I called several Tint Shops in the area. No one had 3M window film brand. Very lucky to have found these guys. They are Authorized Dealer of 3M. Prices are very reasonable. Came here for an appointment at 10:30am and I was greeted by their workers. We took about 10 minutes to determine which percentage tint I wanted and they were kind enough by showing me a few examples of vehicles with tint within their parking lot. I waited in their shop for about 2 hours for them to complete and beware the shop is extremely small. There is no designated waiting area which was not a big deal for me. Here is where I'm a bit disappointed and breaks my heart to give 3 stars... I recently clayed, polished, applied sealant and wax to my black prius. As part of their window tinting process, a decent amount of water was used which needed to be cleaned up when finished. The young lady used what I believe was window cleaner to "clean" up the excess water on my paint. This is a big NO which left swirls on my paint which I spent hours trying to get rid of during my polishing stage when I detailed my car. Besides that, the quality tint is amazing and customer service was excellent. read more

I got my tint here on my new Lexus a week ago to block out the sun since I park outside a lot. I waited a week before I made this review to make sure that the tint quality stayed, and I was NOT disappointed. The tint is silky smooth and very effective against the heat during midday. Brian, the worker that tinted my windows, also took extra precautions to make sure that the leather seats and car paint weren't damaged. Apparently, Brian also had an appointment elsewhere that he had to cancel because a coating on my rear window prevented a good tint. He decided to retint my rear window several times to ensure quality results at no extra charge. Fantastic tint shop. 100% recommended. I was having issues with my previously installed tint. It was turning purple and bubbling up. I decided to remove it myself and find a shop to re-tint them. So after doing my research of auto tint places in the OC area and talking to multiple companies, I found that art window tinting was the best choice in terms of how trustworthy the guys are and the price was also the best. The turn around time is about two hours and scheduling was very easy. I ended up getting the rayno s5-nano ceramic tints for my 2014 lexus is f sport: 15% in the rear, 20% in the front and 70% for the front windshields, and it looks great! Everything comes with the warranty and they stand behind their work. I know I said this before but they had the best pricing out of all the other guys. Don't usually take time to write reviews but I was extremely pleased with the beautiful tint job I received. I found them through the Groupon app which started at $99. So knowing nothing about car tints, I called in to request a tint like my old car. After a couple of calls, I ended up making a same day appointment, much sooner than expected. I drove to the small shop in Huntington Beach off Warner. It was one of the many shops in the small lot. I almost missed it but was able to locate it when they waved me down. I spoke with Jillian over the phone and she was the same person I spoke with at the shop. She was very helpful in making the right decision for the tint I wanted. I was informed that they could give me what I originally requested at $99 or pay twice as much to get a higher quality tint that doesn't change to a purplish tint or start bubbling with age. Apparently the cheaper tints offered around $100 suffers from those issues. There was also a $300 level of tinting but I decided that was a bit too much for the car I drive. Next they walked me through the different levels of tint percentage and the legal limits. I was able to see several examples on cars that they had on hand. We agreed on the tints and I left my keys with them. Since there was a small surcharge for using credit card, I agreed to walk around and look for an ATM nearby and pay with cash. I actually ended up paying with Venmo which was awesome since I couldn't find a nearby ATM. No surcharge :) When the car was ready to be picked up, it was slightly past the time of closing. They reassured me, asking me to check for any issues, but I was way more focused on beauty of the fresh new look. They told me to wait for 48 hours before rolling up and down the windows to allow it to set. They even taped my window controls which was a great idea for a forgetful person like myself! When I drove out of the garage, I instantly noticed how nice and dark the tint was. It definitely took some getting used to driving at night, but I love how dark they tinted the rear and side windows. They told me I could come back if I had any issues but I haven't any reason to think I will unless I need more tints! Thanks Jillian and team! :) read more

This place is a bait and switch shop. The business advertises 3M and will even tell you the tint job will be 3M color stable while giving you a second tier or even third tier product. This place is not even a 3M authorized dealer (I didn't know to check this until I had to). I am warning you. Do not try to save a few bucks by coming here. Frank is fraud. His business should be shut down. Secondly, the shop left my car with wrinkles and bubbles upon pick up telling me it will flatten out. Why would you give me a finished product that way. I came back and they tried to replace it with no avail since I still had bubbles. The owner made it seem like he was doing me a favor and even said he didn't make money off my deal. AMAZING work! THEY HAVE TINTED 2 OF MY CARS HERE! If you want THE BEST go here. They offer all types of tint and won't fade like cheaper places. And their tint ACTUALLY LOOKS BLACK! not green or dark purple! Quality of film is nice and so is the tinting job! I judge the work by trying to find where the tint edge is, I found it but it's really nicely tucked away and hidden. I personally get tint because of heat rejection, better quality = better heat rejection at a higher opacity (don't need to be dark to block heat) On my third car I put cheap $80 tint with 35%... the 70% they put on my windshield (of the 1st car)feels cooler than the darker window of the one I took somewhere else! You get what you pay for. Don't cheap out on your car that you'll be sitting in for years! Note: they also remove old tint for a fee. read more

Absolute great place to go for tints!! Brought my car in with little to no knowledge of what I really wanted and within minutes, Kristina helped me decide what I wanted. There was no line so I wasn't rushed, and was never rushed throughout the entire process, on what I wanted to have done. Kristina was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions while keeping me up to date with all that went through. We would communicate through text as I left my car in their hands to get the job done, and she was very cooperative and super friendly. I came in with no appointment except for a call ahead and they managed to get everything done within a few hours, enough time for me to get to work. Antony was also there to help, as he finished off the car and made sure it was absolutely impeccable ( with no spots or any bubbles) Definitely recommend this spot, they do offer discounts based on your form of payment in addition to performing great work and just being super cool about everything. I did my car back in July, forgot to leave a review til now: They were extremely nice, and I must have been an unlucky customer, but after I brought my BMW 328i in, I ended up having very small bubbles on certain regions of my windows (mostly at the top), and I noticed the film was not cut straight for one of the rear windows. The dot matrix has visible inconsistencies as well. And yes, I did the waiting and such to make sure the films rests properly. For what it's worth, from a foot away you can't see the issues, but if you are close to the window, you can spot the issues easily. This was an issue to me as my other car (done at OC Tint Shop) has none of the issues exhibited here and I paid the same price. I contacted Frank, and he was very nice and told me to bring it in again to get it fixed, no charge. I did so, scheduling, but the 2nd visit did not fix anything at all. I still have the very small bubbles, and quite frankly, it was a waste of time to bring it in the 2nd time. I had no confidence that they would be able to fix it if I tried to resolve it a 3rd time. I decided to go with them in the first place cause of the Yelp reviews, but I will not be back. Again, it seems like I may be in the minority here, but if anyone else is curious, I can provide pics. read more
