I asked the Cashier - Briegia, if the lady was okay because I saw that Briegia was assisting her in the matter along with a couple other employees. She indicated the lady had fallen and cut her head. I commended Briegia for being so ginger in assisting the lady. The professionalism of Briegia's efforts should be noted. By the way, the store was very clean and organized. Then, my friend asked to use the bathroom, and the girl who was with her turned around, made a weird face, and started laughing. At that point, I felt extremely uncomfortable. I've been to the other location and never experienced anything like this. It seemed like they were deliberately ignoring us and just wanted us to leave. It's shameful to see such behavior--playing the mean girl card. We're not in high school anymore.

I was shopping online and had a cart ready, luckily I needed to find size 14 mens boot and to my surprise they had some and we left content with our purchases. I was able to find all of my online items during the visit which was a big plus for me. They did mention larger sizes are hard to find in both boots and pants. We were in search of a 46 size pant and were advised they rarely get any pants in store that size; online they do have them though.
