Awful! I would never recommend this place. They caused damage to my vehicle then refused to take responsibility. They did an oil change and engine flush the check engine light would not turn off. I took it back three additional times with the final time the car was violently shaking and cut off on freeway. I took it elsewhere for repairs and they stated the oil was low and that the oil change was not done properly. The manager had originally told me I would be reimbursed but he then didn't reimburse me for anything. read more

The tech came to the waiting room and said "hey, you have like 2000 miles left on your oil change " (I was going by the date on the sticker). Synthetic oil lasts just fine past the date. Normally, I only get on to write bad reviews but I was pretty impressed with this Kwik Kar location. Oil change was priced fair and quick service. I was immediately greeted by the staff and the technician mentioned that I could use a brake flush but didn't harass me about it. That's a big one for me but what really caught my attention is they vacuumed my car. What's funny is I was going to do that after my oil change but since they went ahead and did it for me. It saved me a trip to the car wash. Anyways I'm very satisfied and I'm definitely returning for my next oil change. read more

I hung out in their nice waiting room for about 45 minutes, fearing the worst, before the wonderful Art came to talk to me about the car. I took my truck in for service on 06/15/21 for oil change & inspection. I dropped it off since its right up the street from my work and they were supposed to call me when ready. 2 1/2 hours later I called them after not hearing from them & they tell me it is ready. I run up there on my lunch hour to pick it up & there is nobody at the checkout with a line 4-5 deep. I figure she is in restroom or something no big deal, until ten minutes go by and still nobody. She finally comes around and when its finally my turn to pay she tells me they didnt to do the inspection, and asks if I want to wait on it? What?! So you had my truck for over two hours, didnt call me to tell me it was ready, when I call you you tell me that it is ready, I wait 20-30 minutes just to check out & at the end you tell me you didnt even do one of the two services that I brought the vehicle in for? Hell no I dont want to wait on it smdh! I have been bringing my vehicles here for over ten years since I work right up the street & the service used to be top notch, but it has gone downhill bad. I made sure to let my other 20+ co workers who also take their vehicles there of this experience, and will tell anyone else who will listen as well, good job Kwik Kar! Revising my earlier review due to further developments. Getting a second opinion at a different place saved me more than $300!!! Went for an oil change and they told me the brake pads were down to 10% and quoted me more than $300 to change them. I told them I'd bring it back later to get that done. Read below to see what happened. For the oil change, I was told under an hour and was there for well over two, and they kept telling me just a bit longer and it kept dragging on. They said whoever worked on the car previously had put the oil filter cover on too hard and they couldn't get it off. I had made it clear I had somewhere I needed to be at a certain time. They had promised me a ride if it came to that, and then they strung me along about the ride until the car was finally ready. They did give me a voucher for a free car wash because of the delay. I was about five minutes late to my other appointment. They do a LOT of upsell so you have to be on your guard. And they're a bit on the pricey side. Now, about the brakes. I took the car to a different place because I knew the estimate was too high. I told the other place I'd been informed my brake pads were down to 10% so could they please replace them for me. The guy comes out ten minutes later and says "Your brakes are fine. They're at 50%." So going to get a second opinion instead of taking Kwik Kar's word for it saved me more than $300. I've been going to this place for years but no more after this -- how can i trust anything they tell me? read more

I came here because a few months ago I replaced some belts on my car because it was squealing. The squeal stopped for about a week and then started again. I wanted to take it back to where I got the belts but they wanted me to drop my car off over night which is not convenient for me because I work and I only have 1 car. So I stopped by here and they fixed my issue in about 1 hour. I was so relieved. The place I went to didn't tighten the tension correctly on my new belts apparently so that's why the squeal came back. The guys who helped me were so nice, and explained the problem in a way I could understand, and didn't over charge me. I will definitely come here from now on. read more

I found this place between errands cause I had an hour to kill and I usually go to the dealership to change my oil. I don't know what happened or if they just didn't present me with all my options but I have a fairly normal sedan that's not very expensive and I had a 100 dollar oil change which is probably the most I've ever paid or an oil change that took about 10 mins. I don't understand what warranted that price and I left more confused than I was when I came in. read more

Inspections are quick, get there early! Oil changes are usually quick but the customary and seemingly obligatory UPSELL is annoying. This seems the norm for these types of establishments, so I can't say this is a site specific issue. When I drove up, there were 4 cars being serviced and 3 cars in line. I was worried it would take a little while but they were working on my car within 5 minutes! I needed to have my car inspected as well and forgot my insurance card, and they were so patient while I tried to find it. I told them I would just come back another day and they even offered to call my insurance company to have my card faxed over! (I found it btw, haha) They confirmed what type of oil before they did the change and were very thorough when checking out with everything they did. (what type of oil, how much, tire pressure, wiper blade condition, etc.) The inside waiting room was very clean, had free water and had doughnuts! I would strongly recommend this place. read more

be very careful of this place. twice they have put too much oil in my Sienna causing seals to leak. they do try to sell you what you don't need and I observed one tech telling me my coolant had too much water and was not safe for freezing temps. he showed me the tester and no balls were floating. I guess he didn't think I would notice there was no coolant in the tester and he had pinched the hose up. I had replaced the entire radiator less than 6 months previously by my mechanic who has forgotten more than these techs will ever know. I took my car in for an oil change and decided while I was to get the cooling system flush as well. Before flushing it they tested the coolant in my car and advised me that it was in good shape and the flush was not necessary. In my experience of dealing with oil and lube businesses I have encountered many instances where they have tried to 'up the sale' but this this is the first one that actually 'downed the sale'.
