Then he gave me a reasonable estimate for unclogging the sewer pipe. It was less than the previous plumbers were asking for just a diagnosis!! So of course I agreed. He did a very thorough job, running the high power drain cleaner twice all the way to the city sewer pipe. Odor and sewage backing up problem solved for the time being. He showed me the root problem by running a pro grade pipe cam down the drainage pipe. He also used a device to find the exact spot where the roots were growing into the pipe.
