My roommate went for a "full body massage" and was uncomfortable as he massaged her leg as high as possible without inserting himself. Then proceeded to remove her covering at stare at her private area while he rubbed her leg. When confronted at the shop no one spoke English all of a sudden. I called the number on their card as was told that that would never happen. It did, and it made someone so uncomfortable they just payed and quickly left the premises! Wow. I was blown away by this massage. I purchased a couples massage on Groupon. The appointment was very easy to make (just call the number on the Groupon) and they take the voucher at the front desk when you check in for your appointment. They also allowed us to choose essential oil scent but I actually couldn't smell it during my massage (no biggie). The massage itself was fantastic. My masseuse didn't ask me about what areas to focus on or what kind of pressure I wanted but I felt like he did a great job of working the knots out of my back. It was a very thorough, deep tissue massage with hot stones. I also thought it was very considerate of the masseuse to put a towel over my hair so it wouldn't get too much massage oil in there. After the massage, they provided small bottles of cold water for us as well. Over all, a very great massage (possibly the best I've ever had). I would definitely come back. read more

This place was okay. I had to change my appointment time the day before and they accommodated with no fuss. But when we got there we had to wait 30 minutes, which I should've just kept the original time in the first place. Whatever that's my fault I guess. Anyways! The room was very nice, we got a Groupon for a couples massage and was pleasantly surprised! It was really nice and relaxing. The check in process was awesome as the lady allowed us to pick our own essential oil scent to be used. I'm giving this place 3 stars due to the fact that our masseuses kept talking throughout the whole hour massage. It is really hard to relax when there is constant talking/whispering. Also it may vary with different masseuses but mine did not massage my feet at all, if not just rubbed one of them for less than 10 seconds and didn't even touch the other. Place was easy to find, clean and had peaceful music on. Masseuse (his name sounded like Ivan but I was too relaxed afterwards to write it down unfortunately) was polite and quiet (very important quality in a masseuse) and spent an hour between my knees and toes giving some of the best reflexology I've had. Well, Following the 5-star reviews and find the place when I am on my business trip since it is not far away from my hotel. The people who did massage for me is terrible. I highly doubt if they got their license to do it. I am not a person who is picky with environments or bad English, but least provided good massage for me. My back hurts so much after their work and I have no idea how this place got all 5 star in yelp. It is time for someone to share the real story.
