This place and the amazing Shelly literally saved my pomeranian Birdie's life who means the world to me, And the puppy inside her. My dog is still a baby herself pretty much and smaller then most poms are so yeah she was Not supposed to get pregnant her first year but my pom Bear got to her eventually once she started her period those pheromones hit hard so it's very hard to keep them apart and I can't always be around so yeah...that happened.. and also she's smaller then most poms. I wasn't expecting her to give birth for at least another 2 weeks but all of a sudden I was walking down to the first floor and saw her rubbing her butt on the floor so I checked if she had poopy bottom and there was this Literal huge liquid balloon thing coming out of her It was Halloween and just HAD to land on a Sunday when all vets are closed but after I told her everything she was positive she needed a C section asap. So this Literal trooper of a lady rushed to open up her vet office and we flew over. She gave her an ultrasound and found because the baby is coming out backwards and bigger then normal. She kept me very informed. Everything was so professional and the office is so cute and now I have a very healthy Birdie(who's sutures healed really quick) and a very adorable healthy baby girl pom. I've had to be the mother and keep the baby alive because Birdie was in so much pain and confused about the baby which happens a lot when they're young and have a C section because that's usually how they bond and they eat their sac. If Birdie didn't have her C section, She And the baby inside her would have died. Thank you so much read more

This place was above and beyond for us. Dr. Shelly took our dog right in the same day when other veternarians would turn us away and say for an emergency we would have to wait get our dog seen. This place cared. They said come in. And so we did because our dog was having a blockage for a whole week and we just could find help. But this place was amazing. They fit us in a same day appt. Did the surgery the other vet didn't wish to do and saved our dog. His intestines were a mess from a prior surgery with another vet that performed it which we were informed by the prior owners he had eaten a sock. I felt that surgery wasn't performed right when our dog was more that usual vomiting after eating his food. Didn't seem okay nor normal. Then his intestines got worst and he needed surgery again and that is when we met Dr. Shelly and she was over and beyond to save Droco. Instantly I knew this was a woman that would get the job done right and I knew she WAS THE ONLY WOMAN FOR THIS PROCEDURE with her expertise. I felt it instantly. This place is professional. Caring, And gets the job done no matter how difficult while other vets would want to just do the easy way out. I totally recommend this place. Dr. Shelly saved Droco's life. $25 for a Chihuahua nail trim?!! Last time it was only $11. What the hell? Then I presented the Loyalty card and told the service provided needed to be over $100!! What?!! Like the nail trim didn't generate revenue! Time to find a new vet!! read more

My dog ate a rug, I was a few hours slow to react - these people saved my dog. They took her in even though she wasn't one of their patients, came out and calmly and logically explained to me what had to happen and exactly how much it was going to cost, took great care of my dog and called me every day (sometimes twice a day) to update me on her condition. When we left, they walked me through the post-op requirements, and patiently answered all of my stupid questions. The vet is top notch, and frankly, the prices are incredibly reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough. They are being incredibly safe with Covid - no one is allowed in the office, everything is done outside at arms length - they get it. read more

You won't be able to get in if there's an emergency even during regular workday hours. we've been established patients at this vet office but every emergency, I've been told they don't have availability or don't have vet and been referred to Pet Doctor 911. Even when you get notified, via email, that your pet needs their vaccines soon; the appts are so far in the future that you won't get an appt until a month after the vaccine was due. I understand there is a vet shortage in our area but when you can't get in to see your vet when you have a sick pet that is a very sad situation. I've also had several of the staff talk down to me over vaccines. They thought my pets were not vaccinated when they were. One of the pets was vaccinated in house and I was still given the "that's why you should vaccinate your pet speech". They vaccinated that pet! all they had to do was look at the records. Another time, I was scolded for my dogs not having their rabies shots. I told them both dogs had their rabies shots but I had to get it from the county rabies clinic because I couldn't get an appt for 2 months with them l and I didn't want to go past the date the rabies shot was due. All I wanted was a prescription to refill the special px food my elderly dog eats. I was told I couldn't be helped until I provided proof that the dogs had their rabies shot. Condescending employees? My kitten had a prolapse issue. She went into surgery on Friday. I was asked to pick her up Saturday. I took care of her as per the instructions. She was in a clean and safe room. My cat couldn't go to the restroom, when she did, her prolapse came back. I called and they tell me to take her back. Less than a whole day and she is bleeding and with the same problem. I take her back and I'm to pay the entire fee again. I'm not rich, and this surgery obviously it wasn't successful! It wasn't even three days that I had to take her back. I had to euthanize my baby, her pain was unbearable and I couldn't see her go through that again. This people made me feel that I payed them almost 300 dollars just to torture my baby. read more

I have been taking my dogs here for 3 years. Today I tried to get my dog in due to a tooth abscess. Her face was swollen, tooth was bleeding, she quit eating due to the pain, she was whimpering from the agony of that tooth. Today is March 1..I was told she could not been seen until April 7! I pleaded with them to get her in but was unable to get an appointment in a timely manner. What kind of vet lets a dog suffer for over a month? Needless to say, this is no longer our vet..several of our friends that use this vet are looking for a new vet as they don't want this to happen to them. read more

We got a new puppy and decided to use this vet while we were in town. It was recommended to us by a good friend. Love everyone from the front desk guys to the vet techs and both the veterinarians. Everyone is super friendly and kind. Both vets are gentle, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. Prices are basically reasonable. I truly don't think you can go wrong using this clinic. read more

I took our dog to the vet today and was very disappointed with the service received. I was not happy with the techs coming out to get my dog inside and I was not able to have contact with Dr. Mitchell and ask questions I had. The techs took our dog inside while we had to wait in the auto, when our dog was brought back out to our truck I asked the tech several questions about the diagnosis, findings and meds and all I got was, "I think so", "I'm not sure".... If medical clinics are assessing patients in face to face MD visits and taking all necessary precautions, why can't this be done at the vet clinic to assure total client/customer satisfaction? The vet techs need to be trained more thoroughly. read more
