This place was pretty amazing, beats going to an actual Best Buy... And their prices are way better as well. Sam was a delight to work with. And even had a smile on his face the entire time... and so close... Now the updated bad part of the review. After having a Best Buy geek squad guy come out and check that everything was ready for the install, including the sizes, of what we should order for this space that we were going to fill with the new washer and dryer..... The installers came out, and first of all, didn't have the pedestals that we thought we ordered, which we made very clear that we wanted the washer and dryer higher like they had on the display. We even talked about them with the salesman when we were there... Well, those weren't delivered. And they said they couldn't install the dryer as apparently the geek squad guy missed that gas line hook up is old and would need to be replaced before they could put in a new dryer. So bottom line, this has turned into a nightmare for us, now... especially since we thought it was going to go so smoothly. And we're hoping Pacific sales along with their father company. Best Buy will correct this to our satisfaction. Will let you know if that happens, but I've lowered the rating for now read more
