I found Vickie Johnston ( the owner ) to be knowledgable and very interested in the health aspects of clean water. 2 weeks later Vickie's husband Larry installed my conditioner tank as well as a sediment filter I had requested. She said we would notice a huge difference in our well water quality, which had no filter at the time. She informed me that a rep would arrive at my home to test the water prior to the install and I never saw him. Apparently he helped himself to my spigot outside and she said they sent the water off to be tested, but apparently it got lost in the mail. After I called multiple times for the results, she said she would send him again and he never showed. We never got the official results. I tested my water with a TDS meter before and one month after the install. The difference was minimal. My kitchen sink water tested at 367ppm prior to and 338ppm one month after. I would have expected a HUGE difference at $4000 for the unit. I called Danielle repeatedly after I found these results and she totally ghosted me. The customer service is horrible and their system is questionable. I can't even tell the system is working since it doesn't make a sound. I also asked her about a water softener with the system and she said I won't need one once this system is installed. Flat out lie. My hard water was just as hard and horrible as before. We installed a water softener and the water is much better, however the TDS levels are still the same as when I had tested one month after the system was installed.

I had recently moved from southern Arizona, where there was water stores all around me and this was the only one I can find to come and fill my water bottles. I know you can go to those vending machines, or inside Walmart, or some of the grocery stores. I personally just rather go to a water store that caters to making sure that their system is clean and you're getting clean refreshing water to drink. Sometimes I don't trust those machines and how often they get cleaned. I've only encountered one person coming to this water store. He is a very, gentle and humble young gentleman. He is very, very nice! He understands what customer service is all about. It's a cool little shop too. They have other things in there and it always smells really nice with the incense burning.
