The machines were large, oversized, commercial so no problem getting a good deep cleaning. The dryers were also oversized so everything was easy to dry. They have only been in business since December 24, 2020 and have done a lot of cleaning and machine repairs and replacements. They are in the process of ordering more oversized dryers! They also do wash and fold if someone needs that service, including pickup and delivery. A great find in the area. Highly recommend!

There are large to very massive sized dryers as well. Note: The newer, shiny industrial size dryers are hot! I put in a queen sized comforter and it was dry in less than 15 minutes. I would start with 10 minute intervals and add quarters as needed. I almost put in 40 minutes worth of quarters which would have been way too much. The machines operate on coins only, specifically quarters. There is a change machine on hand to break down small bills up to a $20 bill into quarters. They have a laundry service as well. I noticed people dropping off and picking up their laundry. Not too crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Very pleased. In addition, there are more than 6 casual dining places within the same plaza, so you can grab a bite to eat while waiting for clothes to wash and dry.

During my visit today, I loaded two large-capacity washers, added the appropriate amount of detergent according to the detergent instructions, selected the warm water setting, and started the machines as usual. When the cycles were complete, I immediately noticed that many of the clothes still smelled unwashed and felt as though detergent and soil had not been fully rinsed away. Some items were only damp, some were extremely wet, and others felt almost dry, as though they had not been washed properly. The clothing also retained the same odor it had before being washed. I brought my concerns to the attendant. She checked the washer briefly and stated that because the clothes were wet, the machine had washed them. However, my concern was not whether water had touched the clothing, but that the wash cycle did not appear to clean the clothes properly. I was left with no option but to move everything into another washer and pay to wash all of my laundry a second time. As a result, I spent approximately double what I normally spend on laundry. I was disappointed that there was no attempt to investigate whether the machine malfunctioned or to offer any assistance, reimbursement, or courtesy rewash despite my being a long-time customer. I understand that equipment issues can happen. My frustration comes from having to pay twice to wash the same load and feeling that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I hope management will review the condition and performance of the machines so that other customers do not experience the same problem.

I used a 40lb washer and dryer, for clothes that would be 2 loads in at-home washer dryer. The washer was 5 dollars for 30min, and I used the dryer for 28min which costed a dollar. They both worked really good. The dryer could have used another quarter for certain items like a small blanket but I was too lazy to wait any longer. Overall, good working machines at a reasonable price, spacious and clean laundromat....nothing to complain!

I used Yelp to reach out to a number of Wash/Dry/Fold places. Clean All was quick to respond and offered very reasonable rates. They even made suggestions for me to pass on to the repair people. I guess that makes sense because people who run laundromats have lots of with broken equipment. Anyway, I dropped off a bunch of laundry and it was clean, dry, and folded the following morning. They did a great job and even listened to my requests for some minor special handling. While I was there, I learned they also wash larger items, like weighted blankets, take in dry cleaning, and do alterations. Frankly, before this I never even realized they were there, and I've gone past there store 100s of times. I'll certainly use them for WDF the next time I need it. That may be in a few days since, sadly, the circus is still in town.

I specified dry clean only for two pair of my ~$200 jeans, and the ladies said ok. But when I pick them up and try them on they have clearly shrunk. Next time I bring two more pair of ~$200 jeans, I say, last time my jeans shrunk and that I think last time there was a mistake, and these jeans must be "dry cleaned only"(!) and cannot go in the drier(!). When I pick these jeans up they have both shrunk and are no longer wearable! I return to store to show shrunken jeans. Formerly polite ladies ask if I have gained weight (?!? seriously?). (No, I actually lost weight recently). Then lady pulls out ruler and says waist looks okay (as if she can expertly tell from this silly evaluation?!?). I explain that when I put jeans on I they are most obviously too tight (and were not before) and that they are clearly 1-2 inches too short now compared to before. I then also show that jeans label has been changed by water from washing not dry cleaning. Lady finally says to come back and speak with manager. When I speak with manager, he takes ZERO accountability, and says jeans wash instructions do not specify "dry clean only", but admits they have instructions for "no tumble dry" (not sure if they followed that no tumble dry though either??). I explain that I clearly and repeatedly specified dry clean only! Manager says my instructions were ignored as they can't follow customer instructions and have to follow garment instructions. I argued that if my instructions were not going to be followed then my jeans should have been returned to me without cleaning and without charge, with a note that my jeans could not be cleaned. Manager said they don't do that (?!?!?), and that they do whatever they want as long as it's not prohibited by the garment's cleaning instructions. I was offered no compensation whatsoever. I was also told they do not have insurance to cover the cost. He told me to take it up with the jean manufacturer (seriously, good luck with that?!?). So all I can do is never go back there and advise others to avoid Fairfax Cleaners, unless you have clothes that you want to shrink or if you like cleaners that blatantly and admittedly ignore your customer instructions.
