*Two Phenomenal Experiences* 1. My best friend and I found Skin Factory about 8 months ago when we decided we would like to get our helixes pierced. Right next to my kiddos ophthalmologist sat Skin Factory so I hopped in to inquire and knew almost instantly that this was the spot. The environment is insanely welcoming, clean, and stylish. The variety and quality of the jewelry is something they must pride themselves in because it is top notch. The most exquisite part about the experience came from Gus aka Pierce Padre, our piercing artist who very clearly takes pride in his talents and has a chill vibe. 2. During one of my manic days a few days ago, I called my bestie again and said, "Let's go get another!!" and of course she was ready oblige so naturally we called Skin Factory. It was later in the day and there were no appointments until early the following day...which is understandable, but I am manic, remember? However there was a loud thumping noise against her wall during my tattoo and I started to realize it was (I think) the owner throwing a basketball against the wall for over an hour. As a neurodivergent person it was nerve wracking but worse, I felt as though her boss didn't seem to respect her appointment or environment very much.
