Though last minute and being a weekend, I had to make my client happy so I took the first quote I could get. Knowing it would be pricey. D & O reached out and was very nice. We agreed on a price for 4-6 hours, but I knew I had to beat that time and that I wanted the crane operator out before the 4 hr mark being a Saturday. The crane operator was fantastic and we were ready. He was happy to have some of his Saturday to himself because we set 32 units in 2.5 hours 3 for set up and tear down (that's being generous as the last photo taken was 8a.m. and we were on the ground helping him pack up by 8:30) and when I asked for a bill, he said the office would send it.......Oh and did they $3450.00 for 2.5 hrs we can call it 3 for set up and brake down, thanks to my great crew and careful planning. I sent a check for that amount because yes that's what I agreed to, but it also says "per hr" in my quote port to port would be $640 - $700 plus some change per hour, plus a fuel charge. Hats off to you D & O, hats off to you. This was the most expensive 40t crane I have ever rented. This one I will keep for my record hoping to never have it beat by another crane company. LMAO

I took two months to get a plumber out there to help me hook everything up using ladders and tow straps to enter and exit the tank through an 18 inch hole. Same day he realized we were missing the 10 foot tubing used for the water outlet. The tube that was provided was for the float filter so that may have created some confusion. After calling and trying to convince Liana that the part was not there after she argued with me for 5 minutes about it, I gave my plumber the phone so that he could convince her that we have eyes and need two sets of tubing...after a lot of arguing and waiting and calling us back an hour later, we settled another purchase by me of the tubing at cost $40. 100 vs 40 at cost. And btw I was willing to pay the full 100 as it's not a lot of money in terms of what I spent with them, but it was my plumber on the phone arguing for me...and she was actually arguing back! - over 100 bucks! Any math gurus out there want to solve for 100 sell point and a 40 dollar cost point for this 10 feet of tubing at 10 per ft? That's 150% mark up and they could potentially have this on all their items. I spent 5600 dollars with this company OTD, and they argued with me and poisoned a business relationship over 100 bucks (2% of the total purchase price) and ended up making me rebuy it at cost when it was never delivered in the first place. And poisoned it over not assembling my tank. This broad said she called and spoke with her team who delivered and they remembered delivering tubing to me. Over 100 bucks, and spent like an hour on this arguing with us and calling around to find some resolution. Yea your workers remember exactly all the parts they did or did not hand over to me two months ago...Right. You've been warned everyone. - Reply to the business owner: Interesting because I just called your business for a water delivery and asked about tanks as well, and got a direct referral to Southwest Water Tanks. Also, just got a direct quote from the horse's mouth (the person I was on the phone with) who said you were a "sister" company. We hired Prescott Home Safety to perform a through cleaning of our dryer vent. Jeff arrived on…read moretime, told us he would be cleaning the entire vent from where the vent exits the dryer all the way to the roof. He pulled the stacked washer and dryer out from the wall and cleaned every section of the vent all the way to the roof by adding sections to his cleaning device until it came out on the roof vent. He then completely vacuumed all of the dust up that was behind the dryer, checked the air flow of the dryer by going up on the roof to get a reading of the flow rate. He repeated the entire process one more time until he was satisfied with the air flow reading . We were extremely pleased with the results and my wife has see a marked improvement in the time it now takes to dry a load of clothing. We highly recommend Jeff and will definitely have him back every year to make certain the dryer is running at its peak efficiency.
