There really is not much I can say that hasn't already been said about Arrowhead Towne Center, other than it reminds me of Tucson Mall back when it didn't seem like it was on death's door with growing vacancies. This mall is solidly decent. You'll find most of what you want here except super high-end stuff you can easily find in Scottsdale. Just watch out for the usually pushy sales people at kiosks and coming out of storefronts. Years ago, they were so close to selling my parents on a timeshare. read more

GELATO GUY - Kiosk Level 1: So unless you like being played like an idiot I strongly suggest that you go to the many hundreds of other places not just in this mall but in the surrounding area. These people didn't tell me how much they upcharged me for a simple scoop of gelato until they already ran my card. I told them that I don't want it and to take it off of my credit card. They LIED about giving me a refund. I walked right back to the kiosk and the manager was trying to be argumentative with me. I said "Do I have the item? No I do not. You were standing right here when I refused it. Now give me the refund." This guy had to be shot down multiple times on whether I should be charged for an item I never received. He then pretended that it never got charged before I showed him on my credit card app that it was charged. He then showed me his square app iPad which was a bad idea because I then saw that the little schmuck had given himself a tip to add insult to injury. I then told him that I will bring the police over if he didn't give me a refund. (Yes, I actually had to say this.) He proceeded to pretend to punch a couple of buttons and say, "Okay it's done." I said "Do you think I'm an idiot?" Then I had to babysit to make sure that he requested the refund by literally walking him through the whole process to make sure that he was actually pushing the buttons that sends the refund through. I then called my credit card company and told them about the DELIBERATE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY and blocked this company from being able to process another order while my back is turned. So sad. These people are absolute crooks. If you want a business to thrive, you don't lie to, nor abuse your customers. We want to nurture small businesses but not if they're going to hurt people for their own selfish immature whims. read more

Went to the Mall today and discovered in 110 degree heat, management is now charging parking for spaces closest to the door. Malls are quickly becoming extinct because they can't keep up with E-commerce and Amazon so now they are sticking it to their customers. Shove your parking fees up your useless rectum. A really good mall that I've been going to ever since a young child. I think some quality of the stores have gone down, but the food court and wide opened space is great. The shiny white set up of the stores in this wide opened space - decorated modernly reminds me of European and Japanese malls. read more

This review is ony geared towards photos with Santa. There is absolutely nowhere to view prices beforehand. We waited in line for over an hour (that was expected), kids took their photos with Santa, and THEN we were told there are 2 packages. A $50 package or a $55 package...a $5 difference??? And the cheapest is $50?!?!? Absolutely ridiculous. What a ripoff! Why not a single photo for like $15? We JUST came out of covid when people are struggling and they want to rip us off!!! read more

Shopping, eating, enjoying the ac, this mall has it all. Arrowhead Mall is the closest mall to me, with all the places I need. It has a massive parking lot that you could easily get lost in and it circles the place. They have a decent food court with your basic mall places. They have a AMC movie theatre, they have an Apple Store where I take in my phone for services if it doesn't work properly. They have a Disney Store for the kids, you can ride on this little train. They have wireless charging stations all over the place so that you don't have to worry about your phone dying. They have a barber shop in there just in case you need to get your hair done. All sort of clothing stores, low to high end stuff. They have bath and body and if your hair is thinning they got a LUSH with the natural shampoo bars. They have double of all your Mobile carriers. They have everything anyone would need. Dillard's, and Dicks, and Coach and Fossil and more. The loo is always clean, the janitor lives there. They have men's and lady's and family ones too. The toilets are premium stuff beyond more powerful then the common house toilet. Overall a good mall, and always a good experience, definitely a place to be. read more

