This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. Went to get a nail take off and the lady was extremely unprofessional. The first nail she took off she took it off incorrectly and wasn't listening when I said it was hurting she tore the nail off and the tip of my nail was gone. I immediately get up and walk out. She had no reason to take the nail off like that especially since she's the one who did my nails the previous time. The quality is terrible and the entire business is unprofessional. I've only been here twice and both times weren't pleasant. This establishment is an embarrassment to the nail business and they shouldn't be open. If I could put no stars I would. read more

My mother and I randomly stopped here to have a mani/pedi together. Another place turned us away because we didn't have an appointment. This was the first place we saw. Stopping here was the right choice. This is a very clean, new facility. They have very good prices. Everything is new. The workers do an excellent job. I would recommend that everyone try this place once. One weird note, one of the guys who works here whistles or hums along with the music a lot. This would probably annoy some people but it just made mom and I laugh. read more

I came here and got a full set. I was rushed through a full set. they are uneven and thick. my fingers had gel stuck to my fingers and when i said something they ignored me and said that is how they are suppose to be. i do NOT recommend this place to anyone! read more

I keep forgetting about this hidden jewel. I don't do pedi's that often and after running from place to place I saw the sign. I've only been here twice but I like the atmosphere and cleanliness of the place. I asked for extra hot water and didn't get any back talk. (That's a miracle ) usually the person wants to argue and tell you it'll be too hot. But if you have me waiting for 10 minutes with just warm water it'll be cold by the time you actually start. The instruments came straight from the autoclave so low or no risk of infection that's always a winner. read more

I would make sure you check prices before services. I was in town from Texas and had a mani pedi as my daughter did as well. I typically pay 40 for a French manicure with tip and Vickie's charged me 35 plus an additional 20 for the French. It was not worth 55 dollars and then the pedi was 35 plus 10 for the non chip polish which I don't get. They are putting on polish either way! My daughter was another 85 dollars for a mani pedi. She had a fill done and then a basic pedi I did not feel that it was 185 dollars worth of services and then I could barely understand anyone. I'm used to having the language issue but typically someone in the shop speaks ok English. We also called and made an appointment and there were not enough people there to accommodate when we got there. I will not go back if I'm in town again read more

DANGEROUS!! This was a truly terrible experience. I had been to this nail salon once before and had a pleasant experience and thought the person did good work. I'm still in shock from what just happened. Oh my god, you will not believe what just happened. A male sat down to do my nails. The mail trimming part was hurting a little but it usually does so I just thought whatever. Then he got to the part where they would buff calluses. He started and I politely told him it hurt. He switched instruments then it still hurt so I told him again politely, and he lightened up a bit. It still hurt but I felt like I couldn't keep complying. He gradually kept using more force and pressure and in reflex I pulled my foot away because of the pain. It was not an intentional act to cause issue; truly a reflex. He looked at me with complete hate and disdain waving his arms up in the air. After a few seconds of figuring out what to do and him looking at me like that I no longer felt safe and said that I'd rather go. He grabbed my ankle and held it up and tightly and wouldn't let go. I kept repeating that I would like to leave. He was just staring me down without blinking. Finally I had to get a bit louder and say sir please let go of my foot, I want to leave! then I had to say that loudly three more times so that other patrons were paying attention before he would let go of my ankle so that I could leave. I hopped up quickly and put my shoes on and then as I was leaving he yelled asking if I was going to pay. I turned around and said I would pay for that portion of the pedicure (cutting my nails and one foot of cuticle cutting). He wouldn't give me a price and just kept yelling at me. I finally left. I left in tears and shaking. My foot is burning where he scrubbed it. This is not a safe place to go. I strongly recommend you avoid this place at all costs. read more

I'm never coming to this place again. I had a dip manicure with acrylic tips that I wanted to get removed and redone. I showed pictures of what I wanted and was told it could be done. What I wanted and what I got are completely two different things. The dip was removed from my fingers by the technician using HIS OWN NAILS to separate my nail from the dip I had, then he used an unused acrylic nail to push separate and push off the dip. I am not someone who gets their nails done often, but this process seemed off to me. The nail clippers used did not come out of a clean package that I could see. I was then bullied into a french manicure that I didn't want, being told I could have whatever color I wanted. I wanted black nails with a colored tip and was told that "dip is expensive" and then asked what I was charged somewhere else for what I got. I got a french manicure with colored nails. My thumb nails are crooked, my fingers hurt for two days after my manicure, and there are bubbles in my nails. I would have gone back, but honestly, I didn't want to see or have that technician touch my nails again. When he was finished, he also started cutting his own nails with the clippers he had used on me at the same station after telling me to pay at the front counter. I was unhappy with what I got, what I paid for it, and I hate that I was so shaken up by the whole experience I can't even get the nails I wanted. read more

First off the prices are great here- You can leave here without spending $80 bucks! I visited Vickie's Nail Salon in April and was very happy with my visit, the staff was very friendly and did not rush through my pedicure. I also got my fingernail polish changed and nails filed. I will definitely come back. read more
