Super unhappy. $50 to tread and henna. My eyebrows look worse then when I went in. I've been getting my eyebrows done with henna and threading perfectly before. I rather drive 45 mins to Burlington mall. This was crap. I'm super super disappointed. She told me they will look good when I fill them in. dumbfounded and won't be back. read more

I have been coming here for years with no issues but in the last few months-there is a new person who is really bad at her job. She did my whole face a few mths ago and missed a ton of spots. I didn't notice till I got out and was on my way home. Now today, she literally made a bald spot on my brow! I will not go back there again till she's gone. read more

Received the worst threading experience possible, the woman didn't wear any gloves, and cut my eyebrow then continued to thread with the same thread after only offering me a tissue! Then after tipping and paying I looked at your price list on line and realized she over charged me. $45 instead of $37. I will not be returning to this location which is terrible because I really enjoyed the other person that works there. read more

salon closes at 7pm and I showed up at 6:51pm. yes I understand it was right before closing but the employee was all packed up and not willing to take a paying customer. sorry I have a baby and it's a little tough for this momma to get out and get things done, so really disappointed when the employee wouldn't put her bags down and take a customer during open hours. will be looking for another place. read more

I've had the pleasure of having my brows threaded here a handful of times. I'm not sure what the negative comments are coming from? ‍ I've always had a great experience. My brows look great every time. Yes it's true there is usually only one person working but she works quickly so the wait isn't that long. The night she had the customer come in at the tail end of her shift and she wasn't going to be able to be taken shouldn't be so upset? Maybe she had to be somewhere right after work! Great place for brow shaping using threading. And for ladies with PCOS, a great big help (threading quickly clears neck and cheeks). I really like one lady best but I don't know her name yet. She is gentle yet thorough and very empathetic, non-judgmental. Five stars for threading, but I'm not as enthusiastic about their waxing. They have never injured me (so sorry to hear of the other reviewer's experience!). I have been there at least 8-10 times. read more

I showed up 30 minutes before they closed and was turned away because there was already 2 people in line and only 1 person working (I have never seen more than 1). The woman was rude and acted as if I was supposed to know that they were busy. This place does not take appointments. The first time I went to this location, she did an okay job, nothing great though, but I decided to give it another try. I will not be going back. I will be going to the Newington location whenever I can because they do a much better job and have more than 1 person working at a time. read more

I have been using this threading salon since it was located in the Pheasant Lane Mall. Often I use other salons due to convenience, but I always come back to this salon. They always fix my brows when other salons mess them up. My only complaint would be that I rarely see someone twice. It seems people are always changing, or maybe aren't always on at the same times. Either way, I have yet to get an employee that is bad at her job. I will also add that this salon offers authentic service seeing as all of their employees are from the content of Asia which is where the art of threading began. read more

absolutely terrible. i went in for an eyebrow threading/ tinting and i will never go back. the woman who took me was rude and very short to me from the very beginning and did a terrible job on my eyebrows. when i complained she was very rude to me. the other woman there tried to fix but they still did not look good and charged me full price. go somewhere else! read more

Their customer service is terribly! I walk in and the lady doesn't even say hi, all she says "eyebrows", and when i leave she doesn't say bye, thank you for coming, or have a good day, she is completely silent every time. The only words she say are "eyebrows", "20 dollars", and "would you like receipt". So this lady is always the one there and she does a pretty bad job, my eyebrows are typically crocked, today i also went in to my my upper lip done and she was extremely rough! I was in pain several minutes after, and she works very fast and violently it was a terrible experience awful customer service. Sometimes i get lucky and there is another lady who is more polite and doesn't leave me crocked or in pain, but its typically this TERRIBLE RUDE ANTI SOCIAL ANTI POLITE WOMAN! read more

I am very disappointed with my experience. I had my eyebrows threaded once before in Salem NH in a salon that I believe is from the same owner. They were Amazing, and I swore off waxing my eyebrows forever. Until I came here. The woman who threaded me was very rough, and made my left eyebrow bleed. When I looked in the mirror I was horrified, but thought it was just a nick. I paid (which now in hind sight I should have demanded my money back) because when I got in the car, not only did I notice that what I thought was a nick was an actual gaping wound, but she also missed 90% of the hair that I needed removed!!!! My right eyebrow was completely mis shaped, and I ended up going to CVS to buy tweezers and fix them myself. Never again will I go there- and I advise no one else go their either!!!! The woman didn't even say she was sorry for ripping my skin off!!!!! It is unfortunate because threading is a really cool and accurate way to remove hair, however, this woman needed some more training it seems- I would have been better off threading my own eyebrows!!!!!! Be aware!!!!!!! read more
