Called and asked for dip and pedi, when I arrived I was told to pick a color for my toes, I asked if they had any matching colors (dip and regular polish) they told me yes. I picked a light shimmery teal color for my fingers and asked for the matching for my toes. Pedi was good, except for the fact that the man who took of my dip while I was getting my toes done burned me with the drill a few times, and had me awkwardly turning and reaching to remove my polish (at 8 months pregnant it's not easy to twist around. There was no one else in the salon he could have just come over to my other side) as my toe polish was being applied I noticed it looked slightly different then the swatch I picked so I asked again if they would match my fingers and told yes. When my pedi was done the woman took my shoes and told me to go over to station 1. I awkwardly picked up my bag and cellphone and had to walk bare foot over to the nail area. No disposable flip flops were offered. The woman pulled out the dip (the same one who told me they would match in the beginning, not the girl who did my toes) and it looked very light. Before she began I expressed my concerns about the color not matching as they were completely different brands. CND for toes and SNS on my nails. She claimed it would be the same and if I didn't like it she would redo my toes. I could tell she knew they weren't going to match because she kept looking at my feet as she was dipping my fingers and seemed like she was rushing. The color on my nails has a shimmer to it and is lighter then my toe color. After being there for 2 hours at this point I just wanted to leave. I walked out with nails that are different shapes. Some have rounded corners some are sharp, dip polish under my fingers and around my cuticles, no lotion on my hands so they were chalky from The drill and really dry and not even matching. Before I was even able to pull out of the parking lot the woman who did my nails ran out and got into the man who removed my polish car and left. 10/10 will not return or refer anyone to this nail salon. read more

I've been going to Art Nails Spa for a year and love Tina and Tony. They do a fantastic job. I love Tony's pedicures and Tina's manicures. This is the only place where gel stays on my nails for the expected two weeks and even more. They are always very nice and pleasant. I tried venturing to other places, but none compare to these guys. I ended up here on the way to my grandmothers house one afternoon. I really needed a mani/pedi and the place I was going to was closed on Sunday. Bummer... So I jumped on yelp and found this place not too far away. I decided to give it a try and it was worth it. They took me immediately (pedicure first). I was excited to see they had the newer OPI Hawaii collection. I decided on the color and got down to business. The salon is clean, they have a great selection of beverages for customers and a large flat screen tv that is easily seen by all the salon chairs. Pedicures always last a long time... as did this one, but my manicure was another story. It still looked like new almost 3 weeks later. Even the growth didn't bother me like it usually does. The polish wasn't lifting and getting stuck on my clothes or hair. If you are in the area definitely check this place out, they do a great job! read more

Easily the happiest experience I've had at a salon ever. The spa package is 1000x worth more than the amount. The value you get from the massage to the hospitality and the courtesy is outstanding. The wax dip and massages for The mani-pedi is so soothing and a very comforting stone massage for your legs and feet!! I think the one thing that god me to drive across town was when I called up I never said what I wanted to do I simply asked if they were open and it was 7:45. The man said just come on in we will be here. Upon arriving I was excited to get such kind treatment and before I left I saw they closed at 7... I could not tell they were closes 2 hours before I left. Seems to have gone downhill a bit. Used to be my favorite place but not so much anymore. I felt like it was hurried and I was a burden. I also don't like that even when I make reservations for my aunt and I for the same time, one of us has to wait while the other gets done, so we are there double time and don't get to sit together and chat. My daughter & I had an amazing experience at the Art Nail Salon in Billerica today that I must share! If you live in the area I would highly recommend checking this place out! We were there for 3 hours getting the spa mani/pedis! The staff was very friendly and attentive! The pedi includes a foot soak, warm salt scrub, warm mud mask with legs wrapped in warm towels, followed by a hot stone massage! Same for the mani, but includes hot stone shoulder massage, did I say amazing! All this for $55.00 total, then to top it off, they give you 5% cash back if you pay cash!! Do it!! I received a gel pedicure and a gel acrylic manicure. It was received in a timely fashion, and looked okay. The price was 70 since I paid in cash and I tipped over 20%, as per usual. Then I leave and realize my cuticles weren't cut and all around my nail looked poor. I went back and asked Tina to do it and she said she would have to charge me. I told her other places fix up my nail when they do the acrylic and she still insisted that I pay. I turned around and left. Doing the cuticles would not have taken that long and I treated her and her mother very well during my appointment. read more

