I noticed my water heater's vent cap was dislodged and loose around 1:00 p.m. today. With the rain coming down, I knew I had to get it fixed fast to avoid any major water damage. I contacted Free Flo Rooter & Plumbing, and they were able to get someone out just 4 hours later. Ara and his assistant were polite, professional, and very efficient. They diagnosed that the cap had just loosened over time and had everything secured in less than 30 minutes. Excellent service and a quick turnaround--I highly recommend them! read more

Our hot water heater stopped working and we couldn't get the pilot light to light or stay lit. It's an older unit so we figured it might be done. We had another company come out first and the quote they gave us to replace it was high so we called Free Flo for a second opinion and they showed up within the hour. Andrei was our tech and he was great, super honest and straightforward. He explained what was going on clearly and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. The estimate he gave us was very reasonable (like 30% cheaper than other company!) and they were able to replace it the same day. Really appreciated how easy and transparent the whole thing felt. Their company has a good warranty, which they honored when needed. When dealing with inspectors and other contractors while selling my home who seemed shady, Patrick made himself available to review their suggestions, explain them to me, and outline what was really needed with photos. The guys from FreeFlo Rooter are exceptional. Steve and Danny are true professionals in every aspect of plumbing. What initially appeared to be a toilet backfill issue causing a ceiling leak was accurately diagnosed as a problem with the pipe beneath my house. Instead of breaking through my flooring, they accessed the pipe from outside the home. They brought in a crew to drill through the cement and clearly demonstrated how tree roots had penetrated the piping. Despite it being around the holidays, they worked hard to get the job done. I am more than pleased with the quality of their work, their communication, and most importantly the final result. After completing the job, they thoroughly cleaned up the area. The company sent Elijah who showed up actually a little early, the same day, like I requested at 3:00. Elijah's honest, professional, and gave me a lot of options and some recommendations for future projects, but didn't put any pressure on me at all. He was very clean; leaving my bathroom basically looking like it was untouched by a contractor and he wore those little booty socks on his boots every time he entered my home. Elijah is very knowledgeable and understands that most people are on budgets and try to stay within their means and he respects that. I never felt pressured to upgrade, even though I'm sure the 'Mickey Mouse' projects around my house probably do warrant an upgrade at some point. Andrei arrived within the 2 hour window and went right to work assessing my kitchen sink drain issue. He checked under the house and straight up told me everything looked great except I have to keep an eye on the straps. Then he checked the kitchen drain issue, gave me a reasonable preliminary estimate. He found rice got caught in the pipes and advised to throw away or flush down the toilet next time. Ben came down after it looked like something was wrong with the pilot light on my water heater. Turns out that I was just operating the ignitor incorrectly and he was able to quickly remedy the problem. Felt bad about him coming down to do something as trivial as light a pilot, but he was nice enough to say he was on his way back to work anyway so it was no big deal. What a nice guy! Definitely would call these folks again if I need work on my plumbing! read more

Elijah came out to our condo in studio city to resolve a small leak by our toilet! He quickly diagnosed the issue and reset the toilet, replacing a few bolts and screws that weren't properly placed in the first place. This is about the 3rd or 4th time using Free-Flo Rooter and once again they were efficient, knowledgeable, kept everything clean, and explained the process thoroughly. I had an old round toilet replaced with a new elongated toilet plus bidet seat. Free-Flo once again quoted me the best price. Don't think that I don't shop around with at least 5 different places. I would definitely recommend this company and have given several referrals to friends and neighbors, which is also a perk, as you get discounts for referrals. The VIP membership plan is great, this company is invested in maintenance, not just making a sale and sending you on your way to fend for yourself. They will come out twice a year for regular maintenance, which really is such a great feature as well as emergency situations. It's so comforting to have this type of support. Unfortunately, I had paid 7k for a complete re-pipe 5 years ago and the company did a poor job. They took the easiest path for them, which resulted in me having to now pay to have the job corrected. But going forward I know that I will be supported and not subject to surprising large bills. Team Rooter gives you a video of their findings and work, which really cements their level of integrity. This company was able to schedule service right away (even on the weekend). They work 24/7 and can show up afterhours and holidays. They also send confirmation texts for appointments, surveys, etc. and emails for invoice and home inspections should you choose. Team Rooter had the best pricing for our clogged kitchen sink. We were so pleased with the work they did that we called Team Rooter again in 2026 for a different plumbing problem. I liked that they had complete records of the last time they were out. *FYI, after the plumbing work is complete, they send out a report with a description of the scope of work done. This month, Geovanni was assigned to us and he is the best - professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and more than capable. He is the type of plumber I would feel safe referring to my grandmother if she had a plumbing issue. Professional - I appreciated that Geovanni would call and give a 30 minutes heads up before he arrived and he's pretty punctual. (Can't stand when other vendors or deliveries would give you a 4 hour window so you're stuck just waiting.) He brought his tools and laptop to visually show up pricing breakdown and clearly explained our options. I want to know what we will be spending upfront. Courteous - Geovanni is so polite and well spoken. He acknowledged my children and always wore shoe covers inside the house. He is meticulous and he would put things back if he moved them out of his way. Some areas of our house were cleaner after he left than before he got there. Knowledgeable - Geovanni also answered all of our questions (and I had a bunch in the 5 days he was at our house). He explained in a way we understood. If there was something he didn't know, he would figure it out. And this is how we met Israel, who also works with Team Rooter. I think it's great that the Simi Valley office works together to get the job done. I felt very confident that our plumbing would be in order at a reasonable price by the time they left us. *We also got to meet the Jetter operator and Steven (manager I believe) from Team Rooter. Workmanship - Geovanni worked quickly and efficiently. The plastic and copper pipes he redid look way better than they did before... instead of multiple right angles, he angled them to flow better and reduce a collection of water (which started our problem in the first place). He also performed some drywall repair after replacing the pipes, and we were very impressed by his drywall work (he took the time to really match the existing walls on multiple floors in our house). I am just thankful he was able to fix all of our water issues. If we have problems in the future, I would def call Team Rooter again. Would recommend to all of our friends and family. I believe they have offices to cover from Santa Barbara to San Diego.

I told them I didn't need the kitchen pipes redone, only the bathrooms, and he told me kitchen pipes are always they worst, so we'll do that, too. He said they'd tunnel 6 ft under the foundation of the property, putting someone completely under the house without looking at how it was built or the current state of it. When I asked him questions he was clearly annoyed with me. We've had lead pipes in places, but when I asked about it he said we have good water pressure so I don't need to worry about lead. That makes no sense. After that I stopped asking because I figured we would just be wasting time. I knew at that point I wasn't using this company. They never sent me an estimate or followed up at all. Every red flag in the book. I'd be very careful with this company.
