They were sent by our home warranty provider to fix water heater that only needs to be reset. They just leave and say they cannot find the switch and goes to report to the warranty provider that job is "done" when they weren't able to fix anything or even find the basic switch for a water heater. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I call them to see what happened and they said job is done and they can't do anything to help us further.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They did not even send a proper report to warranty provider We ended up paying wervice call to warranty provider to get NOTHING. Arsenal plumbing fixed problems we have been living with for years and that other plumbers never properly fixed. The plumber, Bulat, went above and beyond from the moment he drove up. He put on a mask and shoe covers. He listened attentively as we walked from kitchen to bathrooms going over the litany of issues my wife and I have been just living with for years. He was professional in demeanor and polite. But what was best about Bulat was his efficiency and competence and care. He would for my agreement on his recommended solution at every step and would explain what he would do before doing it, taking care to ask if I was in agreement. As each problem would get fixed he would document the before and after conditions to ensure we were satisfied. And when it came time to fix the most complex issue, the leak under our kitchen sink, that multiple plumbers had failed to fix, Arsenal plumbing and Bulat took the time to go out to the store and buy replacement parts for every washer that was failing and every pipe that had been improperly sized and installed. Arsenal and Bulat were also willing to identify small issues that we were not even so concerned about given the big issues we needed fixed. He went out of his way to snake out a slow sink here, reseal a faucet head there, and relabel and incorrectly labeled outdoor valve needed to shut down water to one bathroom. In the end Bulat double checked all his worked all the work and we were left with a neat, and more reassuring, plumbing situation all around our home. 10/10. Will call again.
