She only cares about her competition team kids and she treats them even worse than non-team kids. Their system of doing things is ancient. Nothing is computerized, everything is hand written. Emails would be helpful, the little slips of paper that sometimes go home with your child rarely make it to the parents to know what is going on. Needs an office manager ASAP, not the old lady running the show, who also gives the customers a hard time. I guess they don't understand that we are paying THEM. The studio is cramped, you can't walk up and down the hallway, no place to wait for your child. And seating is limited. A few chairs in the front and a small kitchen in the back. Forget when class lets out, it is a nightmare. Also the car rental place washes cars right next to their entrance and is annoying. It is HIGHLY unsafe with them whipping the cars in and out with small children walking to and from, and the water turning to ice in the winter. My child does not want to return. We will be looking elsewhere no matter the cost. Not worth the aggravation of this place.

What I like most about Juliet Gould is her genuine enthusiasm for what she does, which is building strength and empowerment by helping me to reach my personal fitness goals. The workouts are varied to include Zumba, stretching, Yoga, Pilates, etc. Ms. Gould is mindful of my physical limitations, injuries, health concerns and works with me to design exercises that are tailored for my body. Since training with Ms. Gould, I have noticed an improvement in my body as it is leaner and stronger and I have been able to increase my workout time from one hour to an hour and a half. MEAN GIRLS. I enrolled my 7 year old granddaughter for Lyrical Ballet in November 2018, and I was…read morevery disappointed. On several occasions, I witnessed my granddaughter being subjected to bullying by several girls in her class. I told Tanya about the girls' inappropriate behavior, and I was told that "my granddaughter will make friends." Due to her lackadaisical attitude, I became extremely vocal, pulled my granddaughter from their school and demanded a refund, which they obliged. Additional complaints is that there is no guidance, communication, and the studio is sloppy and unclean. A child is not a commodity, and needs to be treated as such. Both owners are pompous regarding the amount of years that they have been in business. So, what does that mean to you, a prospective client? You will be subjected to ridicule if you make a complaint, regardless of the complaint, just because they have been in business for several decades. And, if your child is bullied, there may be no recourse. It seems that both Tanya and Betty Jean were angrier at me for bringing up this situation than being accountable and responsible for not having a no-bullying policy in place. On a positive note, my granddaughter is now in a clean, well-established, well-structured, fun, and disciplined ballet school, and she is thriving. She is very happy and can enjoy her classes and classmates without any worries.

Linda and Chester are great teachers who are passionate teachers whom I have had the pleasure of learning from over the past two decades. Swing dancing is contagious: it is so vibrant and it can bring you out of the worst funk in your life. I must say that when you are in "the zone", you feel like dancing until 4 in the morning. Dance is the universal language that everyone understands. It is also a safe way for one to express oneself without fear of being chastised or ridiculed. All of the dances and classes are very open to newcomers, and believe me, the dance world is one of the most welcoming and most wonderful places to let your true self shine. At the end of every dance night, I feel super charged with energy, realizing that I could have danced all night, because the energy I feel from the enthusiastic crowd is amazing. My partner and I heard about Got2Lindy from a "Nextdoor Neighbor" request I put out regarding…read moreprivate dance lessons for our first dance. My partner and I had never danced together before, really, and my partner sort of always shied away from dancing in general. Anyhow we are having a small adventure reception but wanted a polished dance. I absolutely love dancing and it is just so fun. So we looked them up and did an initial drop in dance "class". It was absolutely great - they asked us a few questions, helped us pick out our song and showed us a few simple moves to get us started. That first hour blew by and blew our minds and what a great opportunity this would be. Initially my partner didn't want a whole choreographed show but after that first lesson and understanding Linda & Chester's style in choreography we decided to buy the choreography package! Although we haven't had our reception yet we are absolutely blown away by the lessons we have taken over the last couple of months with them. The ease and clarity of the choreography which is designed each step of the way to match our abilities and style is great! Plus they had no issues at all with us having our baby in tow - who's favorite time during our lessons was spinning around the room! We have one final lesson left before our big send off but we are over the moon about our experience with Linda and Chester and can't wait for their social dances to pick back up so we can attend! Additionally, we have even talked about just continuing to do some dance lessons every now and then as drop-ins even after our event to just keep it going! Couldn't recommend them enough!
