All EW do have a 5 day policy that if your not fully happy with the job you can come back in within 5 days to make you happy. I have been to a ton of waxing places. I have had my fair share of good, bad, ugly I really like EW as the concept has raised the bar and has gotten people out of the back room in a hair salon. They have masted the skill because it's all they do day in day out day and night. They never "double-dip" they use a clean and new stick every time!!!!! It's a big deal for my wife she's amazed by this concept. Wax in the morning, Wax in the afternoon, Wax in the middle of the night. The price is not cheap but it's worth it for the services, it's far better them shaving or using that stuff that burns your skin to remove your hair. This location has a lot of good going for it: Staff is friendly and professional, the location is clean, had lots of parking, next to a ton of other stores for you can get stuff done before or after your waxing. All EW have a very strict 5 min late policy, more then 5 min late give the ladies a call. The package deal (wax passes) are definitely a great buy!!!! They are well worth it and you can break the payments in to what works for you. I don't have any cons.

I was welcome by the stylist with whom we had an appointment and was asked how I'd like their hair cut. I was so specific that I provided pictures and was told numerous times, "no you don't want that, how about this?" Why bother asking? Finally after giving in to the uppity and overly suggestive stylist, my first girl was sent in with her mask. This woman comes out yet again asking how I want her bangs....!!? Then it came time for my 3 year old to go in. I was reluctant about sending my 3 year in alone with a mask but I was proud that she went brave and willingly. I did not opt for the shampoo and blow dry as she wouldn't have done that alone and without me. I gave the stylist the instructions for the haircut yet again and within 5 minutes she came out stating, "she can't do it" because she wouldn't sit still and her mask was falling off and it "wasn't fair for the other people inside." Are you kidding!? She then proceeded to do her haircut outside. I realize these are post-pandemic times right now but maybe if a 3 year old that is forced to wear a mask and be sent in alone without her mother is too much, you shouldn't be excepting appointments for toddlers during these times. Her hair was barely even cut to the point I'm going to have to take her elsewhere to finish it. When it came time to check out I was charged the same price for my toddler as I was my older daughter who received a shampoo, cut and blow dry. Are you kidding. She tried to charge me $25 each how are they the same price!? At least I got one cut for the price of 2. Sorry to all the other clients that had their haircuts ruined by my wiggly toddler.

I came in for my appointment at four and as soon as I walk through the door the first words out of her mouth are, "I can't take you anytime soon your apt isn't until 5:30" I'm like "oh wow really I thought it was four?" She replies "nope not four definitely five thirty this woman sitting here has had an apt with me for MONTHS" with the most attitude possible. I'm like ok we'll I thought it was four and I have dinner plans so I won't be able to stay she replies again with the same exact sentence except even more attitude. I reply that's totally fine I'm not blaming you or mad at all I'm just saying for whatever reason I thought it was four and I can't stay.. then I left because.. what the hell?! Why so rude?! Y'all should set up a text reminder for apts for your guests. I am 99% sure my apt was at four. Either way, it would be great to have that for situations like these. Either way, a simple "oh I'm sorry there was misinformation let's plan another day" would have sufficed. Sucks, I drove fifty minutes in a huge hurry thinking I was making it on time! Oh well! To a new salon I go!

I've been going to this salon (Nashua location) since it opened, but my experience yesterday was…read morereally disappointing. I came in for a Gel-X removal and gel manicure. My nail tech (Dara or Dana) immediately questioned my color choice when I said I wanted black, saying "BLACK? WHY?" in a way that felt rude and judgmental. I explained I liked it, but she continued making comments. During the service, one of my nails had already broken off at home, so I asked her to make all my nails the same short length for consistency. Instead, she seemed confused, laughed, and initially kept the other nails long until I repeated myself. While doing my cuticles, she cut my skin and caused bleeding, then applied alcohol directly on it, which was very painful. When she was painting, she missed part of the side of my pinky nail. When I pointed it out and asked her to fix it, she said she avoids the sides with black polish to prevent messiness. She then painted onto my skin to demonstrate and wiped it off, which didn't address the issue. After leaving, I noticed the polish was streaky, uneven, and messy overall. This was not the level of service I expected, especially as a returning customer. Completely regretting paying for this service and plan on never returning. There are much better nail salons in the area.

I showed her my reference photo and since it only showed the back I explained how the front should be. She then proceeded to tell me she was only going to do it how the photo looked, so I figured it would turn out just fine...it didn't. Once she had finished I was beyond disappointed and heartbroken, I asked if she would be able to do anything about my bangs and she told me that the curls on them would eventually fall out. Mind you, I had to be at the photo place in 30 minutes, adding on to the fact that my bangs weren't meant to be curled at all. So essentially, she refused to give me the style I asked for, and I ended up paying nearly $70 plus a 15% tip for hair that I ended up rushing home to fix; so, don't go here if you have somewhere important to be I suppose.
