They were on time every day and got right to it. Removed most of the pavers, dug down to the dirt level and re-piped the whole system. It was a LOT of work. The backyard was really a mess during their work. And when they left - you would never have known they were here. All the pavers back in place. A really complete and a beautiful job at a reasonable price. I could not be happier with the crew or the work. If you have a problem, they are the people to call.

Make sure you don't hire them for your pool needs or you'll end up like me out money and holes in your pool liner. We hired them and are very sorry we did. We had hired the pool company to do weekly cleaning on our pool for the entire season. Last Friday they came with 3 young guys who were totally inexperienced. They were cleaning the liner and were very rough with the use of the brushes and ended up putting 15 holes in my liner! 15 holes in a brand new pool liner! We told them to take it easy before hand but it the damage was done. We attempted to call the company once realizing we were loosing water very rapidly but of course we received no answers and left many messages. After 10 calls we finally got a call back from Angela (not the owner) explaining that these pretty much happen and are normal. On a brand new pool these things shouldn't just happen. We ended up hiring a company Dr. Diver to fix the holes who was excellent by the way, he found the 15 holes and patched them up. He agreed that this was done by over roughness of brushes. I am now out $275.00 to patch up my brand new 3 Brothers Pool. I called EveryDay Pools to tell them about how I had it repaired and would like them to pay for their mistake or better yet get me a new liner. Now two weeks later, They wouldn't take or respond to my phone calls. They only want new customers so they can take their money as well. They got mine make sure they don't get yours.

It was delayed and scheduled to be installed the 2nd week of Nov. They asked if I still wanted the cover (I did). But now leaves are falling into the pool with more on the way. I need to put a temp. cover on the pool until this one arrived, but there are already leaves in the pool with more on the way. I was fine paying for the closing service but Gibbons wanted to charge me for removing the leaves--leaves that are only their due to their delays and poor customer service. When I expressed this, Gibbons acted as if they were doing me a favor. I declined their "favor" and went with a local company to close/winterize. A couple of days ago they email me a refund for my deposit of the cover. No explanation in the email; instead they replied to my review on another site as if they tried to accommodate me and are granting my refund--a refund I never asked for. So, I'll end with that if you like paying for Gibbon's mistakes, being lied to, misled & having your (overpriced) orders canceled unilaterally after leaving a deposit, Gibbons is the place for you. Save time, money & aggravation and look elsewhere for your pool needs.

A few weeks later a crew came over to measure the pool. About 2 weeks later the pool cover arrived with the crew in tow. The application of the pool cover was relatively seamless until the end when one of the members of the crew urinated by our pool house prior to leaving then I observed him "rinsing" his hands in the pool. I immediately called him out on it and he looked embarrassed I put the money I was about to hand to them back in my wallet and called the company. When I called the company to let them know what happened the representative Eric just said "sorry about that" and that he was "speechless". Really?! Not sure of the pool cover itself time will tell as it's still the middle of summer but the customer service was trash! I would say try another pool cover company I'm sure there are better that are more affordable and with better customer service.
