I'm always looking for new places to study so my rating is mostly based on that fact. Prior to coming I looked at the reviews that said it was a great place to do so, not sure if I came on a really busy or what but this was not the case for me. There were so many groups both upstairs and downstairs all which were really loud. Really young crowd here too, kids running around. If you're looking for a good place to study this is not it. I came out with a friend to Arte. We ordered Mango snow and Green tea Latte. I requested no sugar for Green tea latte. After the drink came out, it was very sweet. I went to the bar and tried to get solution. A gentleman opened a powder bag and got ready to make another one. I knew it would be sweet again. So I told him I would like to have a regular one. The cashier and the gentleman both said I need order again. It pissed me off. I spent almost $7 to have nothing. Then I noticed the service has some problems. I came to talk the manager and he explained there was no sugar in the drink. Under almost 10m arguing and my consistence, he founded out there were sugar in the green tea powder. He even pointed to the wall and said it was not their responsibilities if customers have allergies , diabetes or something else. Very disappointed! I kept arguing with him about the services. It would be better if the cashier can tell the customer it has sugar already when people order it. If the customer comes to the bar to find the support, it would be great to solve the problem instead of arguing with customers or requesting to buy another one. Finally he gave me a choice he can make me another drink or refund the money. Anyway the problem is that this is a food service place and they just ignored the customers' requirement and said they would not take the responsibility for the food allergy issue because of the post on the wall . I got the strawberry snow bingsu. For 20 dollars you get a few strawberries and a couple mochi balls with an unnecessary scoop of icecream on top. Not customizable. Absolutely overpriced. The new location is very nice. Bigger than the old location. Menu seems to be the same. I normally come for Bingsu. Their prices have gone up, but so have their portions. We were able to split this Strawberry Bingsu 4 ways. It was delicious. They give you a buzzer while you wait so you don't have to stay at the counter, which is nice. this cafe is decorated so pretty and it's quiet enough to study or work. it's very big so there's many places to sit. mango snow bingsu: the mango wasn't in season but it was still very sweet. i think it may be my favorite mango bingsu that i've tried. iced matcha latte: the matcha flavor was strong and it wasn't overly sweet. it was also mixed well which i appreciate since other places don't mix enough and the matcha settles to the bottom. strawberry bingsu: a little icier than the mango bingsu for some reason but it was still good. the mini mochi was a bit hard but the flavor was good. read more

Located in the same plaza as the Assi market in Suwanee. Art3 went from a small little dessert shop located in the corner section of the plaza to a big two story building dessert shop. Our family went here so many times on so many different occasion. We always ordered the mango bingsu, waffle and two types of little fish. I have to warn the people who thinks this is your normal Korean dessert shop.. Nope! This place is loud and I enjoyed every moment. Arte 3 opened its second location in the Assi shopping plaza on Old Peachtree Rd in Suwanee earlier this month (June 2016). We visited on June 18th and they had their grand opening flowers and ribbon displayed. The original Arte 3 opened in 2011 on Old Norcross Rd in Duluth. This cafe is known for its waffles and patbingsu (Korean shaved ice dessert). Like other Korean bakeries and cafes, Arte 3 is sort of whimsical in appearance. The inside has a cottage-like feel with various nooks and crannies of seating. There are a couple semi-private booths/rooms. The cafe itself isn't all that big. It's new and clean with a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. They play K-pop over the speakers, but it's not obnoxiously loud. Arte 3 serves coffee, tea (including bubble tea), frappuccino, and fruit juices. Along with waffles and patbingsu, they also sell breads like honey butter bread and fish bread. Fish bread refers to bungeoppang, similar to Japanese taiyaki, a pastry filled with red bean, custard, and/or sweet potato. Drinks cost anywhere from $2.30 to $5.90 each. Waffles cost roughly $7-8 each and fish bread $6-7. Cups of patbingsu run about $5 each while a regular serving in a bowl costs closer to $8-9. There are five types of patbingsu: red bean, fruit, green tea, coffee, and chocolate. I tried the red bean patbingsu, regular size for $7.50. It consisted of a scoop of vanilla ice cream over what looked like corn flakes with mochi, watermelon, mango, and kiwi on top of shaved ice. The ice cream had chocolate syrup on top and the cereal was covered in a bit of powdered sugar. Overall, I thought the patbingsu was fine. The ice cream was good, but kind of sticky and gooey. The mochi and fruit were fresh (ripe fruit) and the ice was soft and delicate. If you like patbingsu, give it a try. I also tried an iced sweet potato latte ($3.99). You can get most coffees and teas hot or on ice. The iced drinks cost more. The sweet potato latte was delicious. Slightly creamy, mild in flavor, but satisfying and refreshing. I recommend it. It reminded me of when I first had the drink at White Windmill on Buford Highway many years ago. Service was okay. The place wasn't very busy and I thought our orders could've come out faster. All in all, not a bad cafe and a nice alternative to Hansel & Gretel across the parking lot. read more

Sorry, that's the best way I can put it. Not worth your money at all. However, this is not the case at this location. My friend suggested we come here after we had dinner in the same plaza. Because of my distaste from the reason above, I was really hesitant but he convinced me that this place is so much better--and it really is. We got the fruit waffle and it was melt-in-your-mouth. We came here for something sweet after dinner. The snow bingsu was the perfect size for three big eaters. The ice cream on top was vanilla, and I would have preferred a mango sorbet to stay on theme. The snow was light and airy, and it had just the right amount of sweetness. I do wish that there were a few more mango chunks and that they were fresh rather than melted frozen ones. This place is cute for a group study or if you wanna hang out in a cool place where you can Instagram and Snap as many photos as you want. We actually are here for the fish custards. This time, we got the half and half order which has 5 pieced of mochi and 5 pieces of custard. They taste delicious and not too overly sweet. We didn't order any drinks from here but frankly their drinks are usually not that good after overhearing from other customers at the next tables. But I might be wrong. I'll come back and try their drinks next time. For the decors, this place is cute and cozy. There are booths and tables with separated sections. There are tables for large groups (5 or more) and there are tables for couples and smaller groups. I would come back for matcha latte for sure because it's delicious at Duluth location. Here we go. Arte 3 cafe is by far one of the best coffee shops in the Suwanee/Duluth area. I've been going here since 2017, it's been the best experience every time! The atmosphere is very clean and bright, they employees are friendly and are very helpful. Drink wise, I highly recommend their iced americano, sweet potato latte, korean iced coffee, sour apple smoothie, pomegranate tea, and white chocolate mocha. Their dessert menu is amazing too! Try their red bean walnut bread, custard filled fish shaped bread, and snow bingsu (korean shaved iced dessert with tasty toppings and ice cream).
