They just leave and say they cannot find the switch and goes to report to the warranty provider that job is "done" when they weren't able to fix anything or even find the basic switch for a water heater. I call them to see what happened and they said job is done and they can't do anything to help us further. They did not even send a proper report to warranty provider We ended up paying wervice call to warranty provider to get NOTHING. They're impossible to work with. I suggest you find another provider.
