The only thing I wish is that they had a wider selection of needleminders, though there was so much I may have simply missed them. The person that I assume was the owner was super-friendly and helpful and let me know if I need anything I can place an order over the phone and they can ship it to me since I'm visiting from out-of-town.

Even with the 60% discount the frequently offer, the bill would have been over $5,000. We went across the street to a different Hobby store, and had the same item priced at less than $500. I ask the cashier if she could page for someone to assist me on the floor . She spoke Into her head set and who ever was on the other end did not seem to want to be bothered. No one came to help me instead the cashier was informed by who ever was on the other end of the headset to notify me that michaels does not have many fabrics,instead I should try Walmart or Joanne's. I Told her thank you and walked away. Gag is it was not fabric I was looking for if only they took the time to assist me properly I would have been on my way and possibly bought more.....I was overwhelmed at that point.