Been here a few times now. The quality is good. My nails have come out good every time. The color selection isn't the biggest. I wish they had a bigger selection. The service is good and the staff is friendly. The service is very slow though. The staff is a little too laid back and the full process is a tad too long. The one star is only because I enjoyed some free time yesterday however the actual nail experience was terrible. I'll start with the pedicure. There are bubbles in the polish leaving it looking uneven, and my big toe is sore from her digging out a hang nail too aggressively. I've never had a hangnail before and to be honest I don't know one was even there before she started. Onto the gel manicure. Worst job I have ever seen!!! the polish does not even start up at my cuticle. There is a huge gap as if it has grown out a week or 2???? The Woman that did the pedicure spoke absolutely no English and the nail tech was funny enough but often spoke in her language to the other woman making me feel rather uncomfortable. The prices are far from cheap I feel like I wasted $60. Go elsewhere!!!!!! I really do not like to leave nasty reviews and I would go back and demand them to be all done over if I had the time. All these positive reviews? All fake!! I went there based on the reviews, and was shocked at how awful my nails came out. first off, I should have known that any salon that can take you in an hour on a busy holiday weekend Saturday is suspect. Two other people there were also walk-in first timers, and both complained about what was going on with their nails. The lady next to me kept wondering why Tina didn't push her cuticles back before the acrylic, as her cuticles were grown in. The girl just kept saying" trust me, I do it afterwards, it look good." Even I could see that there was no way that her nails would look freshly done with those huge cuticles pushed back after the fill. And my nails ended up looking like a child did them. I needed extra length added, and instead of using a form or doing a tip, she just slathered it onto my finger. The result was that my nails stuck up in a stupid looking way - truly comical. I went home and removed them. What a waste of money! Another thing that annoyed me was that she said "I'll put nice long lasting gel coat, yes?" But she never mentioned that it would be an additional $5. Trust me, you want to avoid this place at all costs! There is a reason no one but walk ins were there on what should have been a busy Saturday. The people there, especially Tina, are incompetent! BEWARE!!!! read more

If i could give this place more stars I would!!! I recently had a terrible experience at another nail salon and ended up with in ingrown toenail. So i have been a little nervous going to get a pedi done anywhere. I saw the wonderful reviews on yelp for here and decided to give it a try. I called and booked an appt for 2 pedis and they told me to come right down. There pedicure was like nothing I have ever had before!! Foot & Leg scrub, mud mask, hot stone massage, hot towel and hot wax all for $35!!! I was beyond impressed and the women doing my nails was very friendly and did an amazing job, payed strict attention to detail and treated me gently. Not to mention how cute and clean the place was that made you feel even more at ease. I have finally found a nail salon that I will surely come back to without hesitation. read more

Went here for a mani-pedi because of the good reviews. There's a rough spot near the cuticle where I know the polish is going to peel. The pedicure was a little sloppy, but the treatments and massages were awesome. I'll probably give them another try. Bring cash for the tip, they prefer that. read more

Stopped in here on a whim and I am so pleasantly surprised. Very nice people and a good job. Place was clean and the pedi was amazing. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the women who did my pedi did not speak English. I found this to be an issue because I have never been there before and wanted to explain what I wanted. I was frustrated that she nodded like she understood me and then proceeded to do as she wanted. The young woman finally came over as she realized there was a communication issue and she told her what I wanted. The nails came out great!! I am going back to have a mani done! read more
