However that's starting to change, back in April I paid for my membership in full. Since then crunch has been charging me recurring monthly fees 1. Incorrectly as I paid in full. 2. Without my permission as I never agreed to any automatic withdrawals as again, I paid in full. A month ago when I became aware of this, I came in and made the staff aware of the issue. They didn't apologize simply blamed a staff member who no longer works there. They let me know they'd submit a ticket and get back to me. Well, it's been a month and no one has gotten back to me and today I have yet again another pending monthly charge. The woman today said she would take my card off file, not sure why this wasn't done already and that she'd let the manager know. Super disappointing. Not sure I can trust this establishment any longer with how it's currently being run. Update August 2025: I was given an update today that steps were being taken to get everything properly squared away and my money refunded. Refund did take place. Update as of 07/20/2026: After over a year ago having to go through headaches with my billing and account. We're back to nonsensical charges. I had again paid for a membership in full back in early 2025. That membership I had agreed to and paid in full was $9.99 s month and close to $125 for the year. I expected to have to pay in full again this year but no I'm seemingly back on a monthly and Three months in a row now I've been automatically charged $88.99, $18.99 and now $19.99. I never agreed to any membership at these rates, the large sum I assumed is the yearly charge for gym upkeep and what not. Understandable although hardly ever reflected in the gym itself. My time at this gym after a decade is coming to an end.

Working with Sarah is everything I wanted from training…read more I have a movement background, and really enjoy feeling good in my body. But after having a baby, it has taken me such a long time to get back to a place where I feel good in my body. Surprisingly, working with Sarah weekly for 3 weeks now, has already brought me back in touch with my body and my strength in ways that I have really missed. Sarah has a personal training background, and is getting her masters in physical and mental fitness (which I didn't even know about), and working with her is different then working with other trainers (as I have in the past). She is very clear on teaching me the skills and movements (weight lifting and strength training), and I am doing things that I have only seen in movies or on Youtube on Instagram. And it feels so good. The other really cool benefit of training with Sarah is that my mind feels clearer, I feel more resilience and its pretty fun. I am the most physically fit I've been in my life, and I relish the boost in my mental and emotional health from every session.
