By far the worst hair experience. stylist got my hair knotted while washing it, took about 30 minutes to untangle it. Asked for highlights and my hair looked the same as I walked in with. spoke to manager, manager tried to make things right and booked me the next day with the same stylist and it still looked terrible. She did not even get to blow dry or style my hair. what a waste of my time and money, please ask for a specific stylist. read more

I am not from the area so I went here because I needed a trim. It said I had an appt with Erica but when I got there she told me Toni would be my stylist. Ok no big deal. I sit down tell her I don't want hardly any taken off the top as I just got it long enough to lay down. I just wanted the sides and back shaved. Ok cool. Well I wear glasses so I can't see what is happened when she starts "trimming" my hair. When I put them on because she wants to see if I want it shorter that's when I see she has chopped off all the hair I had grown out that I DIDN'T want cut off. I absolutely HATE my hair. The "shaved" part was half shaved and half long. One side burn squared off and one sort of V'd. She stacked it for some reason and it looks horrible. In fact I went across to Wal-Mart and bought a cap because it's that bad. She didn't bother to shape or clean up my sideburns either. So needless to say I will NOT ever go back or recommend anyone to go here. Awful experience! I am trying to grow the top out so this set me back. read more

She really listened to what I wanted and asked questions when I said I wanted to trim off split ends but didn't know specifics. I purchased a Groupon for a shellac manicure and it was fairly obvious the girl didn't really know how to do nails However, she was really nice so I gave her the benefit of the doubt 1 day later 2 nails peel off completely for no reason. She didn't even buff my nails before applying the polish I tried to get an appt for them to fix my nails but they don't have any availability within the next week that would accommodate me. It's more of a hassle than it's worth so... I'll just forfeit the money and go to a reputable nail salon read more

Absolutely unprofessional and rude. I purchased a Groupon that requested we call the salon first to make sure it was applicable and was told it was. I then purchased an almost $300 Groupon for Botox and then called to schedule less than 24 hours after my previous call and was told my Groupon would no longer be honored. The male that answered the phone was completely unhelpful and after telling me it would not be honored and Jess C no longer performs the procedure he hung up on me. Avoid this place at all cost. I wish I could give 1000 stars. This salon is perfect and I'm always happy when I leave. I've had multiple hair dressers in my life but NO ONE is comparable to Doreen. She is amazing and does amazing colors. You get what you exactly want none of that we'll I'll do some color I think you'll like crap. She does what the customer wants I am amazed how perfect she is and how she runs a beautiful salon. She helped me out in a situation and is always a call away for hair emergencies! My first time here and what a great experience I had!! Emma was my stylist and she was awesome. She took the time to ask what I wanted done and immediately knew what to do. My hair looks awesome and feels so healthy and shiny. Emma was completely professional with a warm and friendly personality. The salon is spotless, inviting and everyone is so nice. I visited for the first time since corona and the new decor is wonderful, the safety measures they have in place were substantial. I have been here several times before and it is always a special treat for me. I love my new hair color. I wanted a change after several months of not being able to do anything and the discussion and input offered by these professionals are the reason you go to a salon. I love my new color and yes they were right this shade looks good/ natural with my coloring. Relaxed and comfortable environment , knowledgeable professional stylists and a convenient location there's no better option. I should mention how sweet the staff are but the fact that I'm writing this review at 10:30 on a Saturday night should tell you how much I love them and this place. read more

I bought a groupon to Allure hair salon for a full foil highlights package (value $130) for $73. I went to the salon for a consultation and she stated that she'd use about 80 foils on my head,but when she actually did my hair she only used 25. I feel I was taken advantage of and she screwed up my hair. I must note that i have long hair that is fairly straight and not thick, which is why I purchased the full highlights(which was suggested in the fine print in the groupon) , but was charged an additional $15 for product. After repeated dying and foiling mishaps the color I left with wasn't even close to the color I wanted. I had pictures and said light brown many, many times. After 3+ hours and the salon being 90+degrees inside, I couldn't endure anymore so I paid and left. I went back the next day. I appreciated them taking me again to try and fix it. It's still not even close. It looks greenish now. The staff I encountered were passive aggressive nice. I get it, they stick up for each other, but I felt low key intimidated and blamed. For the cost, which was a lot of money for me personally, even with Groupon. I feel pretty upset about the results. Hopefully this is not a typical experience at this salon. read more

New to area and was looking for a pedicure. Allure looked okay and contemporary from the outside so I decided to give them a call. I was assured Charlene would do a good job, which she did however. When I walked in I was shown to a plain chair and a bucket to place my feet. I can't believe I didn't walk out...maybe because I thought the price would reflect the conditions??? Well, that didn't happen. Even thou she did a good job on the pedicure and I asked her to trim my cuticles (no nail polish), I was charged $65. In their brochure they advertise $55 for full service. I questioned them about this and they said the rate had changed...even thou brand new pamphlet. Charlene needs to find another place to work where clients aren't ripped off. Girl at the desk terrible, due to her "to bad" attitude. I will never go back and suggest you stay away! read more

I have difficult hair and she knew right away what to do and made recommendations. This place feels young not stodgy. i picked up some great organic styling products for my hair. I have never posted a review before, but wanted to save others time and money. I am only reviewing the mani pedi - not the hair styling services (which seemed fine from where I was sitting). I used a Groupon to book the mani pedi and had a difficult time getting an appt. as there is only one manicurist in the small salon. I walked in and was shocked to see 1 small uncomfortable chair in a corner with a pan of soapy water underneath. After soaking my feet the employee trimmed my toe nails by placing my foot on her knee. No kidding - it was uncomfortable as I attempted to lightly balance my foot. There was no pumice used - my heels are still cracked! The manicure was at a table next to the chair. It was a perfunctory manicure and I had to ask her to remove polish smudged under a nail. The worst (?) part is that the polish never fully dried - it remained tacky for hrs. until I finally removed both toe and fingernail polish later that evening and ended up polishing my own nails. I was attending an event and had taken the day off to pamper myself. What a disaster! The only reason I would give the manicure services 1 star is because the employees were pleasant. You couldn't pay me to return to this salon for nail services. read more
