This is the most peaceful nail salon. On a Friday night, barely anyone there, calm music, and clean organized location. I started to get my pedicure done by one lady but she didn't do my cuticles or understand what I was asking for so Katie finished my pedicure. That initial hiccup is my reason for 4 stars. I feel everyone should understand what the client is saying. However, I am particular, as anyone should be if we're paying $50+ for a gel pedicure. Katie did my American French pedicure but another lady did the acrylic in my big toe to fix the broken nail. Overall I had a really good experience and will return again if I am in the area and need a pedicure. Thank you ladies. read more

I can not say enough good things about OH's nails. I am get set on where I go but decided to give this place a try and I am so happy I did. They made me feel so comfortable, it was such a relaxing experience and Miki was incredible and took her time. I asked for her opinion out of two colors and she painted 3 nails on each hand with both different colors to show me what my hand would look like. I was shocked at how great the customer service was. My nails look so beautiful because Miki took the time to make sure everything looked perfect all while giving me her opinion on length and color. I will be back. I stopped in as a walk-in around 10:00 AM and was pleasantly surprised by how efficient they were. I was greeted by friendly staff and seated right away without any wait. The pricing was straightforward: * Regular Pedicure: $37 * Gel Polish Add-on: $18 (Total: $55) Miki was quick and she did very nice work--I didn't feel rushed, but I also wasn't sitting there all day. However the man who was doing my nails is really bad at his job and he cut my toe while clipping the cuticles and was just like "oh no sorry about that". I did not finish my pedicure and they did not ask me to pay, but I cannot recommend this place. This has never happened to me before anywhere else. My toe is still bleeding almost an hour later. After searching since I moved here in 2018 for my go to nail salon, I think I finally found it! I just got a pedicure today and it was an excellent experience. My tech Kim was super cheerful and sweet. She took her time to clean out my cuticles and extra skin extremely well. Also finally the shape of my toenails look good. Superb attention to details. I had been going to one in Livermore and even though they had great steps for their pedicures package, my finished polished toes didn't look good. I'm happy I was one of the early people to try this place! It's clean, chill, and has cute ambiance. The pedicure bowls are gorgeous! They also have a lot of gel colors to choose from. Easy parking in a private lot. Payments accepted are Venmo, Zelle and cash. No tax. If you use a credit card, then there's tax. I hope the quality of the pedicure continues as they get more popular. I wanted to try out a new place close to my job and I immediately regret it. I am giving them 2 stars only because they seated me quickly and my pedicure is fine. I am really disappointed with the final outcome of my nails. The quality is horrible (see pictures): you can see my real nail through the acrylic and gel polish, they did not cut my real nails prior to putting on the acrylics, and the French tip design is so poorly done and crooked. The girl who did my pedicure and the design on my nails seemed like she was rushing and was not careful. I politely asked if the gel color on my toes would match my nails and they did their best to help me match it, but every other salon I have gone to, I am able to get the same color with no issue. After a while, I lost my patience and just wanted to pay and get out. I am super upset that I paid so much for such low quality work. read more

The ladies at the salon were friendly and accommodating. I was seated a few minutes after my appointment time which was great. The place overall was clean and the space felt open, it seemed bigger inside. The spa chair was functioning properly and didn't seem too worn out, so I got a nice massage, unlike at some other salons where they don't even work anymore. The lady who did my nails was efficient and did a good job with the gel pedicure. I got the pedicure thru classpass credits (work benefit) so I can't speak to their pricing. I love that they have a ton of options for pedicures and manicures, from an affordable price up to more expensive options. You definitely get great additions with the more expensive options. The salon is clean, nice decor, the technicians are friendly, (I'd recommend Linda and Nancy, such sweet ladies and does such a good job), their tools are clean, good customer service, and the massage chair is nice too! The place is clean and nice, but the person I had was a bit judgmental and kept showing my friend all the "ugliness" of my feet. It was fine the first time, but after the 3rd time it was more annoying. Then her sleeves kept smudging one of my nails, and instead of redoing it she just painted over it. Now it's not smooth, the one toe looks like a toddler painted it. Won't be going back. read more

Worst nail salon I've been to, horrible shape, the lady did my nails and I asked her for a basic French tip and she said it was too hard and told me to go to another place and made me pay 50 dollars for unfinished nails. There was no remorse that she just wasted my time & more of my money as I had to drive to another salon and they had to finish her job. She gaslit me to thinking that my nail beds were naturally deformed that's why the shaping was off for one of my nails. The shaping was so bad thankfully I drove down the street to get them fixed and the lady was able to fixed my "deformed nail bed" in two seconds. And give me perfect looking French tip nails. I'm upset because I was quoted 65 and ended up spending 85 because she literally wasn't able to do her job and another salon had to fix her mistake. I thought about giving a new place a try especially because I saw them have a grand opening sign and wanted to support a newly opened business but this place is filled with inexperienced nail techs ( no one was able to do a basic French tip) and nail techs that will gaslight you to thinking there's just something wrong with ur nails. I will never go here again and will tell all my friends and family to stay away. I only came here because on yelp it seemed to have okay reviews but I'm guessing it's from another location. Or they probably buy their reviews ( which is not as uncommon as you think). How is your only job to do nails and you can't even do them properly? Getting your nails done isn't an inexpensive thing to do as they will just throw at you the most expensive price which I would be fine with if they actually knew what they were doing and clearly they do not. Absolutely the number one worst nail salon I've been too. I'm never cheating on my normal nail place again. They have a salon chair that has enough space around it to transfer from a wheelchair. That's not always easy to find.
