I called Steadfast on the Morning of 3/26/22 and made an Afternoon appointment for 3/30/22. I called again on 3/29/22 to confirm the appointment which was confirmed. In turn, I had a family member take off work to meet their plumber on the 30th. It was a no show. I called them at roughly 3:30 PM to see what the deal was. I was told they were sorry and would call me back as they attempted to get someone out. Never heard from them again. My family member ended up missing out on work & income due to what appears to be a complete lack of competence and/or outright stupidity on their part. I recommend avoiding these folks like the plague. I should have paid more attention to their horrid ratings here and elsewhere. read more

We recently bought a home and had experienced backup in our bathtub when flushing a toilet prior to even moving in. We thought it would be a simple solution but in fact it was much more complex. We started after the initial diagnosis (root blockage) in front of our house and limited drain to the sewer, but once in found numerous other problems. He has all the cameras, technology, and ability to explain the issues in understandable terms. His team was efficient and professional. He did not pressure us at all but gave his opinion and numerous options. We ended up fixing not only the multiple blocks, but preventing further damage under our house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased a water heater from them on 01/15/2020. I was quoted the price over the phone, and was later surprised with a "necessary" fee to complete the installation. which totaled $289. Today is 12/27/2021, less than 2 years from the installation date, and the heater is making a terrible, rumbling sound. Techs were informed by the company owner is over 2 years old, which it isn't, and I showed them the original bill. The water heater is having issues and when I attempted to explain my frustration to the owner, he told me to "calm down little lady." I am soooo offended. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! read more

He came out to do the estimate and examined the inside/ outside of the house as well as underneath he house . He was honest and told me there's no leaks under the house or smells upstairs. I could not be on site and the tenants who are naive about home repairs were in attendance. He could have easily exaggerated about the situation and made some phony overpriced repairs , but he chose to tell the truth & left after driving a long ways to look at the situation.