I recently went to Sephora to purchase more foundation powder, I usually go to MAC but because I had a gift card I decided to purchase something from Sephora. Upon walking in I met Janelle who made a difference in my shopping experience. She made it known that she was not commission based that she was there to educate and help me with whatever I needed. She provided me with knowledge not only on products but also on how to apply them and then demonstrated it on me. I ended up spending over $100 that trip and had no remorse because of what a great job she did explaining everything to me. Between the pushier than ever guys at Orogold, the kiosk sales clerks and the long lines at food court, I was almost done with Arrowhead. However, the experience I had yesterday with Perfume Gallery has finally done it. Rip-off artists, who then completely lie about everything and finally refuse to do refunds (even when requested within 5 minutes). Despicable cast of characters at Arrowhead make it an unpleasant experience, which is very sad since there are some amazing stores there. Get rid of the janky thieves and bring in some more excellent stores. PERFUME GALLERY has to go, do yourselves a favor, make absolutely sure you dont fall for their rip-off stories. Another indoor (two-story) Westcor Mall that has gone through a few minor changes over the years (updating the restrooms in the Food Court area, adding Dick's as another anchor store, adding the kid's play area, etc...). It's also seen many big and small Retailers come and go too. When this mall opened back in 1994, Robinsons-May was the ONLY store open before the rest of the mall. There were empty fields in the surrounding areas and orange grooves in other parts. It's hard to believe, but the ONLY restaurant open at the time in the area was Applebee's across the street. Fast forward to today, the Mall still attracts shoppers from all over, since it's the ONLY indoor mall in the West Valley (not counting Desert Sky Mall-don't go there!). Anchor stores: Macy's, Forever 21 (in the former Mervyn's building), Dick's Sporting Goods, JC Penny's, Sears (formally Montgomery Wards), and Dillards. AMC Movie Theater is located inside the mall. Besides the Food Court, there is a Chevy's, Johnny Rockets, and Miracle Mile Deli. Some newer Retailers include: Sephora, Coach, Disney Store (they came back!), Apple, Swaroski, and J. Jill. The mall stays pretty full of Retailers, once in awhile, there are a couple of empty stores, but not for very long. This is still a popular family friendly mall to visit and shop. Wow, it must be a first-time mall experience for the reviewer before me. Five stars for Arrowhead? Are you kidding? I find this mall to be average and boring with many middle of the road stores (Dillards, Sears, Gap, Tilly's, Forever 21) you can find elsewhere at other Westcor malls in the Valley. Nothing really strikes me as distinctive at this mall - other than the fact that it's the nicer of two indoor shopping malls on the Westside. So for 500,000 people this is the only game in town unless they're willing to drive east. The store mix and food court are pretty typical. In fact, I rarely go here unless I am in the area, need socks or undershirts and/or I'm trying to avoid the lines of the other Arrowhead Paradise Bakery. read more

One of the best malls in the North West Valley! It has a good variety of stores, with new ones preparing to open up. The building itself is well kept up & clean. My daughter & I love grabbing a latte or Frappuccino to sip on while we shop & if we really want to treat ourselves we stop at Sweet Daddy's on the way out & get a couple of delish cupcakes to go :D Some of my daughters most visited stores at this location are: Aéropostale Charlotte Russe Tillys Some of mine are: Ann Taylor Loft Victoria Secret Kitchen Gourmet There are a lot more shops, Apple & Coach included, but I'm going to spare you having to read a store directory in my review, lol. Arrowhead you have stepped up your shopping game. I have come to this mall since I was in Elementary school and I thought back then that it was decent. Ever since the outlets have popped up here over the past few years that's all I have gone to. I was recently in Arrowhead and was so surprised with all the new stores and the stores that got moved around or expanded. I was in shock with all the new renovations and new places to eat at the food court. I was more surprised to see that AMC added a bar area and new recliner seats to the theatre. They don't even Clean the children's play area at the times it says they do.Kids run around with food and not suppose. and the surface of the play equipment is slippery for a child to have socks on.Not sure how they can say that it is safe to play on those with socks on. Um, have you been here lately? So much better. After being the leading mall in the West Valley for some time, it was starting to look so outdated. It was disappointing. It looks like they are getting towards the end of their renovations. I believe they started before the summer. While renovations are still taking place, the mall already looks so much better and updated. They have screens and improved sitting areas. Many of the stores have been moved to different locations within the mall and have been improved. Victoria's Secret in particular is looking pretty shnazzy. Check it out! read more

I have been here a few times over the years but this last trip was the end of the line for me. The trash cans were overflowing. The floors were dirty, and the bathroom was a wreck. Great place overall, but still got the old shabby kids place. Kids area has torn down seating for the parents in the perimeter. Its in desperate need of replacement. I assumed they would replace the old torn down kids toy also after several months of removing them, they place the same stinky toys back for the kids to play. It's the families that invest their money here. In turn, the mall should invest that money back toward their kid's play area. Place smells like urine. It's unsanitary and they should clean the area once a week or something to get the germs out. What happened to the hand sanitizer? Why did they take that out? If it weren't for the ginormous Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, and The Clothing Co (and occasionally some others), I probably wouldn't shop here very often. Since these stores are here, though, I find myself spending a lot of time at the notorious Arrowhead Mall. I don't like the AMC here, so I will not see movies here and I am really not fond of the restaurants in the food court, either... basically I come here to shop at those three stores and then I book it. read more

