you look over the paperwork you will see there has been several misdiagnosis on this same truck. We have invested retirement and exhausted all working capital and credit cards with Feightliner misdiagnosis.   I will be returning this truck in the morning in hopes of getting a resolution where the financial burden is not on my company. After a full day of driving, he gets there and he's then told his truck WASN'T ready. Took my 2012 Sprinter in for a check engine light for diagnostic on what could be the problem after two other shops in the area could not figure out what was wrong. Overnight they ran diagnostics and came back that I needed to change out the intake manifold and a cost of $5,000.00!! I did not approve the work and took it to another shop in N Atlanta and in THREE HOURS they corrected the problem. It wasn't the intake manifold, IT WAS A FUSE!!!!! Three shops, including an authorized dealer, could not find a blown fuse!!! I have since put on 2,000 miles, running fine and saved $4,739!! I am in the process of talking to an attorney as to what action I can take since I had to pay over $300.00 for Peach State's ERRONEOUS diagnostic fiasco. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! read more
