Later I learned that shortcuts like poor cleaning, improper primer application, or not allowing the adhesive to cure properly can lead to leaks, wind noise, and even reduce the windshield's ability to protect you in an accident. When I went to OC Windshields, they took the time to explain the entire process. They showed me why quality urethane adhesive matters, why proper preparation is so important, and why rushing a windshield installation can create problems down the road. I realized I wasn't just paying for a piece of glass I was paying for safety, experience, and peace of mind. Sometimes the cheapest option ends up costing more. VERY good heat reduction I've notice inside my car on these hot hot summer days. Definitely would recommend their service, but be mindful of your time in case it isn't a 'quick' pickup.

We had agreed upon doing "Llumar Air-Blue 80" on the windshield & Stratos 30 on the front windows.. (highest end of tint quality they offer) Upon my arrival, i explained to Chance that i am VERY particular about having a balanced shade all around my vehicle, with the front windows matching the factory tinted rear windows.. Chance pulled out a tint-meter & the rear windows read 25% factory tint... "Llumar Stratos" offers shades in 15% or 30%... Not 25%... Meaning, my windows would be either a tad lighter or darker... My heart wasn't sold on this... Chance told me that 25% WAS available, but in the "PINNACLE" series (one step lower, & cheaper) that sounded like a B i N G O to me !!! Moral of the story, Chance did what would make the CUSTOMER HAPPY FIRST, instead of prioritizing his margins ... iF that doesn't win your business, then nothing will. Anybody talking bad on this shop or Chance is a straight GOOFY. Clean spacious air conditioned facility (chairs if u need to wait) with clean restrooms, with free bottled water... "Cleanliness is next to godliness"... Clean Facility = Clean Work... The Air-Blue 80 on the windshield is SO SO dope! its POLARiZED! its like wearing glasses without wearing glasses ... I went with 20% XPEL XR Black on my 2026 Mercedes AMG GLE 53 to match my car and the tint looks incredible. The color blends almost perfectly with the OEM factory privacy glass giving the vehicle a clean, factory-installed appearance. One thing I really appreciate is their pricing. The quote they give you is the price you pay no extra charge for using a credit card, no surprise taxes added at the end and no hidden fees. I believe that if you receive exceptional service, great customer care, and feel very confident about a service, it is important to share your experience and show appreciation for the business or individual. Searching for a car tinting service with tinted windows proved to be quite challenging to find the perfect one. I am not particular, but I expect good value for the money I am spending. I chose Window Tinting21 as the place to take my vehicle for that service. As soon as I contacted Henry, the proprietor, he assured me that I would receive the appropriate service. He spent a considerable amount of time on the phone thoroughly addressing my questions with specifics. Bringing my Tesla to his shop resulted in an improvement. He paused his work on a different vehicle to greet me, gave me some water, and took a seat to talk further. He offered a very fair price and guaranteed to make any necessary fixes if I was not satisfied. I didn't ask any more questions, I just left my car and returned to pick it up at the agreed time. Hello everyone! I feel like when you get an excellent service, customer care and feel very confident about any service, you should let people know about that business and acknowledge the company or person. Looking around for a car tinted windows service wasn't easy to find the right one. I'm not picky but I want my money worth for what I'm paying for. Window Tinting21 was the target for me to bring my vehicle for that service. The minute I called Henry the owner, he made me feel that I would get the right service. He took his time over the phone to go over my questions with details. When I brought my Tesla to his shop, it got even better. He was working on another vehicle and stop immediately to welcome me, offered me water and sat down to chat more. His price was very reasonable and he assured that if I wasn't happy with anything, he would fix the problem. No more questions ask so I left my car and picked it up at the time he told me it would be ready by. I was a bit jealous at how cool his car has become, and I thought maybe I should get my car tinted as well. After preparing my car, I dropped by WINDOW TINTING21 on my day off, and there the staff greeted me. I told Henry to install tint my car. It's the same with the one my co-worker had, and it looks really good. Henry quickly started his work, and he did it really carefully with efficiency in mind. The result was more than I could ever think of. My car looks all brand new now just from changing the tint. We had our Tesla Model 3 tinted by Mr. Castillo about 2 weeks ago. We were looking for a local (Buena Park) tint shop that was able to do the rear window in one piece, did ceramic, and didn't cost a fortune since we wanted to tint all of the windows including the windshield. I called around to a few places and the price that Mr. Castillo offered was the best. The material used was Rayno ceramic and he did an outstanding job. Henry was great to work with. He is a 1 man show at the shop. He is thorough. Asks for all the details and then provides additional feedback. He will give you the option to compare shades, and varying tints. He wants the best results. The end result was clear tint that hopefully should last. The first time I came in to get the tint done, I had the front lady come out and check the old tint…read moreon my car and she said it looks 35% and I was holding the sample tint (35%) next to my window with old tint, but the sample tint (35%) looked lighter so I told her it looks lighter and I asked her if they could bring out one of those tools that could show for sure that my windows are in fact 35% and not darker (because I don't want to go lighter than what I already have). Instead of bringing out a tool, they brought out this guy (he's nice) and he just looked at it and said it's 35%. So since I thought they're the pros, that it shouldn't be lighter, but after they installed it, it's lighter than my old tint... again I wanted to like the business because they are nice and it looks like they did a good job on the two rear window, even though I see a bit of peeling on the back window, I just ignored it. But they didn't want to help fix the mistake on the two front windows. I messaged them regarding this and they told me to come back and they'll "take a look at it". I drove far and when I got there, nobody took a look at my car and just told me they can't help with it. Too bad, I wanted to like the business but they did me wrong so I won't be coming back and can't recommend them to others.

Sales tax should not be charged the full amount on labor. They are rude and unprofessional. Made an appointment for morning and still had to wait the next day to pick up the vehicle. Horrible tint work with bubbling compared to Downey location.

Not one bubble, no change in color of the tint. Second, Tinted our office windows. They asked questions to better understand the reason / need and made suggestions on product. If I remember correctly, they also needed to remove old tint. They were quick, kept noise down and left their work space clean. I get a lot of comments on how great the windows look. Third, tint on another vehicle. I will eventually need more windows tinted at the office and will be bringing them back.
