Make sure you don't hire them for your pool needs or you'll end up like me out money and holes in your pool liner. We hired them and are very sorry we did. We had hired the pool company to do weekly cleaning on our pool for the entire season. Last Friday they came with 3 young guys who were totally inexperienced. They were cleaning the liner and were very rough with the use of the brushes and ended up putting 15 holes in my liner! 15 holes in a brand new pool liner! We told them to take it easy before hand but it the damage was done. We attempted to call the company once realizing we were loosing water very rapidly but of course we received no answers and left many messages. After 10 calls we finally got a call back from Angela (not the owner) explaining that these pretty much happen and are normal. On a brand new pool these things shouldn't just happen. We ended up hiring a company Dr. Diver to fix the holes who was excellent by the way, he found the 15 holes and patched them up. He agreed that this was done by over roughness of brushes. I am now out $275.00 to patch up my brand new 3 Brothers Pool. I called EveryDay Pools to tell them about how I had it repaired and would like them to pay for their mistake or better yet get me a new liner. Now two weeks later, They wouldn't take or respond to my phone calls. They only want new customers so they can take their money as well. They got mine make sure they don't get yours.

Put it in the pool and the entire cover from the main frame that he replaced came off inside the pool. picked up the cover and bring it back for a third time. they didn't charge me. brought it to my house again after an hour of using it the same rubber tracking bands came off and now I'm back there for the fourth time. It's my understanding that Billy the technician doesn't work directly for the organization and is overwhelmed with many service calls. Seems to have a lot on his plate. To many customers waiting in line for repairs and only one tech to handle all of them. I'm going on my third or fourth week without having my pool, but regardless of that I'm getting the impression that this company is not the right company for maintenance on these robotic cleaners. Warning to Anyone Considering Premier Pools & Spa (401 Broadway, Port Jefferson Station, NY 11776)…read more I strongly advise anyone to think twice before doing business with Premier Pools & Spa. I signed my contract on April 25, 2026, with the understanding that my pool project would be completed by the end of May. I paid the required $3,000 deposit, received invoices, and was given repeated assurances that the work would be completed on time. Instead, May came and went with little to no progress. June was the same, and now we are at the end of July with the project still unfinished. Rather than completing the work they agreed to, I have received two additional invoices totaling $4,500 for items that I believe should be standard as part of a new pool liner installation. What has made this experience even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. My emails and attempts to address these concerns have gone unanswered, and no one has taken responsibility for the delays or the unexpected charges. In addition to the significant delay, my property has been left in unacceptable condition. My front yard looks like a construction site, with materials scattered across my lawn and even onto my neighbor's property, damaging her grass. There are also empty water bottles, trash, and debris left inside the pool and throughout the property. This is completely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for both my home and my neighbors. The agreed-upon work included removal of the old liner and raising the pool, yet months later the project remains incomplete while the condition of my property continues to deteriorate. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Premier Pools & Spa. I hope they take responsibility for their work, improve their communication, and treat future customers with the professionalism they deserve.

I would highly recommend Premier Pools for your equipment purchases, chemicals and other items related to pool and spa care. They were even able to give me a part for my spa cover hanger that worked equally great. You can visit their store with your water sample and they will give you a print out of what chemicals you need to keep your pool and spa in top condition. Very satisfied with their outstanding service.

Where do I begin to tell you all how lucky I was to find the people at Suffolk Liner. When I went…read moreto open my pool this May, we saw that we lost about 75% of the water. Finding a quality company to come in and handle this problem during the "peak" time of the year for pool openings and service was really difficult. My pool company who built the pool (8 yrs old) were of no use, they wouldn't help me because"I wasn't an active customer. I found Suffolk liner by luck when I was at my dentist. I was getting a root canal and I was telling him the story of my pool. He said to me that he used Suffolk liner and was very happy. I already hired someone but began to have second thoughts when they did not show when they said they would. When I got in my car, I called Suffolk Liner and spoke to Jan, the owner. He had said that they were extremely busy but he will help me and have his site manager to get in touch with me. The next day, I was contacted by Arak, who assured me that he will take care of us and get this resolved as soon as possible. WE made an appointment for the next day. Arak came to the house and looked at the pool and liner problem which was now tearing from stress and he again assured me that he will get us into our pool by July 4th. We sat and chose a beautiful liner that was totally different from our prior liner and he gave me a very fair price that I was happy with. He again soured me that this will be all resolved soon and that the liner will be ordered the next day. (I already had the measurement s and was using the same liner company, which saved us time because no measurements were needed). He said the liner will be in in 2 weeks and then we will set up the install. Suffolk liner called me at about 2 weeks and we set the date for install. The installation crew was just amazing! The team of 4 powerhouses were Moniek, Marek, Eryk and John. They came fired up for the install and immediately went in, drained the remaining water and then began slicing up the old liner and placing into garbage bags that were not too heavy and easily handled. They placed all the liner bags in a spot that I designated fro easy load into my car to take to the dump. (Hampton Bays- we hire our own garbage pick up and I brought the liner to the dump). They do not take the liner away, which I was fine with. The crew began to work diligently to reshape my pool basically going over the entire pool with a trowel making it perfect. They also had to remove all summer plates (3) and my 6 lights, which is a cumbersome task. I also had 6 drains in the deep end to be removed and reset as well. They worked into the night setting the new liner into place with what I feel was a perfect installation. They all strategically moved that liner and got it ready for filling and setting the vacuum to remove air as the liner fills. 2 days later they came back to do all the cutouts of skimmers and then reinstall my lights. Once the at was done, they called me out to see that everything was working perfectly and I continued to fill the pool. They even did some last minute rolling of a spot on the bottom to make it nice and smooth. The team and the entire staff at Suffolk liner were all truly amazing and went above and beyond to help me out and get us back in our pool by July 4th!! Jan was a life saver going out of his way to see that they got me into the schedule immediately. Arak was our savior delivering a top notch team of installers and a beautiful liner.
