Hey Yelp friends...I love 5 things about this theatre. First, the walk into this theatre from the parking lot at night. They have white lights strung up and around the trees. I love it!! Second, I feel like the gal at the front is super sweet and works hard to be friendly. She greeted us when we walked in and checked us in quickly. We purchased our tickets on the app, so she scanned our phone easily. Third, I like the huge selection of Coke products at the self serve machine. Fourth, this theatre is huge and it offers a great array of theatre types and movie choices. Lastly, the seats are so comfy. They are cushy and they recline. Whenever we come to town this is the theatre we usually visit. We will definitely be back. If you are in the area check it out. IYKYK. AMC also has a monthly membership, where you prepay and what as many movies as you like, as often as you like. They also have a points program, where you earn points and earn discounts you can use at the snack bar. We saw Anaconda with Jack Black, Steve Zahn, and Paul Rudd. Apparently this is "cleaned" manager who was just goofing off in his phone said that his staff was caught up with another movie theatre which was larger than the one I was in, movie started before anyone came in to be like oh we need to clean this. Myself and I complained. When I came to complain. Manager, another guy was sitting on the ticket stand on their phones the guy at the door was on Facebook and another girl was sitting on her phone as well. If your on a break maybe do it behind closed doors you guys are a business and really outta act accordingly. The place is disgusting and i'm never coming back. I used to go here as a kid and it's sad realizing how much it's turned to crap. The bathrooms have water (if you can even call it that) all over the floor , the places that don't have "water" are sticky. No soap in the bathroom, and the chairs were so gross i had to grab a napkin to use my recliner. I would never recommend this place to anyone! read more

Lady was incessantly popping her gum loudly even had her phone go off a few times. Reported it and an employee literally did absolutely nothing. The phone we t off while he was there and he literally just stood there. The theater and seating are nice and comfortable but their bathrooms are DISGUSTING! I went to a 3:00 pm movie and the women's restroom was a mess, paper all over the floor, trashcans overflowing. Got out of the movie close to 6pm and the same restroom was worse!! Even the toilets were disgusting and trash everywhere. They need to keep the bathrooms clean and they would be fine. read more

This theater is expensive. The soda machine has no ice. And the seats were next to the black barrier and so when I reclined the feet hit the barrier. Next time I will just go to Harkins plus the popcorn had no butter. Never offered butter and the theater smelled like someone messed their underwear. AMC do better read more

I accidentally bought tickets online for the wrong location and quickly requested a refund through the app, and it said I'd receive it in 7 business days. THIS WAS LAST MONTH ON JUNE 10TH. Fast forward to today, I realized I never got my refund (partial at that because they don't refund the convenience fee, so I would have only received $41 instead of $63 back) I called the location and was told they don't know why I didn't receive it and that I had to figure it out on the app. Which isn't any helo because I can't find an email or phone number to try and figure this out. Anytime I enter my email and order number, it tells me I can't do it, I'm assuming it's because it's from a month ago. Still no email, no number, and the location wouldn't give me a contact number for anyone in corporate to help. This is ridiculous! Give me back my money AMC read more

I'm here to see a movie at AMC Arrowhead in the Dolby Cinema. This is one of the worst experiences I have had at a theater. Been waiting over 40mins and the movie had not started. Went and talked to a manager and they said there still working on it. Asked the manager for a drink on them because of the wait an dhe told me no, there not allowed to do that. Asked for a business card and he said he's not allowed to give me that ether I had to go to Google if I wanted to talk to anyone about my experience. This is definitely the worst experience I have ever had at a theater. I can not recommend this theater and definitely not the staff. read more

We went here after seeing the long lines at Hello Kitty Cafe right outside. We figured we should just watch the latest Bond movie. This was our first in-theater movie since Covid and we missed it so much. The film was good and so was the theater. The reclining chairs were a delight! There was no one in there that morning so no lines at the box office and concessions. Since it was early, we also paid less because of the matinee deal. Overall, great experience! read more

Went out for a date night with my hubby. Instead of going to AMC to see Twisters, we went to Harkins Arrowhead. We were excited to sit on the "ultimate lounger" with my bag of popcorn. I am an AMC stockholder. I want to like this location because it is a convenient location, but I am getting really frustrated with the Management's consistent decision to under-order advertised promotional merchandise such as popcorn buckets, mugs, etc. I do not know if you just need to prepare better by ordering more, or limit people to buying one at a time because there is an obvious ebay problem with this stuff and my kid has been to three movies and can't get a popcorn tin or bucket or anything but you're still showing the slides for them on your menus. read more

