I've only been here twice but I like the atmosphere and cleanliness of the place. I asked for extra hot water and didn't get any back talk. (That's a miracle ) usually the person wants to argue and tell you it'll be too hot. But if you have me waiting for 10 minutes with just warm water it'll be cold by the time you actually start. The instruments came straight from the autoclave so low or no risk of infection that's always a winner.

During the pedicure, I clearly asked for an overlay on my big toes and explained exactly why I wanted it. The nail tech refused and decided he knew better, even after I explained my reasoning. Then, when it was time to polish, he told me my toes weren't "square enough" for French--again, the exact issue I tried to fix by requesting the overlay. Instead of listening, he painted them white anyway. Only after noticing I was irritated did he offer to redo it, but by then the damage was done. At that point, I canceled my full set because I was already annoyed and felt completely ignored. I also didn't feel comfortable expressing my frustration the way I wanted to without being negatively perceived, which made the situation even worse. The front desk offered to start over, but I had already been there over an hour and had to go to work. Despite the poor service and wasted time, they still charged full price. This experience wasn't relaxing--it was frustrating and honestly disappointing. I felt dismissed, unheard, and like my preferences didn't matter at all. I know my own nails, and I shouldn't have to argue to get a basic service done the way I requested. They later offered a small refund for the polish, but that doesn't fix the experience. If you value being listened to as a customer, I would not recommend this place.

I called at around 9am to schedule an appointment, and they got me in for 9:15am. I was seen quickly after checking in at the front desk & filling out some paperwork. I was given a skin consultation, and the student recommended a "relaxing facial" based on my current skin condition. Getting situated to get the facial was quick & easy, and the facial itself was amazing. This facial also included arms, hands, neck & shoulder massage which was so good! The process lasted about 1 hour, and at the end of it, the student went over with me a couple skin imperfections she noticed under close examination. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience

Today I made an appointment for 5:00. I arrived at 4:55. There were several customers and only 2 technicians. I gave her my name and appointment time. Big surprise - she was running behind. After a few minutes of standing because all of the waiting chairs were taken, she put me in a chair and started soaking my feet. I sat there for another 45 minutes with no end in sight to the set of nails she was working on (the same person that was in the chair when I arrived). I asked for a towel, wiped feet, and left. Perhaps she is the best nail tech on the planet but her customer service and business model are horrible. Get some help or go to an appointment only basis. Learn how to stay on schedule. Practice saying a sincere "sorry" in the mirror.
