Awesome grass area where kids from all camps played soccer and other sports. Very clean park. Store was great where we rented boats and kayaks that the kids loved with making many memories to remember. Vince and Shannon were amazing camp hosts and we loved getting to know them! If you're looking for a quiet but fun place to stay in RV, rent a cabin or sleep in a tent which we also did for a night... this is the place!!!! Hats off to Lake Selmac and Shannon and Vince for welcoming our crazy RV group and taking such good care of us! We will be sure to return!

There is a sign that directs you to the small parking lot. From the parking lot, reaching the waterfall is an easy half-mile walk through the forest, with a few switchbacks along the way. The trail is well cared for, dogs are welcome on leash, and the peaceful beauty of the woods made the journey every bit as rewarding as the falls. Although, we had been warned about the mosquitos in the area, they were not an issue at all when we were there. Well worth the slight detour on your way to Crater Lake, Diamond Lake or the Rogue River Gorge.

We have had groups as large as 10 people and Mario has always put together talented, fun and patient guides. This year we had planned to fish the Happy Camp run. The river was blown out and instead of cancelling our trip, on very short notice, Mario was able to coordinate with our other guides a run East of the Scott River. Wrote the owner Mario couple days later asking for return on 100.00 deposit, said no problem. Returned from trip, 2 weeks later no return check, fine. Asked again. Today received 75 dollar money order from him, through the Postal Service (costs 1.75 for money order). Not said 25 dollar processing fee. Total bullshit, bad form and amateur. Will report to BBB and local town. Amateur for sure.