Paid for Dolby Digital movie "Oppenheimer"! The popcorn was very stale, lines to get drinks after waiting in to get the cup! The we finally get to get our drinks, theirs NO ice! We go in to see the movie without drinks (late). The movie looked like it was in 3D! It wasn't & when we complained. They said the projector was broken. Customer service was terrible. We wasted so much time. We went to AMC Westgate. This was a big mistake. No parking available, & the only parking available was $20. I'm about to change my A list membership to Harkins! read more

Small lobby with 14 screens. Few restrooms and that too very small sized. We saw in Screen14 and seats were good. I don't understand why glass is there on the divider walls just before you. They hinder the complete view being on recliner. Best part in this location is that you can order food/drinks ahead and they deliver to your seat at specified time while ordering. Though $2 additional delivery fees will be charged. We ordered flat bread and it was good. read more

The cleanliness. Both bathrooms had toilet paper all over floor. The kiosk of the ketchup and mustard condiments was very sticky. Trash piled up in all trash bins. The theater was not even surface cleaned. There was popcorn all over the floor and in the seats. Candy on the floor. There was even a dirty diaper. I've never been to a theater that didn't clean up. For the most part the staff is waiting outside the door as soon as the movie is over. Very disappointed considering I spent $170 on tickets and food. Makes me wonder if the facility is dirty like I can only imagine the kitchen where we got our food etc from. I like AMC and Will still go to AMC just not this location. read more

Super dirty theatre over all. You'd expect at least a bit of effort to keep the place clean... came in to see a movie and the seats were absolutely dirty oily,popcorn and trash all over the seats. I took my wife for our wedding anniversary to the AMC Arrowhead 14 theater to watch "Someone Like You" last Friday. Due to a mistake made by the staff, we were subjected to grotesque previews and then the movie 'Immaculate', that was incorrectly loaded into the system. I believe I was the first to get up and walk out, but wasn't surprised to see most of the theater patrons following me. On the positive side, the management apologized, credited us for the movie purchase, and gave us (2) free gift passes for future movies. Thank you! On the negative side, we were told the movie we came to see wouldn't be shown until that evening. One of my fellow patrons told the manager that he and his spouse drove in from out of town to watch the movie and wouldn't be hanging around to wait. My wife and I were there to celebrate our anniversary and had dinner plans that same evening. This wasn't a good outcome for either of us. In a digital age with cloud computing and large data storage, why couldn't AMC replace the wrong horror film with the correct one? How long would that have taken to make a few mouse clicks and make us whole? We're thankful for the purchase credit, but won't return to this particular theater in the future. read more

So, this is an interesting experience for sure. You can either buy tickets ahead of time & scan them, use the self checkout or get tickets at the register. I got tickets at the register & they actually tear your stub right there. There's no arcade, so absolutely nothing else to do once you're inside- smh. This is NOT about Arrowhead or any other specific theater, rather it's about AMC in general. Through an employee rewards program I got and paid for two AMC tickets good for any theater other than I believe Alaska, California, New York and New Jersey. That was the only restriction they talked about. So my wife and I wanted to go see this movie called Someone Like You. Went to the online system and it wouldn't work. Then I decided to just go over to the theater, and it wouldn't work and they didn't know why(I got quite frustrated & dropped an f-bomb - should not have - and the manager told me to leave). Then I looked online to call their customer service department, again not about the Arrowhead Theater but AMC corporate. It showed a phone number -- and guess what? They said they don't answer the phone anymore and you can go online to contact them through Facebook or amc.com or Twitter. Finally figured out how to email them and after a lot of back and forth and at least four emails including sending them images of my certificates they said oh - the movie you want to see is considered alternative content and these tickets don't work for that! Seriously? Never told me about these restrictions when I bought it, people in the theater had no understanding of why they didn't work, and it took about four or five emails with corporate (who no longer actually TALK to customers) to figure it out! At this point I told them if it's this hard to be your customer and this frustrating to be your customer I'm done BEING your customer. read more
