The difficulty in being added to the class was due to a technical problem on the instructional side, not my own. I requested tracking information for the course materials, which were not provided; moreover, the materials arrived after the start date. The workshop did not occur on the scheduled weekend despite my leaving work early to participate. Despite having paid for the course, I encountered these issues, and similar content is available free of charge on YouTube.