This mall seems to be going downhill. The mall is pretty small and there's not a great variety. You can walk the entire mall in about 15 minutes, if not less. It's very crowded with kids & teenagers that have been dropped off, so just beware that there will be a lot of teens running around, small spaces, and not many options. It is pretty clean and has decent decor, just wish there were better selections & less of a teen-hangout feel (I know all malls are teen-hangout zones, but this mall seems more amplified than others). If I want to have a fun afternoon of shopping, I'll drive across town to a different mall. The kiosks in the middle of the hallways are beyond annoying and obnoxious. It feel like I'm in the middle of a street fair with people trying to grab my attention and don't leave me alone as I walk by. Every time I walk by I try to be distracted on my phone which still does not keep them from leaving me alone. I'll even avoid walking to a far-off store because I can't stand them irritating me as I walk by. I'm surprised they are allowed to be as pushy and annoying as their are. There's an AMC theater at the mall which I avoid at all costs. It's very small and is usually infested with loud, obnoxious middle school kids that can't sit still or be quiet for a movie, not to mention be stuffed in a small theater. Overall, this mall is pretty boring and flat. Unfortunately it's the only indoor mall on the west side, so it will have to do, but it could be so much better. The addition of The Apple Store, Coach, and Sephora have been great, but more has to be done to save this mall. read more

Victoria Secrets is the hardest place to shop. They only have one cashier and you will honest to goodness wait in line 20 minutes even if there is only two people in front of you!! I give up! Spent my afternoon there this hot day in Phoenix. This is a nice size mall that is family friendly. Great store selections, large food court and movie theatre. Be sure to save your receipts and stop by customer service. They have some great give-aways in their shoppers rewards program. read more

I **Hate** malls... I am not a shopper. But, the kids needed a few things for back to school. It is your typical mall... lots of teeny boppers walking around looking at each other. The stores are a good mix of mid level price points. For a mall it is pretty decent, 1000% better than MetroCenter! They have various areas in the mall where I could sit... almost laid out like a mini-living room .. was a great place to chat with other dads... and wallow in agony about being at the mall. ** Side note - Do parents really let their kids out of the house looking like that? Its pretty cool. Not the best variety in the food court, but its bearable. Stores: Disney store has huge floor space and tons of fun merchandise. The presentation is neat and clean. Tinkerbell has good customer service, inexpensive merchandise. 2 bucks for cute blingy hair accessories, I'll take one! There's a 5 dollar minimum to swipe any sort of card tho. Clothing Co. has inexpensive clubwear/ casualwear, and accessories. I got a huge blue rose hair accessory for 2.99. It would be like 13 bucks at Icings or Claire's. Icing's.... First of all, bad customer service and overpriced. During checkout, their attitudes were very demeaning, belittling the customer and making them feel unwelcome. I assume the manager was also very unhappy with her job because she was rude to her customers, especially those of color/ minorities. Second, Be VERY CAREFUL when purchasing merchandise from here. Their return policy on the receipt clearly states that merchandise can be returned and original form of payment will be refunded back to the customer if they have the receipt and the merchandise is in original condition. I bought a hair accessory, within 30 min around the mall found something that was better and cheaper so tried to return the merchandise to get my money back. I had my receipt and the item was unworn, but the assistant manager 3:30 PM 5/8 (She was brunette, heavy build, just above shoulder length hair and had black horn rimmed glasses with some badly done highlights) said that it could not be done because its "store policy" and only exchanges are allowed. I showed her the back of the receipt and she still held her ground. She was very unprofessional and treated me with disrespect (her mannerisms and tone) and was very rude to me. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this business to friends/ family. Definitely would not return. Overpriced low quality merchandise with poor customer service. Think again before you give them your business. Try other places like Clothing Co. or Tinkerbelle for cheaper, better quality merchandise and better customer service. read more

Arrowhead is a good average mall. It has everything you would expect from a typical mall and it is clean. The food court is ok, it could be better. The only problem that I have with Arrowhead is that it's lacking variety and pizzazz. My boyfriend pointed out that it doesn't have a lot of places for guys besides your typical Foot Locker, Dick's, and Macy's etc... If looking for your basics and no frills malls give Arrowhead a try but if you're wanting more then try Arizona Mills or Scottsdale Mall. read more
