I rescheduled two weeks out with inspiration videos and photos. She did confirm she is able to do designs prior to our appointment. I booked her for detailed designs on 10 fingers. She didn't prepare for our appointment at all. No supplies to match what I sent. No research. Nothing. It was very difficult to communicate with Khali during my appointment. She wasn't attentive, and seemed frustrated. She cut two of my fingers and my nails look basic. I left work early and drove out of my way to her business to support her. Simply to be disappointed. I developed a lot of dryness around my nails and it was so satisfying to see her clean it up using the dry manicure techniques. She works very efficiently with precision and I felt no nicks or pokes at all! Euphoria also has their own line of structured gels consisting of beautiful soft colors. I provided my inspo pics for nail art and I got just what I wanted. I also booked a nail art mani for my sister with Barbie and her artwork is out of this world. She freestyled an ethereal set that my sister can't stop showing off. The talent here is amazing! Booking online was seamless and I was able to find a date and time that worked for me. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE…read more I have been going to EUPHORIA for one year. I've even referred my sisters and mom, who now go there. My last manicure service was rushed as they either double booked or didn't block out enough time for appointments. Within a week my thumb had lifted and ended up completely ripping my natural nail off. The other nails were completely outgrown out as Mishka rushed through and didn't apply the gel close enough to my cuticle. I schedule a full set because all my nails needed to be redone. I was fully prepared to pay the full amount but the attitude towards my experience was the worst. Extremely entitled and not once did Mishka or Miko the owner apologize. What makes it worse was the initial appointment was for my BIRTHDAY. They wanted to charge me additionally for the nail that lifted. The only person that said anything was the woman who works the front desk. Evening stating that she didn't think I should have to pay full price because of the circumstances. My nails lifted within 7 days and I had to rebook a whole set literally two week from my initial one. I would have come as soon as they lifted but I had work, and when I sat down with Mishka, I let her know what I experienced. No apology, no acknowledgment, if anything she seemed irritated that I even mentioned anything. I paid full price again, but when I got home I just felt like that def. could have been handled better. I called to express my disappointment and the owner said "I'll text you," again no sorry, no acknowledgment NOTHING. So I went back and asked for a refund. The owner wouldn't even acknowledge me and Mishka said I'll be with you. Nobody got up nothing, safe to say I will not be returning ever. As they expand and grown with their own gels etc I truly hope that they take this as a learning lesson. Customer service should be a top priority . I was a loyal customer who scheduled regularly and always tipped 20% and who even referred them business.

The attention to detail and care they take on your nails is top notch. Again don't come if you are look for massage, they are experienced nail technician and they go a gorgeous job. One of my nail broke deep in and Kate took her time to make sure I wasn't in pain when removing my previous nail color and did a nail repair and I was blown away. Note they have updated their pedicure station. Just got my pedicure and the chairs are super comfy! You can't be their service, quality and attention to detail.
