Their prices are incredibly reasonable, and the service is consistently thorough and reliable. Recently, my A/C stopped working, and they replaced the compressor--now the air blows ice cold, and it feels amazing, especially in this Texas heat! Not long ago, my check engine light came on, so I brought the car in again. They carefully diagnosed the issue, replaced several faulty parts, and completely resolved the problem. The photo I'm sharing was taken during that visit. This is the only place I trust with my car, and every time I leave completely satisfied. City Auto truly delivers 5-star quality every time. If you're looking for a trustworthy and skilled auto repair shop, look no further--come here and you won't be disappointed!

Ted was transparent about the cost and what they could do, and my car was in and out in three days. My car is restored to the way it was when I bought it, after two separate hit and run instances that left both my bumpers in terrible condition. The work done to my car exceeded my expectations and I am so grateful for City Auto Body for taking care of my vehicle as if it were their own. Thank you!!

Review for Crash Champions - Vehicle Repair Experience (April - August 2025)…read more I regret to say that my experience with Crash Champions has been nothing short of frustrating, with a series of issues, delays, and a general lack of communication that have left me feeling both anxious and unsafe in my vehicle. 04/10/2025 - Initial Arrival at Crash Champions I dropped my vehicle off at Crash Champions for repairs after an accident, hopeful that the shop would provide the proper service to get my car back in good shape. Unfortunately, the problems began from day one. 05/16/2025 - Vehicle Pick-up & Steering Sensor Issues When I picked up the vehicle, we discussed some adjustments that needed to be made, and more parts were ordered. Only hours later, while driving to dinner, my entire dashboard lit up with warning lights, and the hazard lights began flashing. I immediately returned the vehicle home and called Crash Champions to report the issue. They told me they couldn't look at it until the following Monday (05/19/2025). This left me without my vehicle for the entire weekend, as I had already returned my rental. 05/19/2025 - Steering Sensor & Limp Mode When I finally got my car back on 05/19/2025, I was told the issue stemmed from the steering sensor not being properly zeroed out during the initial repair. This caused the vehicle to go into limp mode, triggering all of the warning lights. To say I was already stressed and anxious would be an understatement. Additionally, I had reported a noticeable surge/stutter at low speeds, but no one acknowledged this issue. 05/28/2025 - Emissions Light On Not long after the steering sensor issue, my emissions light came on. I called Crash Champions to report the issue, and after taking time off work the following day (05/29/2025), I brought the car back. Daniel, the manager, claimed the issue was a faulty airflow sensor, which they cleaned and returned to me. He assured me it wasn't related to the accident. However, no solution was offered for the ongoing performance issues. 06/11/2025 - Intercooler & Fender Issues At this point, my vehicle was in the shop again, and after several updates, Crash Champions revealed that a missing gasket on the intercooler was causing air intake issues. Apparently, this part had been knocked off during the accident, but no one noticed until much later. Additionally, the replacement wheel liner didn't fit properly, leaving a gap between the plastic and fender. Daniel speculated that the fender itself might be defective and promised to speak with the insurance company. Communication & Escalation Issues Throughout this process, I escalated the issue to my insurance company (USAA) and was told that the claim had been marked as "Escalated Status." However, even after multiple follow-ups, I was essentially told to wait for further action. This left me in a position where I was driving a vehicle with ongoing performance issues that only increased my daily anxiety. 08/05/2025 - Uncontrollable Braking Incident The final straw came on 08/05/2025 when my car's sensors unexpectedly slammed on the brakes while I was driving. There was no obstacle in my lane, and yet the car aggressively applied the brakes, almost causing a rear-end collision with another driver. The force of the braking was so sudden that it caused me to jolt forward, and if I hadn't had my seatbelt on, I would have hit my head on the steering wheel. At this point, I had completely lost trust in the car's safety and reliability. Conclusion After all the time spent in and out of the shop, multiple failed repairs, and a car that I no longer feel safe driving, I am ultimately choosing to get rid of my vehicle. My Acura TLX, with just 24,000 miles on it, has been plagued with issues from the moment it was returned to me. The lack of communication, the repeated issues with the vehicle's performance, and the alarming safety concerns have made it clear that I can no longer trust Crash Champions or my car. Throughout this whole ordeal, Raven, the adjuster, and Daniel, the manager, were heavily involved in the repair process. Despite their efforts, the repeated issues and lack of resolution have left me disillusioned with the service. I would not recommend Crash Champions for any major repairs. The service has been lacking, and I'm left with a car that's far from what it should be after an accident. It's incredibly disheartening to deal with a shop that's unwilling or unable to properly fix the issues, especially when it affects the safety of the vehicle. James Thomas
